In addition to the classic neon pair, the new Nike Air Max 95 Ultra SE will be introduced in another popular colorway this season, consisting of gym red/black.

Unlike the runner’s traditional leather/suede makeup, this particular iteration is composed of foam and mesh across its seamless upper to promote a more lightweight and comfortable profile. the sneaker is also punctured with perforations along its eye stays to enable sufficient ventilation as well. Additionally, an exposed flywire system in contrasting black evokes a deconstructed vibe for more modern appeal.

Finished off with a full-length black sole unit, you can find this standout pair at select Nike retailers starting August 8th.

The defining tone is prominent along its synthetic mudguard, Swooshes, laces, side panels and collar section, while the knitted portion of its heel and toe box blend orange-colored threading to pronounce its understated build.

The Nike Air Max Zero Is Releasing In Black/White

Tinker Hatfield’s Nike Air Max Zero finally came to fruition after a multi-decade run of being just an early sketch during visible air’s earliest days. Nike Sportswear then brilliantly created the model with some modern amenities to help celebrate the freshly minted Air Max Day, but since then we’ve seen the release slate taper off for the Air Max Zero. While NIKEiD customization is available, the AM0’s release slate is still random at best, with release dates hard to pin down. Today we have some good news though, as a simple Black and White colorway will be heading to store shelves in the near future. The minimalist selection highlights the simplicity of the design with an all black mesh and fuse upper contrasted by a smooth white midsole unit. The only other white found on the pair is Tinker Hatfield’s signature on the tongue. Check out more detailed photos below and we’ll keep you updated on a release date regarding this pair in the coming weeks here on Sneaker News.

The Nike Sock Dart Just Dropped In White/Gum

The Nike Sock Dart has been one of Nike Sportswear’s most sought after retros since returning to retailers a few seasons ago. First released in 2004, the woven sock-like upper served as a precursor to the Flyknit wave seen throughout NSW’s catalog today. We’ve seen plenty of updated colorways for summer 2016 including the new SE tooling featuring a colored midsole strap. This women’s exclusive is one of the cleanest pairs we’ve seen yet, as a Light Bone and White get together on the upper to work in perfect harmony with a classic gum outsole. Black and White Versions Of The Nike Air Max Zero Are On The Horizon

Ever since the Nike Air Max Zero made its debut last year, none of the colorways that have dropped have come in a tonal fashion, until now. What you see above is not one, but two tonal iterations of “the one before the one”.

The Nike Air Max Zero rocks the all-Black and all-White look for its latest drop. The White pair comes with a White Air Max sole unit, while the Black pair comes with a Dark Grey Air Max sole unit that helps provide minimal contrast. Thoughts on these monochromatic options? If you like what you see, it is being said that both pairs will be releasing within the next few weeks. Let us know which pair you’re looking forward to the most.

via: Bodega

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the model, but I don’t think I’d get any of these two pairs. I need more colors on my Air Maxes.

The Nike LeBron 14 Will Retail For Less Than The LeBron 13

LeBron James and his signature sneakers are following in the footsteps of Kevin Durant when it comes to The King’s next signature shoe, the LeBron 14.

Earlier this year Nike announced that the Nike KD 9 would be retailing for $150 which is $30 less than the $180 retail price of the KD 8. Now LeBron will be doing something similar as its being heavily rumored that the Nike LeBron 14 will retail for $175. That’s $25 less than the current retail price of $200 that the LeBron 13 goes for.

Do you think that $25 is enough of a price decrease or should Nike go even lower? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments below.

via: IcySoleOnline

Author’s Take

Great idea by Nike if this is true. I always thought that $200 for a pair of shoes that almost always went on sale in every colorway is just too much. I actually think that $150 would be much better, but that probably won’t happen.

I like it. I was already a fan of the Olympic colorway, but this white gum pair is almost just as clean. I wish a few more gum accents were added somewhere on the upper to make the shoe pop a little more.

Nike has revamped a classic silhouette from their archives and given it a new look.

The Nike Lava Dome has returned or 2016 in this Grey/Orange colorway that you see above. According to the name of the shoe, this 2016 version of the Lava Dome has been hit with an Ultra sole unit which means that Nike has taken out excessive material from the outsole to make it lighter and more comfortable. Author’s Take

I’d have to assume that this is a sneaker that the older sneakerheads would gravitate to. I’m not a fan at all.

Nike To Lower Prices On LeBron James Next Shoe, The Nike LeBron 14

nike-lebron-14-price-cut

Nike Basketball is lowering the prices on its signature basketball models. The LeBron 14 will be $175 instead of the usual $200 entry level price according to IcySole.com on Twitter. This news comes on the heels of the KD 9’s own price cut to $150 USD even though the shoe utilizes a premium Flyknit construction. With Under Armour’s Steph Curry line showcasing affordable prices across the board as well as the resurgence of adidas Hoops thanks to the help of their Boost cushion system, perhaps Nike felt that a more accessible price point would be better for business. What do you expect to see in the Nike LeBron 14? Let us know if you’re excited about the price cut in the comments section below and stay tuned for more LeBron updates right here on Sneaker News.
