This past weekend, Seattle Seahawks’ Richard Sherman, was seen wearing the recently released Air Jordan 10 NYC, fittingly while in New York City.

The Pro-Bowl Cornerback was in the Big Apple due to his desire of playing Call of Duty with some fans. Teaming up with famed Gaming YouTubers, Hike The Gamer and Typical, the trio engaged in a series of livestream multiplayer matches featuring the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Nuk3town map, while also sharing tips on weapon class choices and enjoying some friendly smack talk.

Additionally, to coordinate with the sneaker’s blacked-out profile, Sherman wore an exclusive Call of Duty x Crooks & Castles collaboration t-shirt. A few lucky fans were also able to receive a free t-shirt as he toured the streets.

Head over to our official Air Jordan 10 NYC launch page now for additional images and info.

Jordan Brand Is Releasing The Air Jordan 1 Low Without The Swoosh

The Nike Swoosh, or lack thereof, has played an intricate role in Jordan Brand history. We all so desperately clamor for the return of vintage Nike Air branding atop Jordan retros ranging from recent Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 6 releases that we’ll shell out the $220 for that feature alone. But what would happen if the Jumpman left the coveted check mark off of the Air Jordan 1? That’s exactly what happened for this black/white Air Jordan 1 Low “Swooshless”, as the premium black leather upper ditches the signature Swoosh completely for a surprise release. It’s hard to tell if the base of this AJ1 is elephant-printed in origin or if it’s just a tumbled leather construction, but we’ll have more details in the near future. For now, check out a full view below and let us know what you think of this Swoosh-less oddity by taking your thoughts to the comments section.

Jordan Brand Has Air Jordan XXX PEs Made For The OKC vs San Antonio Series

Fans of the latest Air Jordan performance models will definitely want to pay attention to the feet on court during the current Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs playoff match-up. Why? Because three of Jordan Brand’s top athletes are on the floor, and all wearing brand-new PE editions of the Air Jordan XXX and Ultra.Fly. After a game 1 rout of Thunder by the Spurs, it looks like San Antonio may be in full command of the series, but Russell Westbrook will at least be stealing the show sneaker-wise thanks to his heavy rotation of impressive Air Jordan XXX colorways, ranging from bright orange to all-white. Fitting his personality, Kawhi Leonard keeps things a little more low-key with two Spurs-friendly colorways of the XXX, in a clean grey gradient and a black/white version, each with his “KL” hang logo on the tongue. LaMarcus Aldridge will be wearing the new Ultra.Fly with a black and silver upper and either a black or grey midsole. Get an up-close look at each of the Jordan PE’s here, and tune into the second round series to see each shoe in action.

Author’s Take

Out of all the AJ 10s coming out this year, this pair is my favorite and it?s a women?s style. If my size will be available, I?d purchase, but this is one of the best iterations so far this year. I?m just biased towards the palette.

Aside from the AJ 10, the other standout silhouette from the upcoming “Heiress” pack consists of this Air Jordan 1 GS.

Shaded in a smooth and understated palette, sail consists as its majority tone, while contrasting black is implemented on the rear, ankle portion, toe box, tongue, laces and inner lining.

Author’s Take

I?ll always be a fan of the silhouette. The colorway and execution on this pair is pretty solid. It should be offered as a general release as well.

A New Air Jordan 9 Low Colorway Has Been Unveiled

Author’s Takes

Andres Carrillo, News: This is beginning to get out of hand. I’m not sure how many people actually like the Air Jordan 9 Low silhouette to begin with, but this colorway looks like something that should only be placed on a Roshe. Not a good look Jordan Brand.

On-Feet Images Of The Air Jordan 10 Rio

Air Jordan 10 1 Air Jordan 10 2 Air Jordan 10 3

This year’s Air Jordan 10 City Pack will feature a handful of cities being represented on the Air Jordan 10. This year’s pack will feature few cities represented outside of the US. One of those cities is none other that Rio de Janeiro, the seaside city in Brazil. Today we get an on-feet look at the Air Jordan 10 Rio.

The Jordan 10 Rio comes dressed in a clean Wolf Grey upper done in a pebbled leather construction. The tonal look of the shoe is constructed by the Obsidian hits placed on the eye stays, inner lining, laces, tongue and rubber sole unit. Giving the shoe some Brizillian vibes are the mixture of yellow, green and blue hues (colors of flag) placed on the outsole of the shoe.  The city is well represented on the shoe as ‘RIO’ is embroidered in teal on the collar. Releasing May 7th for $190, are you looking to pick up a pair? Make sure you visit our Air Jordan 10 Rio launch page now for more details and pictures on this upcoming release.

Author’s Take

I like the colors used on the shoe. Nothing too flashy (aside from the outsole), which make it easy to wear with lots of stuff. The Wolf Grey meshes well with the Obsidian. One of the best 10s from the City Pack.

This Air Jordan 1 High Deep Royal Is Releasing Later On This Year

We just got word that a brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High is dropping sometime this year. Opting to come with an upper done in a all-patent leather, let’s get our first look at the Air Jordan 1 High Deep Royal.

As mentioned above, the Jordan 1 High’s upper comes constructed out of patent leather done in a Royal Blue hue. A little bit of black is placed on the branding and lining to help give the shoe minimal contrast. When it comes to the leather used on the upper, pebble-textured patent leather is on top of your traditional slick patent leather. A white midsole and Royal Blue outsole complete the major features on the shoe. No word yet on when these will release. Hot or Drop? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

The all-patent leather look is something I don’t usually tend to go for. Although I’m a big fan of Royal Blue kicks, this is one I’m going to have to pass up on.

Jordan Brand looks to be getting better and better at designing Trainers/Runner that are easy to wear casually. This one is solid, but the have a long way to go before they go head to head with brands that are on top of the Trainer/Runner game.

I like the original version better. The colorway is still appealing, but I prefer the all-white upper instead. It should still get a lot of attention none the less.
