Nike Flight Bonafide Cool Grey Releases Next Week

The Nike Flight Bonafide has turned heads since being introduced around All-Star Weekend as part of Nike’s 5 Decades of Basketball Collection marking a new territory with retro inspiration. Granted, we wouldn’t recommend hooping in this silhouette given the lack of lockdown support and a simple zipper backing for slip-on access, but it sure does look interesting thanks to the Nike Zoom Flight 95‘s iconic midsole ‘bug eyes’ filled with carbon fiber. Today we get the best look yet at the casual Cool Grey Flyknit option headed to retailers on May 11th for $150 USD. Do you plan on picking up a pair? Check out a detailed shot of the heel below and stay tuned for more Release Date updates right here on Sneaker News.

NikeLab Brings Back The City Knife In Three Colorways

All the way back in 2002, Nike released the ultimate nomad sneaker, the City Knife. The shoe featured a slim, laceless design perfect for folding into your travel bag when you weren’t wearing them. Before that came the Pocket Knife in 1998, an ACG model designed to be collapsible and as versatile as an actual pocket knife. Now NikeLab combines the two models into this latest innovative and stylish sneaker for women, the City Knife 3 Flyknit.

The shoe features the versatility and packability of its predecessors, with a modern look and construction in a one-piece Flyknit upper with a rubber strap to keep you locked in. The translucent rubber sole features four distinct segments that reflect the lines of the original City Knife and allow greater flexibility whether they’re on your feet or in your luggage.

The women’s NikeLab City Knife 3 Flyknit will be available May 11 on the Nike+ app, Nike.com and at select retailers. Every pair also comes packaged with a special travel bag.
