The Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 Christ The King Arrives Later This Week
By SoleInsider
Lifestyle imagery of the upcoming Nike LeBron Zoom Soldier 10 Christ The King is now unveiled, as this particular finish pays homage to one of the top NYC basketball schools ? Christ the King high school.
Shaded in the school?s respective signature palette, the colorway also coordinates with the Cleveland Cavaliers perfectly so you can expect LeBron James to wear this pair throughout the season.
Team Red essentially covers the upper, distinctive straps and midsole unit, while subtle pops of metallic gold are prominent on the heel via Swooshes for a complementing contrast. Finally, a clean white rubber sole unit finishes off its distinctive design.
Retailing for $130, you can purchase this pair at select Nike retailers starting Saturday, October 15th.
The colorway is appealing in general. Although I don?t like the silhouette aesthetically, this should still garner some attention, especially for those who attend the NYC high school too.

Said to be retailing for $150, we will let you know when these get a release date. Hot? Let us know in the comments below.
Author’s Take
Never really got behind the model. It’s not really my style. With that said, the shoe still appears to be done rather quite nicely.
Another Look At This Nike Kobe 11 That May Release For Halloween
By SoleInsider
Halloween is right around the corner and Nike could potentially be releasing some kind of Halloween Pack that includes the Kobe 11.
Seen here in new pictures is an upcoming colorway of the Kobe 11 which features a grey Flyknit upper with black detailing on the inner liner, the design on the heel, and the Flywire cables that run down the side panels. The rib-caged design on the heel and the skulls on the insoles are a pretty good indication that this is a pair designed for the upcoming holiday.
No release date is available yet for this grey colorway of the Nike Kobe 11, but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.
If this is indeed a Halloween colorway, I think more could have been to the design to give it that Halloween look. It’s a nice colorway, but it doesn’t scream Halloween to me.

Looks like they became fans as soon as they saw them, if they weren’t already.
Keep It Elegant With The Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Ivory Ostrich
By SoleInsider
The nice thing about the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski is that it can be dressed up or dressed down. It can come in a casual every day aesthetic, and certain styles can also be worn with dressier attire. This Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski Ivory Ostrich happens to fall in the latter category.
Done in a premium looking ostrich-textured leather, the Janoski rocks a tonal Ivory colored upper that exudes a premium motif no matter what angle you look at it from. Yeah, it’s not real ostrich leather, but it’s still pretty dope, right? Tonal laces and sole give the shoe a monochromatic, while the only means of contrast lies on the Hazelnut lining and collar. Out now, pick up a pair for $90.

Renz Ofiaza, News: I’ll always be a fan of this sneaker. This theme is pretty cool and I would be all-over it if I was younger. Nonetheless, a solid option for the kids this season.
NikeLab Revamps The Blazer With Leather and Zippers
By SoleInsider
The Nike Blazer has been one of the Swoosh’s most versatile silhouettes for decades. Originally a basketball shoe, then a Nike SB staple, the lifestyle qualities and vintage Swoosh have made the Blazer an easy model for NikeLab to bring its premium design aesthetic to. The Nike Blazer Advanced takes a completely different approach by adding a futuristic leather upper with asymmetrical zippers instead of the normal lacing system. The result is somewhat reminiscent of Sacai and Nike’s collaboration late last year with the vulcanized outsole unit contrasting the modernized upper. The Nike Blazer ADVNCD is available today in 2 simple monochromatic options of Black and Vachetta Tan. Check out detailed photos below and grab your pair today from select shops like Bodega for $150 USD.
The Nike Cortez Latino Heritage Month is the first of its kind. The Cortez was and still is one of the most popular silhouettes in Nike’s archive of classics and is a staple of Southern California culture, which has a beautiful, proud, and vibrant Latino population. It was only natural that for this month that we celebrate Latino History Month that we see a sneaker that pays homage. Nike Los Angeles dropped by a pair for us to check out and naturally, we had to do our unboxing for all the world to see on Facebook Live.

