More Views Of Air Jordan 1 Trophy Room

Air Jordan 1 1 Air Jordan 1

Following an initial glimpse this past weekend, Marcus Jordan provides another preview of the special edition Air Jordan 1 Trophy Room, which essentially celebrates the grand opening of his new sneaker boutique later today in the Town Center at Disney Springs (Florida).

This 1-of-1 pair sports a monochromatic finish consisting of grey across its nubuck composition, while contrasting black and metallic gold accents are applied throughout the remainder of its makeup to encapsulate its respective color scheme.

Also, you can check out the entire Air Jordan Trophy Room collection here.

Author’s Take

I’ll always be an advocate for this silhouette. I’m biased towards the colorway so it’s a solid execution. Hopefully, a general release will be offered in the future.

Additional Previews Of The 2016 Air Jordan 11 Space Jam

With its expected release already scheduled for this Holiday 2016 season, more previews of the 2016 Air Jordan 11 Space Jam continue to arise.

Certainly the most beloved variation of the silhouette, this forthcoming remastered pair essentially celebrates its 20th anniversary, which originally debuted in the film, Space Jam, back in 1996.

Just like its predecessor, the basketball sneaker will retain its distinctive build with a traditional all-black mesh and patent leather upper. Other notable details include a Concord Jumpman and the number “45” stitched on the back heel instead of “23.”

Finished off with a crisp white midsole unit and translucent outsole, in addition to more branding on the tongue tab, you can purchase this pair at select JB and Nike accounts on December 23 for $220.

Air Jordan 11 Space Jam To Feature 45 On Heel

You may believe that the Air Jordan 11 had always featured the number 23 on the heel of the shoe. However, the first-ever Air Jordan 11 that was ever revealed to the public featured Michael’s temporary number of 45, which he adopted after returning from retirement late in the ’94-’95 NBA season. If you recall, Michael Jordan prematurely debuted the Air Jordan 11 in the “Concord” colorway during the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals against the Magic, and in Game 4 of the series debuted a black/blue pair that we’ve come to know as the “Space Jam”. This year’s release of the Air Jordan 11 Retro “Space Jam” will in fact feature the number 45 on the heel (The 2001 and 2009 Retro releases had “23”). Stay tuned for more updates and stay tuned for the Air Jordan 11 “Space Jam” to release this December.

Marcus Jordan Carries The Family Name To A New Generation With Trophy Room

Trophy Room is less than twelve hours away from opening to the public. Early this morning, thousands poured into the Disney Springs shopping area to line up for a coveted wristband, which guarantees entrance and a chance to cop one of the many Jordans available at Trophy Room. The Jordan-only concept store officially opens its doors at 5:23 AM, and today we spent the day inside the store before and during the Friends & Family event with Marcus, his staff, several members of the Jordan family, and of course, a selection of invitees that got to experience the store before anyone else.

First and foremost, Marcus isn’t just a figurehead with a team of corporate folk behind him. His sweat and tears have surely gone into the launch of the store, and there’s no need to remind you that his blood is in this too. He’s recognized as the most extroverted of the Jordans, taking to social media to engage his fans and to be part of the daily conversation, so when news of Trophy Room spread through sneaker and pop culture media earlier this year, a considerable amount of buzz began to generate. We spotted Marcus hustling and bustling all throughout the day, making sure his staff was on top of their duties while moving boxes and shifting displays on his own. The nerves may have caught up to him, but that’s expected from someone who puts his heart and soul into something so crucial as carrying the torch of the Jordan name.

The Jordan Reveal Rocks Sleek Blue And Ghost Green

Another colorway of the Jordan Reveal has been unveiled (no pun intended), and this one has just the right look if you’re looking for something bright and bold this Summer.

The lifestyle Jordan Brand sneaker comes dressed in a a Sleek Blue mesh upper which is then complimented by the hits of Black placed on the heel counter and tongue. Adding a nice pop to the shoe are the Ghost Green hits noted in the Jumpman hits on the aforementioned heel counter and tongue. A White speckled midsole and a set of Sleek Blue laces rounds out the major features on the shoe. Available now at select retailers, is this something you’d wear this Summer?

Author’s Take

Not really a fan of the lifestyle shoe. Although it may be comfortable, it still has a bit of a bulky look, right? For anyone who’s tried them, are they comfortable?

An On-Feet Look At The Air Jordan 23 Trophy Room

Here is one of the first images that shows what the upcoming Air Jordan 23 Trophy Room Black will look like once you put them on your feet, and just like we expected, it looks pretty damn good! The Black suede upper blends in effortlessly with the hits of Gold placed on MJ branding located on the toe bumper and side panel overlays. While we still have no idea when these bad boys are going to release, there’s a very good chance that we may see them drop tomorrow during Trophy Room’s grand opening in Orlando. Priced at $275, is this a pair of Jordans that you’re looking to pick up? Make sure you visit the Air Jordan 23 Trophy Room Black launch page for the latest information regarding this upcoming drop.

I?ve been eyeing a pair of 23s for quite some time now. Never got the chance to pick up a pair when they initially released, but I may just have to pick up a pair now. Very underrated Jordan sneaker.

With only one day left before Trophy Room’s grand opening in Orlando, it was only a matter of time before we got our first look at the entire Air Jordan Trophy collection. Over the past several days we’ve gotten a first look at several different Air Jordan Trophy Room models, but today we get our first look at the remaining (most of them) pairs that were yet to be unveiled.

