Another Kids Only Air Jordan 1 Releases In Navy Blue

Jordan Brand is back with another kids-centric Air Jordan 1 release for Summer 2016. The Jumpman has focused on revamping its grade school exclusives in recent years, and what’s resulted has been some enviable colorways that those who only fit into an adult size run end up a bit jealous (just look at the Air Jordan 12 “Melo” arriving at retailers this weekend). This Air Jordan 1 High skips over the usual vibrancy of candy-coated offerings for a subtle monochromatic Midnight Navy upper complete with a synthetic snakeskin heel and ankle collar. Touches of Wolf Grey land on the Wings logo and Jumpman tongue branding to match the lining. What do you think of the color choice? Stay tuned for a stateside release in the near future.

Author’s Take

I’m on and off for this silhouette. I’m usually not a fan of hybrids but the recent brown-croc rendition of this pair was pretty solid. While this colorway is versatile, it’s a pass for me.

A closer look at this upcoming Air Jordan 4 is provided, as the model is scheduled to make its official arrival this weekend.

As noted, the silhouette is essentially a premium rendition, which is aimed for a more lifestyle appeal. Luxurious snakeskin leather is utilized for its upper, which is shaded in a neutral palette of light bone/white/pure platinum. Tonal leather details adorn the signature netting across its side panels, tongue and toe cap, while shimmering metallic hits are implemented on the eyelets and heel tab.

Further detailed with quilted leather insoles and lining, slight perforations are applied on the tongue and quarter panels for sufficient ventilation. Notable branding is evident on the tongue, rear, outsole and a bronze-like hang tag. Finished off with a crisp white sole unit, the sneakers will come equipped with a special dust bag and leather laces.

Retailing for $400, you can purchase a pair at select JB and Nike accounts this Saturday, May 21.

I?m a big fan of this model. I wish it was offered in larger sizing. I?m pretty biased towards this color combo and this should do well.

I?m not really a fan of this model in low-cut form. If it was the original build, I?ll look forward to purchasing. Either way, it?s still a classic pair that a lot of fans will consider getting.

While this Air Jordan 6 won’t be released to the public, a new variation of the Air Jordan 23 that pays tribute to Marcus Jordan and his upcoming sneaker store, Trophy Room, will be offered instead.

With two colorways scheduled to debut, official images of the black/metallic gold version have now released. The sneaker’s upper essentially flaunts the subdued and bold color scheme across, with notable design elements consisting of signatures on the toe cap, special logos reflecting the store on the insoles and the words “HEIR” “JORDAN” on the inner tongues.

All resting atop a translucent outsole, a release date for this pair has not been confirmed yet, but it’s likely to be introduced on May 23 — the grand opening of the Trophy Room Store.

Retail price is set at $275.

Author’s Take

I’ve never was a fan of this silhouette much. The execution looks solid though. If you’re a die-hard fan of the model, this should be sought after.

In celebration of Marcus Jordan’s new Trophy Room Store, a special sneaker boutique that will be open to the public on May 23, JB has produced an exclusive 1-of-1 Air Jordan 6.

Flaunting a predominantly grey/white color palette, the silhouette is accentuated with golden details across its entirety to perfectly coordinate with the retailer’s respective name.

Don’t look forward to seeing it release, as Marcus himself, stated that these are for the store only.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of this silhouette a lot. Hopefully JB will reconsider and release the model in the future. The overall execution looks great.

Author’s Takes

Andres Carrillo, News: These pictures kind of look like they’re done in black/white so it’s a little difficult to really tell what the colorway looks like. I like what I see so far though, so much that I just may have to pick up a pair.

New Images Of The Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone

Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone 1 Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone 2 Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone 3

Don’t look now, but the Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone will actually be releasing in less than a month. Are you excited for this release? Are you a fan of the model and colorway? If you answered you to any of those questions, check out these new images of this upcoming drop.

The Air Jordan 9 Low will come dressed in a Pantone (University Blue) leather upper. The smooth leather on the majority of the upper is accompanied by the tonal textured leather placed on the mudguard and heel region. In an effort to break up the tonal look of the upper, white accents are placed on the midsole, outsole and the 23 branding on the heel. Lastly, black hits make their way to the lining and branding on the heel and tongue. Slated to drop on June 11th for $170, is this considered a must-cop? Peep our official Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone launch page now for additional release details and more.

Author’s Take

The Air Jordan 9 Low is a solid model, but I don’t really favor the Pantone look. Baby Blue colored sneakers aren’t really my thing.

A Closer Look At All Three Colorways Of The Air Jordan 1 Low No Swoosh

AIR JORDAN 1 LOW 1 AIR JORDAN 1 LOW 2 AIR JORDAN 1 LOW 3 AIR JORDAN 1 LOW 4

This weekend we’ll be seeing the debut of three tonal colorways of a brand new Air Jordan 1. First spotted earlier this month, this new Air Jordan 1 is highlighted by the absence of the Swoosh branding.

Where we usually see the Nike Swoosh running across the side panels of the Air Jordan 1, these particular pairs completely remove the Swoosh. In addition to removing the Swoosh, we also see a premium leather upper used on this sneaker that would make a great “every day shoe” for the Summer thanks to the tonal and simplistic look. Releasing in Trooper (olive), Black, and Arctic Orange (pink) colorways, all three pairs hit select Jordan Brand retailers on May 21st for a retail price of $150. Will you be going after a pair?

via: Bait

Author’s Take

The materials on these pair of 1s look as good as Shattered Backboard quality (or better), but it’s just not an Air Jordan 1 without a Swoosh to me. It looks more of like a designer shoe. I’ll pass on these.
