Say what you will about Kevin Durant‘s decision to team up with the Golden State Warriors and form a modern-day NBA dynasty, but KD did what would make him happy. Nike Basketball has to share some of that joy by taking away Under Armour’s firm grasp on the San Francisco market once monopolized by Steph Curry’s presence. We’ve already seen the Swoosh release some NIKEiD KD 9 options featuring Golden State’s royal and yellow colors, and now San Francisco Nike locations are releasing a limited run of this Nike KD 9 “Golden Air” pair. The premium choice of Multi-Color accents on a white base when paired with a gum bottom and volt visible air unit creates one of the cleanest colorways we’ve seen of the KD 9 yet. What do you think of the Nike KD 9 “Golden Air”? Check out a better view below and if you’re in the Bay Area, know that pairs are available at Nike SF today.
While it’s expected to debut next month, the Nike Kyrie 2 Parade edition has now been listed for availability at select Nike retail locations, in particular, California’s UNDFTD.
Although the backstory of the silhouette has yet to be revealed, the model is simply the pair that Kyrie Irving wore during the Cleveland Cavaliers? championship parade. Flaunting a classic white and black theme, the focal point is implemented on its midfoot strap which incorporates a bold floral graphic. Additional vibrance is provided with volt accents seen on the tongue tab, as it all rests atop a translucent outsole unit.
Retailing for $120, you can expect to find this pair at more Nike retailers on August 6th.

I like the two-tone palette and how the thematic design is bold, but still subdued. It?s another nice colorway for the line in my view. Plus, the value it holds has a special meaning.
Unlike its more vibrant counterparts, this particular pair flaunts an understated palette with a mixture of purple, red and blue threading intertwined across its entirety. Tonal black accents adorn the laces, eye stays, inner lining and pull tabs to complement the theme, while the model is pronounced with white Swooshes and a full-length phylon sole unit.
Retailing for $120, you can expect to find this pair at select Nike retailers very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.
Another Multi-Color Pattern Hits The Nike Roshe Run Flyknit
By SoleInsider
The “Multicolor” look seems to be everywhere this summer, found on pretty much every knit sneaker from the new Nike LunarEpic Low runner to the adidas Superstar Primeknit. Now a veteran of the multicolor game, so to speak, the Roshe Flyknit appears in another blend of multiple hues for this upcoming edition in black with red, white, and purple threading entangled throughout. Not quite as “Multi-colored” as the full rainbow of colors found on some models, but still multi-colored nonetheless. You can find this latest Roshe Flyknit at select Nike Sportswear retailers later this month.
If you live or were in the Bay area, you recently had chance to get a first look at this new multicolor offering of the Nike KD 9. Said to be inspired by none other than Key Lime pie, the shoe comes in a split White and Multicolor Flyknit upper to mimic the look of the tangy dessert. In addition, the shoe also comes with a Grey Nike Swoosh, Volt eyelets and Bright Crimson pull tabs. Lastly, a White midsole and Gum rubber (crust, maybe?) round out the main features on the shoe. Stay tuned to find out when these get a release date. Are you a fa of the shoe? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
It’s cool, I just wish the Multicolor accent were a bit brighter, but if the shoe is really inspired by Key Lime pie, I would understand why they went with these hues.

KoF Live: Kyrie Irving And Team USA Basketball Lands At The Nike x Jordan Air Hangar (Video)
By SoleInsider
Nike Los Angeles knows synergy. How else can you explain the coming together of two iconic brands – the swoosh and Jordan Brand – bring in a Los Angeles summer staple like The Drew League and manage to tie it all in with this summer’s Olympic Games with Team USA Basketball? Oh, and add in a jet and a swoosh-branded Aston Martin too for meassure? It’s like they own the city or something…
This weekend, Los Angeles played host to the Nike x Jordan Air Hangar, a celebration of our love for the game of basketball and the journey of Team USA. Housed inside the hangar are a display of Team USA artifacts from both the Men’s and Women’s National teams with names like Jordan, Swoopes, Barkley, Leslie, Carter and more adorning the hallway. After you take a look back into the past, the future shines through with the latest Team USA gear and the sneakers that our squad will be rocking in Rio, including the Nike Hyperdunk 2016 Flyknit and the Air Jordan 31 in red, white and blue.
Once you’re finished with the history lesson, the Hangar leads you into a veritable dream come true for any hoops junkie. From weartest stations to a full-sized basketball court to a storefront that includes the full collection of Team USA gear, including the first chance anybody will have to buy the Air Jordan 31, there is something for everybody. You can even live out your dreams of being like Mike with the Jordan jet that lets you enter and depart the plane like a true celebrity.
Saturday’s festivities included a handful of Drew League games featuring local stars and NBA guys both current and former such as Jordan Clarkson and Baron Davis. But the night truly got started when Chance The Rapper (!) made a surprise appearance and performance before handing it off to the stars of night, Team USA Basketball members (and Nike/Jordan athletes) Jimmy Butler, Kyrie Irving, Elena Delle-Donne and 3-time gold medalist and legend Tamika Catchings. After a quick chat with Kyrie where we asked him about being able to reconnect with Coach K in Team USA Basketball, we ended the night with a dunk contest that saw the winner Michael Purdie walk away with a Nike-branded Aston Martin. No, seriously, the car had swooshes all over it.
