NBC’s Grimm has teamed up with Nike, Tinker Hatfield, and the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital for two unique renditions of the Air Jordan 10 Retro for charity, and they’ll be available beginning on April 15th exclusively through eBay auctions. Only four pairs of each colorway exist, but on top of those eight pairs, Nike will also auction one one pair each that feature the autographs of both Tinker and Michael Jordan. The bidding starts at $1,000 for the non-autographed pairs and $2,000 for the autographed pairs, and all proceeds will go toward the Grimmster Endowment at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. You couldn’t have asked for a better finish to Kobe Bryant’s historic career, as the Black Mamba put on one last show and finished with an absolutely insane 60 points on 50 shots to will the Lakers to a win over the Utah Jazz. Hollywood’s elite and a handful of celebrities were in attendance of course, including Jack Nicholson sitting in his usual courtside seats. With the Summer Olympic Games to be held in Brazil this year, this next variation of the Air Jordan 10 essentially pays tribute to Rio de Janeiro — Brazil’s second most populous municipality, famed for its Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.

Flaunting tonal wolf grey across its pebbled leather upper, contrasting accents of obsidian adorn the tongue, eye stays, inner lining and sole unit. To emit a warmer vibe to evoke the South American country, as well as the nation’s flag, bright pops of photo blue and green glow are implemented on the outsole, which also displays a few highlights of MJ’s memorable achievements.

Other notable details include a “Rio” embroidery on the collar, which replaces the traditional 23 or 45.

Suggested retail price for this limited edition pair is listed at $190 and scheduled to debut on May 7th.

Today we give you another look at a new colorway that combines White, Metallic Silver, Black and Hyper Turquoise throughout the shoe. The majority of this Melo M12 is done in White while Hyper Turquoise adds a nice pop of color by being placed on the heel, midsole, Melo branding on the tongue and on the laces. Black can then be seen on the tongue, midsole, heel, laces, and inner liner. The Jumpman logo on the midsole has been done in Metallic Silver for some added flash.

Earlier this week we found out that the Air Jordan 4 PRM Snakeskin would be releasing next month on May 21st. This will mark the 2nd premium colorway of the Air Jordan 4 that will release in as many months as we saw the Air Jordan 4 Premium Black hit retailers last weekend.

In comparison to the Premium Black colorway, this pair definitely has more of a luxurious look to it thanks to the colors used on the upper. The Air Jordan 4 PRM Snakeskin features a snakeskin textured leather on the upper as well as premium tumbled leather on the tongue, toe, side panels, wings and inner liner. Light Bone, White, Pure Platinum and Wolf Grey can be seen throughout the shoe with bronze metal detailing appearing on the eyelets and heel tab.

As some of you may be aware, the Jordan Brand Classic is going on this weekend in New York City. This annual event features the best high school players in the country and puts them all together for a highly anticipated match up. Over the years, Jordan Brand takes this event as an opportunity to display and release exclusive Jordan Brand sneakers, this time around one of the shoes appears to an Air Jordan 9 Low. Today we get a first look at what’s being called the Air Jordan 9 Low Jordan Brand Classic PE.

The first image shows the shoe coming in a white leather upper. The white leather upper is heavily contrasted by the black hits placed in areas such as the lining, tongue and laces. From this angle, parts of the midsole appear to be done up in a black and grey camouflaged patters while Infrared colored branding is spotted on the heel and midsole. Thoughts on the shoe? In honor of the occasion, Marcus broke out some old family home videos that showcase the joy of opening a new pair of sneakers that anybody can relate to. The video showcases brief glimpses of the trophy room as well as the unboxing of the first ever Jordan Brand pack, the Jordan Camp 23 Pack. In the video, a young Marcus even calls for a 50/50 split featuring Carolina Blue, a release that would come to fruition later. The croc textured upper is much more noticeable on this brown colorway in comparison to the black pair in my opinion, which is a good thing. However, I still wouldn’t see myself picking up a pair.
