Official Images Of The Air Jordan 9 Low Pantone

The Jordan Pantone “For The Love of the Game” Collection paired laser etching technology with the perfect monochromatic dash of Carolina Blue that perfectly encapsulated the Jumpman signature collection. Since then, we’ve seen retail releases like the Air Jordan 11 “Pantone” and this Air Jordan 9 Low “Pantone” appease those who never thought they’d actually see mass availability of these exclusives in the first place. While the low-top retro game may be a bit oversaturated for Jordan Brand currently, the use of University Blue, Black, and White here completes a simple yet perfect rendition of the Pantone-like theme perfect for the summer months ahead. You can grab this Air Jordan 9 Low pair on June 11th for $170 USD. Check out more official photos below.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Metallic Navy Is Now Available

Air Jordan 1 1 Air Jordan 1 Air Jordan 1 2 Air Jordan 1 3 Air Jordan 1 4 Air Jordan 1 5

Both colorways of the AJ 11 Low are somewhat taking the spotlight away from this OG Air Jordan 1 High, as it receives its first retro release since 1985.

Staying true to its original counterpart, the classic basketball sneaker is treated in the recognizable two-tone palette. White comprises its tumbled and smooth leather upper, while the defining tone is prominent on the outsole, collar section, Swooshes, wings logo on the ankles and branding on the tongue label.

Additionally, the collar area and branding on the side panels bearing the contrasting hue is rendered in patent leather to further exude more flair.

Priced at $160, you can find this pair at select Nike and JB stockists starting today, June 4th. It’s also worth noting that BG sizes of the silhouette are offered as well, which is depicted on the non-lifestyle images above.

How Much Money Has Been Made From Sales Of The Air Jordan 12 Flu Game

The Air Jordan 12 Flu Game released last Saturday, May 28th as sneakerheads all around the world were finally given the opportunity to pick up a pair of the iconic sneaker.

So just how much money was made off of the Flu Games? According to numbers from SportScanInfo, over $20 million. Yup. The statistics say that 100,433 men’s and 22,939 kids’ pairs were sold in May for a total of $22,270,931. This information is gathered only from retail chains like Foot Locker and Eastbay, and does not take into account the pairs that were sold on nike.com or smaller boutiques. So this number will be much larger if you count the pairs sold from those stores as well.

Were you able to cop a pair?

Author’s Take

Wow, that’s a lot of money. I bought myself a pair too so I contributed to that massive amount of money that was made.

Author’s Take

I’m not sure how people feel about the Pantone colorway if it’s not placed on the Air Jordan 11. I don’t like it no matter what shoe it’s on. I’ll pass on these.

Draped in White leather throughout the majority of the upper, this classic Air Jordan 1 with that OG Nike Air branding on the tongue has then been hit with Midnight Navy detailing on the inner liner, outsole, and the Nike Air on the tongue. Keeping the OG look alive is the Metallic Navy that appears on the Swoosh, ankle and the Wings branding by the ankle.

Let us know in the comments below if you’ll be picking up your pair tomorrow, June 4th for a retail price of $160. If you want more images, information and release dates make sure to head over to our Air Jordan 1 High OG Metallic Navy launch page.

I like the clean and classic look on this Air Jordan 1 but not enough to spend $160 on it. I’ll wait till they hopefully fall below retail and maybe pick up a pair.

The wait finally came to an end today as we saw the release of the Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar.

This collaboration between soccer superstar Neymar Jr. and Jordan Brand didn’t really gain any traction up until this week when Jordan Brand started marketing the hell out of it. The low-top colorway of the Air Jordan 5 comes equipped with a reflective grey upper that has also been hit with black speckling all throughout for an eye-catching look. Black and Infrared detailing adds some contrast to the upper as well as an icy blue outsole.

So who picked up a pair? Were these worth the $200 retail price? Let us know why you copped or passed down in the comments below. Don’t forget to check out our Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar launch page for more images and information on this sneaker.

Author’s Take

Not gonna lie this is a pretty nice colorway. I just don’t like the fact that it’s a Low instead of a Mid. I guess it was meant as a Summer shoe.

So far we’ve seen two colorways of the Air Jordan 2 Low release in 2016. Next week we’ll be seeing the third with the Air Jordan 2 Low UNC.

Believed to be inspired by Michael Jordan’s college alma mater, this Air Jordan 2 features a White textured leather upper with University Blue detailing on the heel, side panel piping, outsole and the branding on the tongue. Finishing off the Tar Heels theme is Midnight Navy which can be seen on the inner liner, heel counter, outsole and the tongue branding.

Look for the Air Jordan 2 Low UNC at select Jordan Brand retailers on June 11th for $160.Are you looking to cop?

Author’s Take

I was kind of on the fence about picking up the Air Jordan 2 Low Chicago because I?m a fan of the colorway, but I don?t like the UNC-inspired look so these will be a pass for me.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Metallic Navy Is Almost Here

Jordan Brand has a ton of heat coming this Fall and Holiday seasons regarding the strong return of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, but is this weekend’s release of a 1985 original colorway being slept on? The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Metallic Navy” was one of four pairs that utilized a premium white leather with metallic accented Swooshes, Wing branding, and heel panels but each has been forgotten in the realm of OG looks. This clean pair keeps things simple as the remastering process brings a patent leather with a metallic sheen to match the original Nike Air branding found on the tongue. Are you a fan of this Saturday’s Air Jordan 1? Check out more photos below and know that you can reserve your size right now on eBay.

