The Nike VaporMax has dominated the Spring 2017 release slate with a number of notable debut colorways and a unique construction that’s perfect for performance buffs and those of you looking for a head-turning new casual go-to as well. Nike is just getting started with that new VaporMax outsole too, as a number of upcoming designs will utilize that 360 degree visible air unit to jumpstart unique retro-inspired overhauls featuring Flyknit, strange cage overlays, and more. To start things off, there’s a first look at an upcoming Nike VaporMax Slip design featuring a midfoot strap with ‘VaporMax’ branding, Multi-Color hits and more. There’s also a strange Nike Air Max Plus-like tooling with a Presto-esque cage overlay system and mesh panels that bring an unmistakable homage to the 1998 running cult-classic. An upcoming Nike Air Max 97 look is also featured here with a Flyknit base and panels reflecting the current running retro must-have. Virgil Abloh’s OFF WHITE imprint is going to have an incredibly busy Spring/Summer 2017 thanks to an upcoming 10 pair collaboration with Nike Sportswear and Jordan Brand. There’s an upcoming Air Jordan 1, a Nike VaporMax, a Nike Air Force 1 Low, and a Nike Blazer all confirmed. Today we get a look at an all-too-icy Nike Air Max 90 featuring premium suede, unique stitching throughout, a vintage tongue with misplaced ‘Nike Air’ branding, labeled ‘Phylon’ on the midsole, and a unique medial side with the collaboration listed in clean black script. There’s still no word yet on a Release Date for the OFF WHITE Nike Air Max 90, but stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News.

How many of you got tuned in to Breaking2 this weekend? Just in case you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple days or so, Breaking2 was an event held by Nike that gathered three of the best marathon runners in the world to see if they’re able to run an entire marathon (26.2 miles) in under 2 hours. Although all three came up short, Kenyan Eliud Kipchoge, gold-medalist at the Rio Olympics only missed the 2 hour mark by a mere 25 seconds, which is pretty freaking impressive if you ask me (or anybody).

Today Nike announced the release of the Nike VaporFly Elite. This new Nike shoe, which was worn by all three runners and was developed specifically for the world record attempt, is said to be Nike’s most advanced running shoe that they’ve ever created. You want a pair? Tough luck, they’re not for sale. But, there is a way you can win a pair. Check this. The newly-introduced Nike Air Max Flair was recently featured in triple black and it’s now unveiled in another brand new colorway of triple white for the season. Inspired by the classic Air More Uptempo, this model is a perfect pair for the summer months with its mixture of white and pure platinum tones. We’ve got release info on the Nike Kyrie 3 EYBL. Just like the Nike PG 1 EYBL, it will be releasing on May 13th in-store only at their House of Hoops location in Harlem.Unlike the Nike PG 1, this pair has already been announced that it will also be releasing on Nike.com.

The Nike Kyrie 3 EYBL celebrates the annual Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL). It comes with a White-based upper accented by the colorful accents noted on the Nike Swoosh, inner lining and insole. When the Nike PG 1 EYBL was first unveiled, it was believed to be a PE that would not be releasing to the public. That no longer appears to be the case since it was just announced that Footlocker will be releasing the Nike PG 1 EYBL on May 13th in-store only at their House of Hoops location in Harlem.

For those of you not too familiar with what EYBL colorways are or what EYBL stands for, they’re special colorways of Nike signature models that celebrate Nike’s annual Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL). This year Nike chose to create EYBL versions of the Kyrie 3 and PG 1.

The Nike PG 1 EYBL opts for a flashy motif. Although most of the shoe’s base comes in Black, it’s the colorful graphics on the inner bootie incorporating the EYBL cities that really gives the it’s unique pop. Add in the iridescent Nike Swoosh branding, the speckling on the midsole, the GIDT outsole and the additional color on the Zoom bag, and you’ve got yourself a pretty bold PG 1. For those who are closer to Harlem or are willing to make the drive, are you looking to cop? May 13th. $110. Good luck.

If you couldn’t get enough of the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 Flyknit when it made its debut earlier this year, then here’s a “cool” new colorway expected to drop later this Spring.

This lightweight and breathable version of the classic Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette features a combination of Pure Platinum, Cool Grey, White, and Wolf Grey. The Flyknit upper comes covered in shades of grey along with the fused Swoosh and mudguard. Rounding out the details are a white midsole and semi-translucent outsole. In less than one month we’re expected to seethe debut of the Nike KD 10, Kevin Durant’s 10th signature shoe with the Swoosh.

As we grow closer to the release date we continue to get better and better looks of the sneaker. Seen above, the KD 10 has a White Flyknit upper with Pure Platinum detailing on the suede cage overlay on the ankle and the tongue tag. Chrome accents then appear on the Swoosh and KD logo. Other details include a new lacing system that extends from one side of the shoe to the other and a full-length Zoom Air unit. Who plans on picking up a pair on June 5th? Retail price will be $150.

A new Nike SB Dunk High will be releasing later this week that takes inspiration from Richard Mulder?s original Nike SB Dunk Low that released back in 2002.

The Nike SB Dunk High Mulder features a White leather upper with hits of Orion Blue on the Swoosh logo, heel tab, and the Nike SB branding on the tongue. Other details include perforations on the toe and mesh around the ankle.

Look for the Nike SB Dunk High Mulder to release on May 11, 2017 for $110.
