Independence Day took place last week, but Nike is still releasing USA-inspired sneakers thanks to the Olympics being less than a month away.

Next week we’ll be seeing the Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit Low get the patriotic treatment as the low profile and sleek silhouette will be dressed in a Gym Red and Deep Royal Blue Flyknit upper. An iridescent Swoosh adds some flair to this colorway along with special insoles that read ?USA E Pluribus Unum? and “Out Of Many, You Are The One.?

The Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit Low USA will be releasing on July 18, 2016 for $170.

The Nike Air Max Audacity is a shoe that’s usually worn by NBA big man, Anthony Davis. Davis’ season was derailed by injuries that prohibited him from having the season we all know he’s capable of. Being that his season was cut short, Davis won’t be able to participate in this year’s Summer Olympics for team USA. Had he been healthy, there’s a good chance that he would be playing in the Nike Air Max Audacity USA you see above.

Coming in the customary USA theme, Red, White and Blue dress up the shoe from head to toe. Although Davis won’t be able wear thee during the Olympic, nothing is stopping you from getting a pair since they’re now available at Nike for a cool $100.

In honor of his upcoming induction into the baseball hall of fame, Nike has created a special limited edition box set of hats honoring Ken Griffey Jr. The collection includes all of the hats worn by The Kid throughout his career, from the minor league Bellingham Mariners to even the Chicago White Sox cap from his brief stint with the team in 2008. A Swingman logo hat is also included in the set, with each hat featuring a premium wool and leather construction. Each box set is also autographed by Griffey himself, and releases exclusively at Niketown Seattle on July 16th for $650.

Another Nike SB Dunk Low is on the way and this pair was dubbed the Asphalt. Rocking an upper that mimics the look of ground you drive on, let’s get a look at the official images of the Nike SB Dunk Low Asphalt.

The SB Dunk Low comes with an asphalt-like print on the upper consisting of Black and Grey. The first time i saw it, the shoe kind of looked like a Elephant print theme. Whitt accents placed on the heel, Swoosh, laces, lining, midsole and tongue break up the patterned look . Lastly, the gum bottom outsole gives the shoe some classic vibes. Here is the latest colorway of the Nike Air Berwuda that will be released by Nike for Summer 2016.

Covered in a Wolf Grey mesh throughout the majority of the upper with Pure Platinum overlays. This Air Berwuda is then accented by bright hits of Action Red on the Swoosh branding, inner liner, and the heel. Ivory can then be seen on the side panels along with a white midsole and black rubber outsole.

First announced earlier this year, Nike just announced new details for their upcoming BIKETOWN project in their how city of Portland, OR. The city-wide bike share program (think Citi Bikes if you’re familiar with the bike share program in NYC) sponsored by Nike will provide 1,000 bikes to the residents of Portland over the next five years, offering an active and convenient way to get around town. While most of the bikes will feature an orange paint job inspired by the classic Nike shoe box, today the brand unveiled that there will be three special limited edition bike wraps featuring designs inspired by the iconic Air Max 95, Air Safari, and Air Trainer 1 models?each featuring reflective detailing for visibility at night. BIKETOWN launches July 19th in Portland, so if you’re in the area, get on your Nike bike and ride!

Created by Tokyo Lifestyle, this Air Max 90 features a Varsity Maize patent leather upper with Black accents on the inner liner, tongue, heel, and the branding by the toe and ankle. A Light Bone midsole and gum outsole finish off this 1-off custom hand-made sample that you see above. As you can probably tell already, this custom takes inspiration from the Air Jordan 5 Tokyo that is regarded as one of the most sought after Air Jordans ever.

Following up the Nike Air Max 90 Tokyo Sample that we just showed you, we now see another Nike silhouette get the same vibrant treatment.

For this 1-off custom hand-made sample, Tokyo Lifestyle created the Nike Air Flight which they call a mixture between the Air Flight 89, Air Jordan 3, and Air Jordan 4. The shoe features a Varsity Maize leather upper with black detailing on the heel, midsole, and the branding on the heel and ankle. Anthracite has then been added on the tongue, inner liner and outsole. This Nike Air Flight Tokyo takes inspiration from the Air Jordan 5 of the same name. What are your thoughts? Nike entered the world of cross training with a bang before it was blacklisted and kept out of official CrossFit gyms and competitions due to an exclusive contract with Reebok. Nike even poked fun at the ridiculousness of the situation with a “Don’t Ban Our Shoe, Beat Our Shoe” slogan perfectly capped off with a colorway to reference the most popular banned shoe of all time – the Air Jordan 1. None of this has stopped the Swoosh from perfecting their modern training silhouette – in fact, it’s only added fuel to the fire. The sequel, known as the Nike MetCon 2 AMP features a stable platform, dual density foam to improve on the first Metcon’s outsole unit while a bolstered fuse upper adds lightweight support for all types of training. The colorways have only gotten better too, as this Volt and Blue Glow colorway is as bold as they come. The look features alternating mismatched panels between the two feet while a marbled midsole shank adds a crazy splash of color. This Nike Metcon 2 will be available in-store and online on Monday, July 18th for $140 USD.
