Aside from the price tag being a little too high for me, I?m just not satisfied with the overall look of the shoe. What if Jordan Brand had decided to keep the patent leather on the toe/mudguard instead of making the entire shoe a suede. There?s a thought, right?

The latest Jordan Brand represented school that gets their own Jordan 31 is none other than Georgetown. Done in the school’s colors, the Jordan XXXI comes in a soft Grey upper accented by the Navy hits on the lining, the Metallic Silver trim, the White on the midsole and the icy outsole that houses the Georgetown and Jumpman branding. Heads up Air Jordan 4 fans, a fresh new colorway is said to be releasing in a few months. Currently known as the Air Jordan 4 Royalty, this clean iteration of the model boasts a timeless Black and Gold colorway. Here’s a first look at the shoe.

The official colorway of the Air Jordan 4 Royalty is currently listed as Black/Metallic Gold and White. Our first look at the shoe suggests that the upper is done in a Black suede, which is something we’ve seen on the model several times in the past. The most noteworthy part of the shoe though, lies in the Metallic Gold hits noted on the eyelets and Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel. A clean White midsole and set of Black laces round out the look of the shoe. Fairly simple in color scheme, but in my opinion Black and Gold sneakers are always a winning combination. The premium Air Jordan 3 retro features that classic ‘Nike Air’ branding from the original 1988 run while a remastered attention to detail ups the quality. Additional preview imagery of this forthcoming Air Jordan 6 Chameleon continue to be unveiled, as it’s suggested to make its official debut next year.

In this latest gallery, the basketball sneaker?s defining aesthetic is essentially evident across its stealthy black leather upper which incorporates an iridescent finish that shifts in colors depending on certain lighting conditions.

It?s suggested that this shimmering element is achieved when rubbed off, a prominent feature that was first found on the Air Jordan 12 Wings. Other notable details include a Jumpman badge embroidery on the heels, 3M reflective accents, iridescent lace tips and the clear translucent outsole also inheriting the iridescent detailing for a truly eye-catching finish.

This standout model is expected to make its debut at select Nike and JB stockists starting February 2017.

We can now add another school to the list of colleges getting their own PE colorway of the Air Jordan 31.

Seen above is the Air Jordan 31 Marquette PE which features a University Blue and Navy upper with Gold accents landing on the Swoosh branding, Flywire, midsole, and the Jumpman on the translucent outsole. The Swoosh logo on the side panels has been done in University Blue while “MARQUETTE” has been placed on the translucent outsole for the PE touch.

The Air Jordan 13 is set to make a return in 2017 as the OG White/True Red colorway is scheduled to release in the Spring. To make things better, the shoe is expected to release with an OG-inspired box much like the Air Jordan 12 did this year.

Another colorway expected to release next year is the Black Cat pair that we see above. Said to be inspired by the black panther, this Air Jordan 13 features a full black upper composed of leather and a 3M reflective detailing on the side panels. As you can see in one of the images above, this pair is also expected to drop in and OG box like the White/True Red colorway.

Not expected to release until mid-December, the Air Jordan 1 High GS Heiress/Night Maroon is already beginning to arrive at select retailers.

Featuring a buttery velvet upper done in Night Maroon, this Air Jordan 1 for the ladies is accented by Metallic Gold hits on the Swoosh logo, Wings logo on the ankle, and the Jumpman logo on the tongue. A White midsole and Night Maroon rubber outsole complete the look.

Sneaker retailer Oneness already has these available but we don’t expect them to last very long. Retail price is $140 and they are available in extended GS sizing.

Earlier this week Jordan Brand released this brand new colorway of the Air Jordan 31 alongside the Air Jordan 1 Black Toe and a restock of the Air Jordan 1 Banned.

Soon after it released we found out that this was the Chicago colorway of the 31 that modeled itself after the OG colorway of the Air Jordan 1. According to Nike, the Air Jordan 31 Chicago reflects on the energy of Michael Jordan?s adopted town ? a city that defined a generation of basketball culture.

?Michael was the third pick in the draft, so he came in with a mentality that he was going to have to prove himself,? recalls Howard White, VP of Jordan Brand. ?Training camp was at the Purple Hotel in Lincolnwood, Illinois and when he arrived to the city, he kept thinking ?this is where I am meant to be?.  His love of being the best, and leading the team, all meshed together. The city of Chicago was looking for a winner, looking for a hero. Some say that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. So I believe that he wanted to take that challenge of being that for Chicago ? the city that drafted him.?

Michael?s defiant play on the court put Chicago at the center of the basketball universe. His competitive drive was different from any other player on the hardwood. To wit, his love for the game transcended beyond the arena: For Michael, no place represented the game?s freedom like the playground.

?Michael bonded with the kids that played at the 18th and State courts in Chicago. Before every game, he went down there and gave away a few pairs of tickets,? says White. ?Kids would line the streets waiting for their chance to see Michael drive by and the potential opportunity to see him play live.?

Originally released back in 1999, this OG Stealth colorway of the Air Jordan 15 features a full Black upper that?s done in a combination of full grain leather and a woven material that runs across the side panels. Hits of Varsity Red can then be seen on the heel, and the branding on the tongue and toe.
