Gum Bottoms On The Nike Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 JCRD

While this may look like the Nike Air Max 90 Flyknit that made its debut earlier this year, it’s actually another modern version of the Air Max 90 that comes constructed out of a Jacquard upper.

This Air Max 90 is ideal for the warm weather as the shoe ditches the traditional mesh & leather on the upper and replaces it with a textile jacquard material in white and black. Tan leather detailing has then been placed on the mudguard and heel tab. A white midsole with a semi-translucent Ultra gum outsole completes the look. Are you a fan of this Air Max 90? Look for it to hit retailers in the near future.

Release Date: Nike Cortez Jewel Rare Ruby

Just like the Air Max 1, the Nike Cortez will also be releasing with a jewel Swoosh. Set to drop in two different colorways, first we take a look at the Rare Ruby pair.

The staple runner gets a precious makeover inspired by retro icons of the past. Splashes of University Red on the midsole wedge, heel and tongue contrast starkly with pure white. Meanwhile the classic Jewel treatment of the Swoosh creates the effect of a deeper hue of red. Holding true to the original details are the clean design lines and the herringbone-patterned outsole.

You can cop the Nike Cortez Jewel Rare Ruby at select Nike retailers beginning on June 3rd 2017 for $100.

Release Date: Nike Cortez Jewel Black Diamond

Joining the Rare Ruby colorway of the Nike Cortez Jewel will be this Black Diamond colorway that takes on the same color scheme.

This retro runner gets high-contrast treatment. While the design lines and herringbone-patterned outsole stay true to the original, touches of pure black on the branding and midsole elevate the shoe for modern wear. A deep black, mini Jewel Swoosh harkens back to classic retro designs, making this rendition as coveted as ever.

You can purchase this Black Diamond colorway of the Nike Cortez at select Nike retailers beginning on June 3rd for $100.

Fishscales Return To The Nike PG 1 Pure Platinum

Paul George and the Indiana Pacers have gone fishing this off-season after a first round exit, and rumors are swirling around PG13’s free agency plans next summer to join the Los Angeles Lakers. The latest Nike PG 1 Pure Platinum colorway references Paul’s love of fishing in his free time, something that Nike Basketball has alluded to in a few commercials, thanks to a textured fish scale upper in premium suede offset by midsole speckling and a classic gum outsole. This PG 1 colorway does manage to bring a bit of Indiana flavor with University Gold on the bottom and insole while iridescent accents hit the heel tab in a nod to fishing line. Check out the latest Paul Geroge shoe below and grab this “Pure Platinum” colorway featuring fish scale textures on June 9th for $110.
