A Preview Of The Air Jordan 12 Black Nylon

Air Jordan 12 1 Air Jordan 12

The classic Air Jordan 12 is set to receive a material makeover this year, as the label aims to explore various options to make the silhouette more modern and durable.

As suggested, nylon is utilized for the majority of its upper, with this fabric consisting to be waterproof as well. With this new build, the sneaker should be a bit lighter as well, while tonal black leather is applied on the forefoot to further maintain its premium feel.

Accentuated with red accents on the tongue tab, the model is finished off with a clean white rubber outsole.

This revamped pair is scheduled to debut at select JB and Nike accounts on September 10 for retail price tag of $190.

Author’s Take

It’ll be interesting to see how this model does. I always wondered if the brand would explore new materials and apply it on classics just to see how it would be received. For example, the utilization of flyknit as well. I don’t think this offering looks that bad, but we’ll see.

The Air Jordan 12 GS Hyper Violet Debuts In A Few Weeks

While the upcoming Flu Game colorway will also be offered in grade school sizing, the next exclusive Air Jordan 12 GS to release will be this Hyper Violet offering.

More images of the forthcoming model continue to surface online as we approach its release date next month, as the silhouette flaunts a simplistic two-tone colorway. Tonal black dominates its suede upper, leather mudguard and portion of its midsole, while the defining hue is applied on the outsole and inner lining to cap off the color scheme.

Metallic accents are evident on the eyelets with more purplish hits gracing the tongue, back heel and outsole.

Retailing for $140, you can find this latest pair at select JB and Nike accounts on June 18th, 2016.

Author’s Take

I’m a fan of the silhouette in general. I like this two-tone execution and it’s a solid option for the ladies or young ones this summer.

Jordan Brand Remixes The Obsidian With This Upcoming Air Jordan 12 Retro

You would think Jordan Brand would bring back the original “Obsidian” colorway, seeing that the brand has been fairly generous with the Retro releases this year. We haven’t received confirmation yet, but what we do know is that one month from today, the brand will drop this “remixed” version of that colorway, taking the classic obsidian, carolina blue, and white and flipping them around to create this clean colorway. 2016 is proving to be the year of the Air Jordan 12 thanks to the barrage of must-have releases, and we expect these to fly off the shelves too. Check out a crispy detailed look here and stay tuned for the drop on June 25th at select Jordan retailers like Sole Fly in Miami.

Will The Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar Be A Hit Or Miss

The closer we get to the release date, the more confused I get in regards to whether or not the Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar will be a hit or miss release. For the most part, the Air Jordan 5 Lows aren’t received with open arms, but on the other hand, it is a collaborative-type sneaker, which is usually enough reason for people to create hype on a Jordan. The Cement/3M upper gives the shoe a unique look and feel, while the Infrared accents create even more of an overall pop. There’s no doubt that Jordan Brand is trying to make this a hyped up release, hence the custom hangtag, box and price hike, but unless the shoe is released in limited numbers I don’t see these selling out instantly. Releasing June 3rd for a price tag of $200, make sure you visits our official Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar launch page now for more images, info and release details.

Author’s Take

If I had to make a guess, I’d say that the shoe’s $200 price tag and the soccer-collaboration will not make this a hit. It’s not a miss either, it’s just a “meh” release in my opinion.

Whos Picking Up A Pair Of The Air Jordan 11 Low Navy Gum

The Air Jordan 11 Low Navy Gum along with the Air Jordan 11 Low Varsity Red is releasing on June 4th for $170. That’s about 10 days away. Let the countdown begin. It’s been a cool minute since we’ve seen an Air Jordan 11 Low release, so it should be pretty interesting to see how this new colorway is received.

Coming in a non-traditional form, the Air Jordan 11 Low comes dressed in a Navy Blue mesh upper accompanied by the patent leather placed on the toe and mudguard. Minimal hits of White take care of the branding on the upper, while a White midsole/Gum outsole take care of the lower half of the shoe. Additional Navy Blue can be seen on the laces and lining to complete the fairly tonal look of the shoe. Blue uppers and gum bottoms are not a common theme on Jordan 11s, are you diggin’ this new look? Let us know in the comments below. Don?t forget to visit our Air Jordan 11 Low Navy Gum launch page for the latest videos, images, release information and other updates.

Author’s Take

One of the few Air Jordan retros that I consider a must-cop this year.  The Navy Blue and Gum combination is butter!

The Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar release is not far away. Aside from coming with a very unique upper, the shoe will also come with extras made exclusively for this release.