Following the release of its Post Modern S/S 2016 collection, Hender Scheme reveals another solid range of revamped footwear, which highlighted by their own revision of the iconic Air Jordan 4.

More Air Jordan 1s Are On The Way

Air Jordan 1 1 Air Jordan 1

While the OG Metallic Navy colorway is releasing tomorrow, it seems that additional variations of the iconic Air Jordan 1 will be arriving throughout the season.

Previewing two particular finishes in traditional shades of white/black and black/white, the basketball silhouette is comprised of premium leather which is supplemented atop a durable full-length rubber sole unit.

Detailed with its recognizable wings logo on the ankles, a notable detail consists of “Nike Air” branding located on the tongues in red.

An official release date for these pairs have yet to be announced, but stay tuned for further updates.

Author’s Take

I’ll always be a fan of the silhouette. The colorways on both pairs are solid and versatile throughout the seasons.

Buy, Pass, Wait: Jordan Retros Galore

After big release of the much-awaited Air Jordan 12 Flu Game, Jordan Brand is showing no signs of slowing down in the summer months as we are getting several releases this weekend that could easily headline their own Saturday if given the chance. It’s going to be interesting to see how the sneakerheads divide their money up as the variety ranges from the hyped to the kinda hyped to the very hyped.

Of course, I could make the assumption that the Nike and Jordan Brand are clearing the plate so they won’t get smothered by the next adidas Yeezy Boost release (not to mention a handful of NMDs), but we won’t got that far. Maybe…

Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar

Juan Martinez, Editor-In-Chief: (PASS) I can’t shake the feeling that it would look so much better in its original form factor. The collaboration itself between Jordan and the sports heroes the kids like these days is great, but the end product isn’t doing it for me. Now if they release a non-cleated version of the Jordan x Neymar Hypervenoms, I’m in.

Renz Ofiaza, News: (PASS) I’d appreciate it a lot more if it was in its original cut. The colorway isn’t bad though. I like it, but I’m not really inclined on purchasing.

Juan Carrillo, News: (PASS) When I first saw the shoe I was intrigued by the 3M upper, but the more I got to see it the less interested I got. Not a big soccer fan, so this collaboration really doesn’t do anything for me. If the shoe was a bit more subtle, perhaps. But then again, it’s an Air Jordan 5 Low. Ugh.

Andres Carrillo, News: (PASS) If Jordan Brand would have made these Mids it would have made it really hard for me to pass on them. But since they’re lows I can’t see myself spending $200 on these shoes. Oh well…I’ll just save the money. Pretty nice looking shoe though.

Air Jordan 11 Low Varsity Red

EIC Juan: (PASS) Not because I don’t like it, but because I already have the Concord Lows and maintaining 11s where white is the dominant color on the upper is a pain enough as it is maintain.

Renz: (BUY) I really wanted it bad back then, but I missed out on the original release. I’m just biased towards the colorway and this is the best low-top iteration of the model in my view.

News Juan: (WAIT) The odds of these selling under retail are slim to none. I would buy, but I really have my eyes set on the other Jordan 11 Low dropping this weekend. Had these dropped earlier during the, I probably would have picked them up. It’s just a case of the right shoe at the wrong time.

Andres: (PASS) Red sneakers are usualy something that catches my attention, especially when they’re Jordans. However this Air Jordan 11 Low just doesn’t do anything for me. I know lots of people are going crazy for them though.

Air Jordan 11 Low Navy Gum

EIC Juan: (BUY) I’m all in on copping Michael Jordan Flight School exclusives, but more importantly, we finally get gum soles on 11s. Sure, there’s a “well, we all get gum soles on 11s eventually because yellowing” joke there somewhere, but I love the color combination of a deep blue upper matched with a white midsole and gum sole.

Renz: (WAIT) I’m biased towards the colorway, but I would like it a lot more in its original cut. My money is only on the Varsity Red pair but this offering is another solid option.

News Juan: (BUY) I’ve been a supporter since the shoe was unveiled months ago. Can’t believe the day is already here. Love everything about the shoe. The Navy upper and Gum bottom is a perfect combination. Looking forward to putting these on feet this summer.

Andres: (BUY) When I first saw this colorway I wasn’t too convinced, but the more I see it the more I like it. The Navy uper with the gum outsole just looks so good together. I think I just may have to buy my first Air Jordan 11 Low. Great job with this colorway JB.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG

Nike
Nike

News Juan: (PASS) Another mostly white pair that I fear will look like a dust bag after a few wears. Great for all the collectors out there who waited a long time for these to return, not really a big deal for me because while I love the idea and history of the Air Jordan 1, I hate wearing them because they feel terrible for my heel 95% for the time.

Renz: (BUY) Just because the silhouette hasn’t released in many, many years. Aside from that, I like the crisp colorway. This should get the attention it deserves, amidst the rest of the Jordans releasing this weekend.

News Juan: (PASS) It’s a solid colorway, but I’m not crazy over them. I’ve bought a handful of Navy colored sneakers this year, I don’t think I need this pair in my collection.

Andres: (WAIT) This Air Jordan 1 is so simple but at the same time so clean. The combination of white and navy just goes so well together. I may pick these up only if they fall below retail in the future. I’m just not willing to spend $160 for them.
