With the new Air Jordan 31 revealed last week, JB has also compiled an Air Jordan Banned Red collection, which essentially pays tribute to the iconic bred colorway that was first seen on the AJ 1. When it debuted in 1985, it was renowned for violating the league?s uniform code and a $5,000 fine had to be paid when it was worn on the court by MJ.

The exclusive range features the entire AJ lineage from the 1 through 30, while the ?Banned? AJ 1, ?Olympic? AJ 7, AJ 29 and XXX did not receive the all-red colorway.

Flaunting a Chicago Bulls-inspired ?Home? theme, the basketball model simply flaunts a red and white across its flyweave upper and leather composition that is primarily utilized for the rear and collar section. The model is topped off with a large silver Jumpman on the heel, a crisp white midsole unit and icy translucent outsole.

While an official release date has not been announced, it’s still undetermined if this pair is another Olympics exclusive as well.

Not only does it also come in a Black and Red motif, but the Nike branding is placed on the shoe, except this time around it’s found on the inside of the box. XXXI branding is spotted on the side and top of the box. The lid comes in Black, while the base of the box is done in Red with hits of Black that give the shoe somewhat of a gradient motif.