Over the weekend, guests were given early access to the sneaker store, and some of the people in attendance managed to take a a few pictures to give the sneaker world a first look at some of the shoe. Not that you’ve seen the majority of the Trophy Room sneakers, which pair grabs your attention the most?

Author’s Take

Out of all the pairs that I had not seen yet, the 17s are the ones that catch my eye the most. Some are cool, but some, no matter the colorway, I could do without.

Air Jordan Trophy Room Collection

On Monday, May 23, the doors of The Trophy Room will open in Orlando, Florida as part of the Disney Springs Town Center. Inspired by the trophy room that was a part of Michael Jordan’s house in Chicago, the store is the brainchild of Jordan’s son Marcus. And as you would expect from such a pedigree, the heat that will be on display and on sale will be unlike anything we have seen before.

Along with the exclusive Air Jordan XX3 Trophy Room colorways that will be dropping in-store and online on May 23rd, there will be a Trophy Room collection of Air Jordans on display at the store. Featuring a grey suede, black, white and gold color scheme, it’s not unlike other Air Jordan collections we have seen in various Nike stores throughout the country, but something tells us Marcus will have the upper hand when it comes to these type of displays. Just a hunch, right?

The Trophy Room Twitter account has been hyping up both the retail XX3 release and the exclusive Jordan collection that will be at the store. The full set hasn’t been revealed but it looks like some lucky sneakerheads or influencers or just super cool people have already seen the space and snapped pics for the world see. Here’s a look at we know is out there so far.

Here Is Our First Look At The Air Jordan 4 Premium Black Woven

Back in March, Baltsneakshow tweeted out that another premium version of the Air Jordan 4 was going to come out later on this year. The tweet read: “Woven pinnacle 4 black upper / white midsole/sole”. Once again, the reliable sneaker source hit the nail on the head with bold statement. Today we get our sneak peak at what we’re currently going to call the Air Jordan 4 Premium Black Woven.

This premium version of the Air Jordan 4 comes dressed in an all-Black upper done in a premium leather construction. What makes this version so unique is the fact that the toe and side panels appear to be done in woven fashion. We’ve already seen faux-snakeskin, pony hair, quilted leather and tumbled leather on the Air Jordan 4 Premium that have either released or been unveiled. For their latest trick, Jordan Brand opts to take the woven route. Only one image has been provided thus far, and no release date or retail price has been given out. All things aside, what are your first thoughts? You diggin’ the woven look? Let us know in the comments below.

via: Baltsneakshow

Author’s Take

It’s hard to tell, but it does have potential. I like woven upper, I’m just not used to seeing it on a retro. I’ll reserve mu judgement until I get a better look at the shoe.

First Look At The Air Jordan 13 Trophy Room

Air Jordan 13 Trophy Room

Yea, I know. I’m bombarding you with a handful of Trophy Room exclusives today. Which leads to my next question? Could it be possible that all the retros (1-23) release in  Trophy Room exclusive from? As of right now, we’ve seen the Air Jordan 1,2,3,4,5,11,12 and now the Air Jordan 13. That’s only about one-third of the retros, but to tell you the truth, I would not be surprised if the Trophy Room sneaker store has all 23 Trophy Room exclusives on display. Thoughts on the tonal look of the Air Jordan 13 Trophy Room? Let us know in the comments below. Want to see these in person? Attend Trophy Room’s grand opening this Monday!

via: dnpsneakz

Author’s Take

Out of all the Trophy Room exclusives, this is my least favorite one. I feel like the shoe could have looked much better if it would have came with a two-toned upper. The all-Grey look makes the shoe seem a little generic.

Peep The Air Jordan 12 Trophy Room

The first half of 2016 definitely belonged to the Air Jordan 12, so it only makes sense that Jordan’s signature shoe also gets a Trophy Room exclusive. With that being said, here is your first look at the Air Jordan 12 Trophy Room.

The Grey suede upper is nicely contrasted by the White textured leather placed on the mudguard of the shoe. In addition to the two-toned look, the hits of Gold placed on the eyelets and side panel really give the shoe a premium look and feel. Hits of Black found on the laces and lining, and the White sole unit complete the look of the Trophy Room exclusive. Is it a 1-of-1 as well? Probably, but we’ll just wait until Trophy Room confirms it. Hot or not? Let us know in the comments below.

Author’s Take

Clean looking pair of 12s. The Gold hits really give the shoe a nice pop. Without those hits, I’d feel like something would be missing.

There Is Also An Air Jordan 11 Trophy Room!

Yup, that shoe you see above is the uber-exclusive Air Jordan 11 Trophy Room. While we still can’t confirm that this is a 1-of-1 Trophy Room store exclusive, if it happens to follow the same pattern as the pairs that have already been revealed, this will be the only pair ever created.

Judging by the picture provided, the Jordan 11 appears to come with an upper made out of a Grey suede and patent leather. The only thing breaking up the tonal look of the upper are the hits of Black placed on the branding, laces and lining. A White midsole and translucent outsole complete the look. Thoughts on the shoe? Attend the Trophy Room grand opening on Monday to see these in person.

Author’s Take

Kind of look like the Cool Grey 11s, right? I hope there are some kind of Gold hits on the upper, that will really help differentiate it from the Cool Grey 11s.