Of course, the most notable feature on the shoe is without a doubt the cement print upper covered in a 3M motif. Accompanying the shiny upper are the hits of Infrared placed on the tongune lining, Jumpman and front of the outsole. Toning down the look of the shoe are the Black accents noted on the tongue, lining, netting, midsole and laces. Those extra features I was talking about include a new box that comes in bright red and black speckles, and a Jordan/Neymar hang tag made exclusively for the sneaker. Releasing June 3rd for a price tag of $200, make sure you visits our official Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar launch page now for more images, info and release details.

I have a feeling that the shoe will do better than any of the Air Jordan 5 Low releases we?ve seen all year. Not only does it look flashy, but a lot of soccer/Neymar fans are going to want to get a pair as well.

I?m glad to see that the Air Jordan 17 made a return this year, but that $250 price tag is just absurd. Why are these $60 more than regular retros?

Dont Sleep On The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Metallic Navy

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Metallic Navy is set to release on June 4th. That’s less than 2 weeks away, and yet the majority of people don’t seem to be too hyped on the release. Are people sleeping on this pair of Jordan 1s? If that’s the case, I really don’t understand why.

It comes in an OG colorway. It comes with Nike branding. It’s a very versatile colorway. Am I missing something? For those of you who still need a little convincing, this latest image shows all the beauty that the shoe has to offer. A White leather upper takes care of the majority of the shoe. While the Metallic Navy accents provide sharp contrast while also giving the shoe a subtle pop. It’s simple, but nothing else is really needed to make this a classic. Coming out on June 4th for $160, are you sleeping or are you wide awake? Visit our Air Jordan 1 High OG Metallic Navy launch page to stay updated with this release.

Author’s Take

It’s a clean OG colorway, but I just think the “NIKE AIR” branding on Jordan 1s is not as hyped as it used to be. Even non-OG colorway are getting the OG treatment. Nike branding is not what it used to be.

Heres Another Look At The Latest Luxurious Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau

Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau 1 Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau 2 Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau 3 Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau 4

The Air Jordan 1 hasn’t made too much noise so far this year as the biggest release that we’ve seen is the David Letterman colorway that released last month. However, just because an Air Jordan 1 doesn’t have Nike Air branding doesn’t mean it can’t be dope.

There’s a new Air Jordan 1 High Nouveau (which features the Jumpman on the tongue) that is now available at retailers. This Air Jordan 1 feature a snake-scaled upper in a tonal Midnight Navy colorway. Contrasting hits of White and Pure Platinum land on the inner liner, sole, and on the Jumpman and Wings branding on the tongue and ankle respectively. The Swoosh branding on the upper is composed of mesh instead of faux snakeskin leather.

Stand out from the crowd this Summer and pick up this Air Jordan 1 at select Jordan Brand retailers for $150.

Author’s Take

I really like the snakeskin textured leather on the upper. It reminds me a lot of the Pinnacle releases from last year that were way out of my budget. I just may have to pick up this pair.

Dont Sleep On The Air Jordan XXX Gym Red And Pick Up Your Pair Now

Air Jordan XXX Gym Red 1 Air Jordan XXX Gym Red 2 Air Jordan XXX Gym Red 3

So many sneakers released last weekend that you may not be aware of everything that dropped. Jordan Brand clearly took center stage as a handful of retros released as well as three tonal colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Low that were missing the Swoosh logo.

But one Jordan Brand release that may have gotten lost in the shuffle is the Air Jordan XXX Gym Red. Featuring a combination of Black and Gym Red on the performance woven upper. Red dominates the front half of the shoe while Black can be seen toward the back half thanks to the gradient effect. The laces, tongue, and inner liner are also black while the midsole uses the same gradient look as the upper.

You can still pick up a pair now at select Jordan Brand retailers for $200.

Author’s Take

So far this is my favorite colorway of the Air Jordan XXX. I hope people continue to sleep on them and they fall under retail.

The Air Jordan 6 Infrared Could Have Looked Like This Unreleased Sample

2014’s Air Jordan 6 Infrared popped up right before Jordan Brand’s remastered overhaul and Nike Swoosh-branded renaissance, but that didn’t mean that the Jumpman wasn’t paying close attention to the details in that pair, as shades of 1991 returned in the form of underlying 3M accents and more. But what would’ve happened if this alternate Infrared 6 showed up on retail shelves instead? Today we get a look at what could’ve been via a rare sample pair showcased by Stadium Goods. The pair features a remixed midsole color blocking, Infrared Jumpman branding on the heel, and a less-than icy outsole that skips out on the added blue shade. Would you pick up this pair if it ever released at retail? You can grab this ultra-rare sample, but it’ll cost you. Check out more photos below and head over to Stadium Goods to secure this Air Jordan 6 today.
