Until then, a preview of certain pieces such as a long-sleeve t-shirt, crewneck tee and jacket is provided. Rendered in the school’s traditional shade of maize, alongside navy and grey, the men’s/women’s football and basketball team will be JB exclusive, while the remainder of the university?s sports will also incorporate Nike alongside Jordan Brand.

The new Air Jordan 31 was unveiled yesterday, as it represents a balance of JB’s tradition of game-changing performance and transcendent style that exude an off-court sensibility.

Inspired by the iconic banned Air Jordan 1, a black and red colorway that debuted in 1985 which violated the league?s uniform policy, earning a stern letter from league officials and generating a $5,000 fine each time the shoes were worn on court — the shoe essentially represented that spirit that MJ brought to the basketball court by being so different.

In terms of its design, the new AJ 31 mimics the 1’s profile, although sporting a first-of-its-kind flyweave and leather upper. Last year we saw Jordan Brand bring back Nike Air branding on the Air Jordan 6 with the Maroon colorway, but it seems like they have more big plans for the silhouette in 2017.

New information has just surfaced that a “premium” Air Jordan 6 with a $225 price tag will be releasing next year during NBA All Star Weekend on February 17, 2017. There is no word on the colorway yet, but it’s a strong possibility that the shoe may feature the beloved Nike Air branding on the heel once again. Since All Star Weekend takes place in Charlotte next year you can bet that Michael Jordan wants to release something special while playing host to the big weekend.

We’re pretty sure that the majority of WWE fans were glued to their TV last night watching the WWE Draft. This drafts was going to split the roster in two between Raw and SmackDown. Hopefully this brand split will hike up the WWE ratings because it hasn’t been looking too good this year.

If you were watching the draft you probably saw Shane McMahon, the man who happens to be in control of Smackdown. Celebrating this new chapter in WWE, Shane was wearing a custom pair of Air Jordan 1s created by Mache Customs. The Air Jordan 1 High comes dressed in a Smackdown Blue colorway offset by the White placed on the paneling, tongue and toe. Under Armour recently did something really cool with the help of Jordan Spieth. Using Under Armour?s connected fitness platform, UA Record, Jordan has been tracking his sleep, fitness, daily activity and nutrition as he trains for play.

Since Spieth is not able to wear the UA Band on the course to track his performance during competition, Under Armour created the first ever, custom, smart golf shoe. These shoes are built from the same foundation as the UA Drive One golf shoe launched in April, and houses the same sensor technology that is found in the brand?s first smart shoe ? the Speedform Gemini 2 Record Equipped.

Data was collected through an embedded motion sensor within the midsole of the shoe that automatically tracked performance metrics such as distance and steps which showed that Spieth walked a total of 13,541 steps for the complete 18-hole course.
