Our First Look At The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Premium Essentials White

What you see above is a first look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Premium Essentials White. This brand new Jordan 1 High colorway comes dressed in a White tumbled and smooth leather upper with details such as the perforations on the toe, embossed Wings branding on the ankle and White lining. The only part of the shoe that does not come in White is the University Red hit used for the Nike Air branding on both the tongue and insoles. A White sole unit completes the tonal look of the shoe. No official release date yet but early reports suggest that the shoe will drop sometime this Summer for the retail price of $160. Thoughts?

Get Ready For The Air Jordan 1 High Camo Pack

It’s not too often that we see the Air Jordan 1 get covered in any type of print/graphics, but it does happen every now and then. Today we give you a look at two new Air Jordan 1 colorways which feature camo print and premium materials.

Similar the Air Jordan 5 that has also recently surfaced, these two Air Jordan 1s feature leather uppers with suede ovrerlays. The camo detailing has been placed on the side panels, ankle, midfoot, and toecap, and is also 3M. The two color options include a black/grey pair and a grey/red pair. Both come with Jumpman branding on the tongue and “AIR 23” logos on the heels. The Air Jordan 1 High Camo Pack has already arrived overseas with a stateside release date still pending. Keep it locked to Kicks On Fire for updates.

An OVO x Jordan Trunner LX Could Be In The Works

Let’s keep it real for a minute here. The Jordan Trunner LX is not a Jordan Brand model that people line up for. But what would happen if Jordan Brand dropped a collaborative version of the model with OVO? Would that make a difference? We may very well find out in the near future.

What you se above is Drake wearing what is believed to be a potential OVO x Jordan Trunner LX collaboration. Rocking a White and Gold color scheme, most of the shoe comes in White while the Gold is used as the accent color for detailing. If this does end up being a OVO x Jordan Trunner LX collab, do you see people lining up for these like every other past OVO x Jordan Brand release? Stay tuned as more info begins to surface.

First Look At The Air Jordan 13 Bred Retro

Arguably the most popular Air Jordan 13 original colorway of all-time is poised for a return in 2017. Simply dubbed the “Bred” colorway, this Air Jordan 13 OG from 1998 will be back this year in its original form, although it remains to be seen if reflective threads will be intertwined in the ballistic nylon upper. This Air Jordan 13 colorway was last released in 2013 and in 2003, which makes this year’s release the fourth overall Retro release. Stay tuned for updates on our Jordan Release dates page.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High Camo Pack

Traditionalists don’t necessarily like let alone love when Jordan Brand brings new ideas to the Air Jordan 1, but that doesn’t mean that Michael Jordan’s first signature model is off limits to experimentation – just look at what Virgil Abloh is doing with the OFF-WHITE Air Jordan 1. Today we get a look at the new Air Jordan 1 Camo Pack featuring 2 new takes inspired by classic colorways in the “Shadow” and “Banned” aesthetic. The Air Jordan 1 Shadow Camo features a premium combination of suede panels with a traditional woodland camouflage featuring hidden touches of 3M. A similar look is also featured, just with University Red. Another notable accent (besides the Jumpman branding on the tongue) is an updated ‘AIR 23’ stitching on the heel. Check out a better look at both coming colorways below and be sure to head over to our Air Jordan Release Dates page for an updated look at all of the coming offerings from Jordan Brand.

Drake Teases Possible Upcoming OVO x Jordan Trunner Collaboration

ovo-jordan-trunner-collaboration

People who write “u” instead of “you” – what do you do with all the time you save?” Drake pondered in his latest Instagram post. Well, Drake, they might be searching social media for the latest coming Jordan collaborations, they might even be writing this very post right now. Today Drake teased some all-white outfit and if you look toward the bottom of the photo you might notice some new footwear option, too. By the looks of it, this is a coming OVO x Jordan Trunner LX collaboration. Jordan Brand has been releasing the early 2000s training model in a number of noteworthy updates and OG constructions throughout the year, from the “Bred” all the way to the premium “BHM” look. The woven midfoot makes this retro training model perfect for lifestyle wear too, and we can only imagine what a Drake co-signed OVO “White/Gold” Jordan Trunner LX would do to boost the oft-forgotten Jumpman offering later this year. Stay tuned for more photos and in the meantime, start writing ‘u’ instead of ‘you’ to save some time.

Jordan Brand’s “Premium Essentials” initiative is definitely something we can get behind, as the Jumpman has introduced simple, timeless colorways of the Air Jordan 1 the past couple of seasons from their Yin-Yang Pack to the Perforated Pack, each displaying Mike’s first signature silhouette in white and black combinations in ways that we were surprised never released previously. Today we get a look at another “Premium Essentials” take with the Air Jordan 1 featuring an updated tumbled leather last seen on the retro renditions of the Royal and Banned 1s. The only touch of color here comes on the classic ‘Nike Air’ branded tongue. Check out more photos below and stay tuned for a release on June 20th.

New Images Of The Air Jordan 5 White Cement

We already have a White Cement Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 4, which are some of the most beloved Jordan retros of all-time. Soon we’ll be able to add the Air Jordan 5 to the “White Cement” Collection.

Scheduled to release some time later this Summer, this Air Jordan 5 has been given the popular White Cement look as the majority of the upper comes constructed out of a white leather. The signature cement grey with black speckling print has been placed on the upper eyelets and midsole. Additional pops of black show up on shark teeth on the midsole, the heel portion of the midsole, the inner liner, and the tongue. Last but not least we have hits of red on the Jumpman logos on the tongue and heel, and on the inside of the tongue. An icy blue outsole completes the look.

Do you plan on picking up the Air Jordan 5 White Cement when it drops lager this Summer? Retail price is expected to be $190. Make sure you keep it locked to Kicks On Fire for updates.

Jordan Jumpman Pro Cyber Monday

After the success of the all-black-with-white-sole Air Jordan colorway released on Cyber Monday in 2015, the colorway has quickly become a classic we’ve seen again and again, much like other standard color schemes like “Cool Grey”, “Bred”, and “Oreo”. Although subsequent shoes with the look haven’t been released on Cyber Monday, they’re pretty much stuck with the nickname. The latest “Cyber Monday” sneaker to release nowhere near the Monday following Black Friday is the Jordan Jumpman Pro, which features its own all-black upper in full-grain leather and synthetic nubuck with a contrasting solid white sole. The simple yet strong looks makes for one of the best non-OG colorways of the classic Jordan team shoe to release yet.

The “Cyber Monday” Jumpman Pro is available now at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com.

Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight

Release Date: July 22, 2017
Price: $190

For as long as we’ve known, the Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight was considered a sample that would not be releasing to the public. Well, not anymore. Jordan Brand will be releasing the Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight as a general release

The Air Jordan 13 History Of Flight comes with a White tumbled leather upper offset by the Red hits noted on the sole unit, lining and branding. White laces, the traditional hologram on the lateral side of the ankle, the White midsole and the Metallic Silver Jumpman on the tongue round out the main features on the shoe. This is the same color scheme used on all the other retros from the History of Flight series but this is the first time one of those models releases to the public. Could this be the first of many History Of Flight colorways to release to the public? Only time will tell.

Author’s Take

Juan Carrillo, News: It has an OG feel to them. Definitely a colorway I’d go after if I considered myself a fan of this model. The tonal White and the hits of Red is a tried and true look. I dig it.