Buy, Pass, Wait: Air Jordan 1 Reverse Shattered Backboard, How Much Would We Pay For The Nike Mag
By SoleInsider
So how much would you actually pay for the future?
Turning the (kinda) auto-lacing Nike Mag into a drawing was the best possible solution for Nike and the Michael J. Fox and his foundation for Parkinson’s research. By limiting them to 89 pairs, it drives people to buy as many $10 raffle tickets as possible who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford the thousands of dollars it would have cost to cop them in an auction. It also maintains the mystique of the Mag so that when the day eventually does come and Nike creates a general release for them (I doubt it’ll be anytime soon), it will create another headline-driving story that will get people to buy them in droves and once again promote Fox’s foundation. But for now, assume that there will only ever be 89 Mags with the same tech that will be found on upcoming Nike HyperAdapt. In this week’s edition of Buy, Pass, Wait, we ask our KoF team how much are you paying for Mags?
Nike
Juan Martinez, Editor-In-Chief: I love the Nike Mag, but I love the Mattel Hoverboard even more…
There’s no limit to the money (you know, besides the actual amount of money in my bank account) I would pay to own a Mag/Hoverboard combo right now. Not the toy prop you can buy right now; I want the real deal that floats and can kind of survive water until Biff comes at you with a bat. But if we’re talking about just the Mag? Maybe $500, but that’s only because I’m sure Nike will turn the Mag into a GR someday once the technology is even better than what it is now.
Renz Ofiaza, News: Since there’s only 1,599 pairs or 1,600 worldwide (with one belonging to Michael J. Fox) — 1,510 from 2011 without the auto-lacing feature and 89 pairs this year with the adaptive fit tech — I think the most I would pay for the auto lacing version is $1k, just because the proceeds would go to a better cause. In time, the sneaker’s power lacing will get more refined, and hopefully just like it was showcased in the movie. By then, I would consider purchasing it a higher price if it retains its extreme limited availability.
Juan Carrillo, News: I have a confession to make: I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Back To The Future movie in its entirety. I know, don’t judge me. For that reason alone, I don’t have the same nostalgia as others do when it comes to this shoe. Don’t get it twisted, the shoe is pretty dope but I don’t see myself paying a lot for it since I have no type of connection with it. So how much would I pay for it to have it in my collection and not resell it? Probably no more than $1,000. Wishful thinking, right?
Andres Carrillo, News: It’s hard to say. It all depends on how much I’d be able to resell it for and how much people would be willing to pay. The truth is that I’ve never seen Back To The Future Part 2 and I couldn’t care less for the Nike Mags. I have a feeling that if these weren’t so limited many people wouldn’t even look at them twice. I mean it looks like you’re literally wearing a movie prop on your feet. The most I would pay would probably be somewhere between $200-$300.
EIC Juan: (PASS) I’m waiting for the next thing (hmmmm….)
Renz: (BUY) I like how the color coordination is similar to the Chicago theme. It’s a nice pickup for Halloween.
News Juan: (BUY) I’ve been going back and forth with this release. I want it so I can complete my Shattered Backboard set, but at the same time I don’t want it because I already have the first version, which I think looks a little better. See my dilemma? If I can get it at retail, I’d love to get a pair. If not, it’s okay, I guess.
Andres: (BUY) Im hoping I get lucky through the SNKRS app and I grab a pair. I missed out on the original Shattered Backboards last year and this would sort of heal the wound that is still open to this day. The materials on this pair look really nice too.
EIC Juan: (PASS) Let’s get rid of that Jumpman and it’s a thousand times better.
Renz: (WAIT) So far, the colorways on this sneaker have been solid. There hasn’t been one that I really disliked. This pair is another appealing option and probably one of the best colorways so far.
News Juan: (WAIT) I love this colorway of the Jordan 31, but if the Banned 31s are already on sale for $30-$40 under retail, I’m assuming these will be suffering the same fate. I’m crossing my fingers and hope these drop in price within a month or two. Would be nice to have the entire Shattered Backboard collection sometime in the near future.
Andres: (WAIT) Another colorway of the Air Jordan 31 that I like. However, I think if i wait I can get them for below retail. So far I really like what we’ve seen from the Air Jordan 31. I’ve seen way too many people hate on this shoe.
Teyana Taylor x Reebok Question Mid
Reebok
EIC Juan: (PASS) The all-red thing is still a “thing”, I guess. I like the look and the execution, but I feel I would like it more if wasn’t red and maybe a color we haven’t done to death. How about an all-orange?
Renz: (PASS) The construction looks pretty solid and I’m biased towards the shade. Although, I’m not really inclined on this pair. The outsole should’ve been clear translucent instead.
News Juan: (PASS) Love the tonal/bold look of the shoe, but to keep it real, I don’t see myself wearing it too much. Big ups to Reebok and Teyana though, it looks like they’ve got a winner on their hands.
Andres: (PASS) It’s cool to see a woman design her own colorway of the Reebok Question Mid, but nothing about this shoe impresses me. It just looks like an all-red Question, and I think the all-red sneaker craze has been slowly dying for quite some time now.

The Nike ACG Lupinek Flyknit Triple Black Drops Next Month
By SoleInsider
Have y’all seen the upcoming Nike ACG Lupinek Flyknit Triple Black? Set to release at the beginning of next month, let’s take a closer look at this upcoming Nike ACG drop.
Looking to give the Nike ACG Lupinek a modern look and feel for the Fall season, Nike decided to give it a Black Flyknit upper that completely changes the aesthetics of the shoe. The ACG model comes in an all-Black upper done in Flyknit fashion. Although it is considered a Flyknit model, the shoe still has hits of leather in areas such as the toe, mudguard, tongue and lining and heel, which is a good idea since it is an ACG model and you do need that extra protection and durability. Below you will find a natural motion sole unit with added grip. 3M hits on the heel round out that main features on the shoe. Dropping on November 3rd, let us know if you like what you see.

Author’s Take
Not too familiar with the model, but looking at it in this fashion definitely makes me a fan of it. Definitely looks tough, especially in the all-Black colorway.
