Do You Consider The Air Jordan 4 Royalty A Must Cop

When’s the last time Jordan Brand dropped an Air Jordan 4 that wasn’t a $4000 premium/Pinnacle version? You’d have to go all the way back to March of last year when the Air Jordan 4 Dunk From Above was released. In other words, it’s been a cool minute.

That’s soon about to change as the brand new Air Jordan 4 Royalty is set to make its debut tomorrow! Releasing for the first time ever, this version of the Jordan 4 comes in a Black nubuck upper accented beautifully by the Metallic Gold hits on the eyelets, branding on the tongue and on the heel by way of the Jumpman logo. A nice premium touch to the shoe is the leather heel tab. Adding sharp contrast is the White midsole unit paired up with the Black outsole.

The Air Jordan 4 Royalty will release in sizes for the entire family. Prices are as follows: adult sizing retailing for $190 and GS, PS and TD sizes are listed at $140, $80 and $60 respectively.

New Images Of The Air Jordan 8 Alternate

Jordan Brand had success last week with the release of the Air Jordan 8 Take Flight and they hope to do the same with this Alternate pair.

Making its debut this year, the Air Jordan 8 Take Flight is a tribute to an unreleased variation which didn?t make it into production when the Bugs Bunny pair released in 1993. The shoe utilizes a leather upper in a Chicago Bulls?-inspired color scheme of white, black and red. Perforation detailing is then seen on the overlays and side panels. The chenille Jumpman logo on the tongue uses a combination of all three colors while “1993” has been added on the heel.

Releasing on February 25th for $190, will you be picking up this new colorway of the Jordan 8?

The Air Jordan 1 Rare Air Shadow Is Now Arriving At Retailers

Jordan Brand Gears Up For The Post-Season Push With The Air Jordan 12 Low Playoffs

Jordan Brand already has big plans for the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities, but what happens after that celebratory break in the NBA schedule passes? Most teams hunker down and get serious about their respective playoff pushes or get rid of assets in hopes of tanking before the NBA Draft. Jordan Brand is gearing up for the post-season with one of the more iconic original colorways of the Air Jordan 12 returning, only this time in low-top remastered form.

The Air Jordan 12 Low “Playoffs” featuring that simple combination of black tumbled leather, a white mudguard and small hints of Chicago-inspired Varsity Red will release on February 25th, 2017 for $170 USD for the perfect combination of old and new. While we’d love to see a true and through Air Jordan 12 “Playoffs” retro, seeing the iconic colorway in low form is definitely something we can get behind.

These first retail images come courtesy of Jimmy Jazz and showcase the Metallic Silver lace eyelets, traditional heel branding, and carbon fiber on the outsole. What do you think? Check out more shots below and stay tuned for more Air Jordan Release Dates right here on Sneaker News.

Jordan Brands Alternate Series Continues This February With New Air Jordan 8

You might not notice by looking at this simple Chicago-themed Air Jordan 8, but it’s not an original colorway of Mike’s unique dual-strapped eighth signature model. Only three colorways made up the original 1993 release slate of the AJ8 ranging from the Bugs Bunny-inspiration, the lauded Aqua theme, and a Playoff variation.

Times were simpler back then, before the days of the infinite colorways hitting the release slate and trickling down to the sales section. That’s what we love about Jordan Brand’s ongoing “Alternate Collection” – they’ve been creating colorways that Mike could’ve worn on-court with the Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan 4, and Air Jordan 5 Low. This Air Jordan 8 “Alternate” will hit retailers on February 25th, 2017 rounding out a fairly busy schedule for Jordan Brand’s February 2017.

The Air Jordan 8 Alternate features a simple white leather upper, additional micro-perforations on the side panels, updated Metallic Red accents on the premium strap adjustments, and a stark contrast on that bold 90s midsole pattern. Jordan Brand splashes the heel tab with ‘1993’ in a nod to the year the shoe was created while the inner tongue lining matches that unique midsole pattern. What do you think of the Alternate 8s? Check out more retail photos courtesy of Finish Line below and head over to our Air Jordan Release Dates page for more updates.

This OG colorway takes on a full leather upper with black dominating most of the shoe and white landing on the medial and lateral mudguards, as well as on the outsole. Red branding on the tongue and heel finish off the look on this pair of 12 Lows that releases on February 25th for $170. Will you cop or drop? Let us know in the comments below.
