Ale Brown Highlights The Latest Jordan Trainer ST Premium

Jordan Trainer ST Premium Jordan Trainer ST Premium 1 Jordan Trainer ST Premium 2

While it hasn’t been featured prominently recently, the Jordan Trainer ST Premium is finally treated in a new colorway for Spring/Summer 2016.

Dominated by Ale Brown across its perforated leather overlays across its side panels and textile upper, the base is also detailed with a distinctive elephant print, which flows prominently across its toe and tongue area.

Complementing the look are bright tones of gym red adorning the heel counter and rear portion of its midsole unit, as it all rests atop a crisp, white flightflex sole.

Finished off with notable Jumpman branding on the rear and matching laces, you can purchase this latest pair at select JB and Nike retailers now for $130.

Author’s Take

I don’t think the silhouette is that bad. It looks pretty solid in this colorway though. Would I consider purchasing it? Not really, but maybe in the right colorway.

The Air Jordan 8 is currently celebrating its 23rd anniversary, but we haven’t seen any colorways release almost 5 months into the year. That’s all about to change next month when we see the release of the Air Jordan 8 Championship Pack.

Consisting of two colorway of the Air Jordan 8, this third Championship Pack from Jordan Brand celebrates Michael Jordan’s 3rd NBA Championship and the completion of his first threepeat. The first colorway features an all-white upper and takes inspiration from the Larry O’Brien trophy as we see gold hits land on the strap and by the midsole which also has fingerprints on it reminiscent of the prints that are left on a trophy when you touch it. The second pair comes in all-black and features a premium tumbled leather upper with patent leather detailing on the heel, ankle and eyestay. This pair is highlighted by the confetti graphics that have been placed by the midsole, on the inner bootie and on the outsole.

Both pairs from the celebratory pack are scheduled to release on June 25th for $250 each. Head over to our Air Jordan 8 Championship Pack to see more images, release information and other updates on this release.

Even though I’m not a fan of the Air Jordan 8, I think Jordan Brand did a decent job with this Championship Pack. The $250 price tag just too much though.

The Air Jordan 7 Tinker Alternate Is The Perfect Name For A Remixed Classic (Video)

The Air Jordan 7 Tinker Alternate sounds like it should be a great idea, right? Take a shoe that is already considered one of the best and historically significant Air Jordans of all time and have one of your brand’s most iconic figures mess around with the colors to create something fresh. The result, however, might not be up to people’s expectations. It looks like a well thought out first draft for something that ended up being legendary. Some might love the slightly different look while others don’t want a classic to be “ruined”. Imagine the Air Jordan 7 Olympics is the original Star Wars trilogy and the Tinker Alternate are those special editions that changed up a few details and shots and you might see what we mean. It will be interesting to see the public’s reaction to this when it drops during the Summer Olympics for sure.

A Detailed Look At The Air Jordan 8 Cigar & Champagne Collection

In 2014, Jordan Brand unveiled the first ever “Cigar & Champagne” Pack, a celebration of Michael Jordan’s championships using an Air Jordan shoe as the platform for the event. Twenty three years ago, in June of 1993, Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls won an NBA Championship, but this one was extra-special as it completed the “three-peat” of rings. During that season, Jordan laced up the Air Jordan 8, and it’s in this upcoming June 2016 release that the silhouette gets elevated like never before. It starts with a black colorway, which makes use of tumbled leather, graphics of confetti on the mudguard, and an attached bag of actual confetti to help you celebrate your latest pick-up. The white colorway makes use of a shimmering metallic gold mudguard with MJ’s fingerprints. This celebratory release is expected to release at select Jordan retailers like SoleFly on June 25th with an MSRP of $250 per pair. Grab a detailed look below and let us know if these are the best C&C releases yet.

Is This The Most Underrated Original Air Jordan Release Of 2016

Despite being an original colorway of the Air Jordan 1 High, the “Metallic Navy” pair dropping in less than a month doesn’t seem to be getting much buzz, and a lot of that has to do with all the noise surrounding the opening of Trophy Room, the Cigar and Champagne, and all the goodies leading up to the Rio Olympics. Sure, they’re no match for OG Jordan 1s like the “Royal” or “Chicago” colorway, but we think they need a little more respect than what they’ve been getting so far. Here’s another look to help you decide if you need a pair, because they’re dropping in two Saturdays at select retailers like Sole Fly. And if you really need a pair, you can pick them up now and join #TeamEarly by grabbing them from eBay.

Additional details include ?CHA? embroidered on the collar as a nod to the city, matching striped pull tabs for easy accessibility and subtle embossed branding gracing the tongue, as well as the iconic Jumpman logo on the rear.

The Air Jordan 10 City Pack Stop In Charlotte This June

The Air Jordan 10 “City Pack” has had its fair share of fashion capitals and premium lifestyle takedowns of the model in recent months, but now we’re finally getting a pair that references Michael Jordan’s current franchise affiliation with the Air Jordan 10 “Charlotte”. The Hornets had one of their best seasons in recent memory this past year, and even though Mike can’t recruit current players under contract with Charlotte to become members of the Jordan Brand family per new NBA rules, there are quite a few who will be returning to the lineup next regular season with the ability to wear this pair. A clean white tumbled leather serves as a base while Concord and Blue Lagoon round out most of the accent work to match the ‘CHA’ stitching on the upper ankle collar. The Hornets-themed Air Jordan 10 will arrive at retailers on June 18th for $190 USD. Will you be picking up a pair? Check out a better preview below and know that you can pick up your size right now via eBay.
