Paul George Wore This New Black And Yellow Nike PG 1 Colorway Last Night

We’re less than a month away from the release date of the Nike PG 1. Set to release on March 4th, the first colorway of the Nike PG 1 will have a Pacers theme since it will come dressed in Obsidian, White and University Gold. But what about future colorways of the Nike PG 1? One colorway that could possibly end up releasing somewhere down the line is this brand new Black and Yellow pair that George recently wore during last night’s game.

Most of the base of the shoe comes in Black in what appears to be a suede-like material, while the hits of Yellow and Gold accent the shoe rather nicely. Add in the Grey midsole and strategically placed Blue speckling throughout the shoe and you’ve got yourself the gist of the design. Would you like to see these release? Stay tuned to find out if they do.

A Punch Of Electrolime On The Nike Air Huarache

There’s a new “electric” colorway of the Nike Air Huarache on the way (pun intended) that will have you taking a second look.

The popular runner that has made a triumphant return in the last couple of years is seen in a new electrolime colorway. Highlighted by the bright shade of yellow on the toecap and side panels, this Huarache is given some balance with shades of grey everywhere else on the shoe including the toe, tongue, ankle, laces, and outsole. A white midsole finishes things off proper.

Look for this Nike Air Huarache in Electrolime and Cool Grey to land at stateside retailers in the near future.

The Nike Mayfly Lite Returns In Camper Green

Previously featured in legion green, the Nike Mayfly Lite is now treated in a slightly darker hue with camper green for its latest iteration this year.

Evoking militaristic appeal, the silhouette is defined by a sleek weather resistant construction which consists of a lightweight and breathable textile upper treated in the defining hue. Premium detailing is evident with suede utilized for its eye stays, inner lining and portions of the heel, while black accents for the Swooshes and branding on the tongue complement the palette.

Finally, a crisp white phylon midsole for lightweight cushioning with a rubber outsole for traction and durability rounds out the sleek profile.

Look for this pair at select Nike retailers overseas first, while a stateside release imminent.

Nike Air Huarache Electrolime

Perhaps anticipating the spring season ahead, the Nike Air Huarache gets a vibrant new look in Electrolime. The bright yellow hue (should it have been named Electrolemon?) coats the upper with neutral tones of grey balancing them out for the mesh and neoprene areas of the construction, while black Huarache heel counters and rubber outsoles finish them off. The Nike Air Foamposite Pro Vachetta Tan Exudes Lifestyle Appeal

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro is treated in a lifestyle upgrade for one of its newest iterations this year.

While it stays true to its original design profile, the basketball sneaker has been enhanced with a premium leather construction, dipped in tan. The stylish, neutral tone is continued towards the inner lining, tongue, eyelets, heel and its signature carbon fiber shank, which is also revamped in leather.

Furthermore, metallic red bronze/copper swooshes pronounce and complement the aesthetically pleasing profile altogether. Final details include white pull tabs, waxed premium laces and an icy translucent outsole.

Current rumors suggest this exclusive pair to debut sometime during the NBA All-Star Weekend (Feb. 18 – 19), for a retail price tag of $300.

This New Nike Training Shoe Looks Like A Baseball Mitt

File under: one of the weirdest new sneakers of the year. That being said, weird isn’t a bad thing, because we’re sure many will find this unique new model from Nike named the TR 17 an appealing silhouette. Some sort of hybrid between a high-performance Air Max cushioned trainer and a lifestyle-leaning woven chukka, the TR 17 doesn’t quite fit into any sneaker category, but we’re guessing that’s exactly what Nike was going for. The shoe features neoprene inner bootie with a premium leather upper with woven stitching for a unique lacing system and heel detailing. If you’re bold enough to wear a pair, find them arriving now at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Lapstone & Hammer.

The Nike Air Force 1 Ultraforce Low Linen Is Now Up For Grabs

I know it’s barely February, but I think the Nike Air Force 1 Ultraforce Low is already one of my favorite releases of the year. Nike finally gave us what we want in the form of a classic looking Nike Air Force 1 Low with a modern and lighter construction.

For the most part, I tend to stay away from the Air Force 1 because they now feel like bricks compared to new sneakers that come out in this day and age. Which is a shame since I love the Air Force 1. But now that Nike has given the iconic silhouette an Ultra constructed sole, it’s game on. The shoe opts for a foam sole instead of the usual rubber construction. This in return makes the shoe much more flexible, lighter and most importantly, comfortable. This particular colorway also happens to be my favorite from the bunch. The tonal Linen (light Tan) leather upper along with the mesh tongue, leather tongue tag and embossed branding is a perfect mixture of casual and premium aesthetics. If you tend to agree with me, you can now pick these up from select retailers for $100.

Check Out The Buttery Suede On This Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski

In my opinion, the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski looks best when you cover it a a clean suede upper. Canvas is cool, so is leather, but when the models comes in suede such as the one you see above, that pretty much does it for me.

This version of the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski rocks a buttery Anthracite suede upper accented by the embossed Swoosh branding done in Black, the Black laces and the White placed on the vulcanized sole. I’ve yet to see them in person, but judging by the image you see above, that suede looks to be on point! Pick these up today from select Nike SB retailers for $85.

The New Nike Air Icarus Extra Is Draped In Light Orewood

Previously featured in iced jade, the modernized Nike Air Icarus Extra is now rendered in light orewood brown for its latest variation this season.

Noted as a quickstrike, the low-top model is essentially similar to its original Air Icarus counterpart, while this rendition bears a more premium construction with a mixture of suede and leather across its entire profile. The defining light beige hue simply dominates its majority, while contrasting black accents are scattered throughout.

Finally, a crisp white midsole unit, black outsole and subtle pops of crimson on the middle section finishes off the bold profile.

You can find this stand out pair at select Nike retailers overseas now, while a stateside release is imminent.

The Nike Air Presto Just Released In Leather

We’ve seen a variety of materials cover the Nike Air Presto in the last few months. Nike has even gone as far as transforming it into a sneakerboot so fans of the silhouette can wear it all year long. One of the latest materials to cover the retro runner is leather.

Seen above, this new option of the Nike Air Presto comes constructed out of a tumbled leather upper in Oatmeal. The signature molded cage, branding, laces, midsole, and outsole also come covered in the same hue to give this shoe a tonal look.

Available now in women’s sizes for $130, is this cop or a drop ladies?

Staying as clean and cool as ever, the modern classic Nike SB Stefan Janoski gets a new look in premium Anthracite suede. The smooth dark grey upper is accented with embossed Swooshes painted black and a contrasting solid white vulcanized sole below. Did Kevin Durant Debut The Nike KD 9 Elite This Week

The Nike KD 9 has released in a couple of nice colorways, but I think most people would agree that it hasn’t lived up to early expectations. Perhaps a new look could breathe some life into Kevin Durant’s 9th signature shoe? Let’s hope so.

Earlier this week Kevin Durant debuted what is believed to the Nike KD 9 Elite when the Warriors faced off against the Charlotte Hornets. This new version of the KD 9 features a new one-piece stretch collar that replaces the Flyknit that is usually seen on the ankle. Another big difference is the much thicker and much more visible Flywire cables that run down the side panels that provide a lock-down fit. As far as the sole unit goes, Nike decided to keep the same one we see on the original KD 9.

Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more information regarding what may very well be the Nike KD 9 Elite.
