It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a new colorway of the Nike Air Max Plus. The silhouette has always been popular overseas where’s it goes by a different name – the Nike Air Tuned 1 – but Nike Sportswear is still tinkering with new materials to this day. We’ve seen a “Satin Pack” and an overall decline in the traditional gradients that made this retro running model such a must-have in its early days, and today a new Nike Air Max Plus Swimming Pool showcases more experimentation in the colorway department.

The Nike Air Max Plus’s protective flame-like cage overlay is completely absent in this offering. Transparent tape-like textures instead hint at the pattern so most of your focus can stay on the crystal blue and white upper that harkens back to days of summer. The hypnotizing teal shade is contrasted by the ‘TN Air’ logo on the heel while the visible air isn’t so visible anymore. Instead, the midsole and outsole unit gets covered completely in white which extends to the mudguard in a slight gradient. ‘Nike Air’ stitching hits the tongue in a matching shade. Back in 2014, Nike Sportswear partnered with the franchise to release a limited run Nike Lunar Force 1 featuring a premium navy leather upper and the Patriots? logo on the tongue tab. Owner Robert Kraft was even spotted wearing a pair and signed the offering with his stamp of approval. This Patriots Nike Air Force 1 Low features a premium black leather upper this time around while Metallic Silver Swoosh branding hints at both the Patriots’ helmet color and the ultimate prize: yet another Vince Lombardi Trophy by season’s end.

The Patriots Nike Air Force 1 Low also sports a vintage Pat Patriot logo on the tongue tags for a nostalgic touch. Proceeds of the Patriots Nike Air Force 1 Low will benefit sports and physical activity programs at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, so if you’re a Patriots fan, then these are a must have. Just yesterday we went over a pair of the Nike Roshe LD-1000 coming in a clean wool and veggie tan upper. This time around we get a similarly constructed pair sans the veggie tan. Here’s a first look at the Nike Roshe LD-1000 Obsidian wool.

This version of the Nike Roshe LD-1000 comes dressed in an Obsidian wool upper. The same hue extends down to the mesh tongue, laces, lining. A little bit of Black leather is utilized on the shoe as it can be found on the Nike Swoosh and heel. Rounding out the look of the shoe is the White tag on the tongue and entire sole unit. No word yet on when these drop stateside, but they can already be found in other countries. You like?

Menswear designer and basketball fanatic John Elliott was stopped in his tracks when he first laid eyes on the LeBron Soldier 10 during the Finals (safe to say we all were). He immediately showed interested in the silhouette and asked his Nike Basketball contacts if the Soldier 10 could be featured in his Spring/Summer fashion show, which led to an actual collaboration in the form of the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Soldier 10. It features a white/grey/orange colorway with a dingy graphic on the ankle and hits of bright orange contrast on the fore-foot sole. Based on these official images, it appears that this design style by John Elliott will be available on NIKEiD as well.

Previously working on the Nike LeBron 12 for his first fashion show in NYFW in 2015, menswear fashion designer, John Elliot, is reworking the Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 this time for his latest collaborative efforts with the King.

An avid basketball fan himself, Elliot’s admiration for the silhouette came to fruition when watching Game 3 of the NBA Finals, when LeBron James donned the unreleased black version. This forthcoming rendition however, flaunts a clean white profile while the focal pints are directed at the sublimation print on the straps and ankle portion of the shoe, 3M tabs, and orange accents on the toe. Furthermore, the sole unit glows in the dark for additional flair.

This limited edition pair is scheduled to debut exclusively at the Nike SoHo brick and mortar store starting this Thursday, November 10th.

As a member of the Lisbon club, the team’s match versus the Red Devils on August 6th, 2003, was Cristiano Ronaldo‘s last time with the team at the age of 18. Showcasing his tremendous speed, technique, and potential, that momentous game is essentially the inspiration behind the CR7 Chapter 3 boots.

Simply propelling his historic career to the next level, the colors of the boots are inspired by the team he was playing for in a modern iteration. Featuring the Mercurial Superfly, Mercurial Vapor and Mercurial Proximo silhouettes — each pair’s lateral side features silver dot graphics, as well as a subtle reflective wave design as a nod to the Mercurial Vapor I boots he wore in 2003.
