This classic Nike Zoom Spiridon which originally released in 1997, is set to be offered this season once again.
With this variation being its first retro this year, the runner essentially stays true to the original color scheme, consisting of black/sport red. Composed of breathable mesh and textile across its upper, the component bears a tricolor finish with hits of grey prominent on the top, followed by black along its mudguard.
In addition, touches of white piping are evidenced throughout further pronounce the profile, while more accents black and grey are seen on its exposed lacing system. Rounded out with red Swooshes across its side panels, tongue and forefoot, the sneaker is topped off with a crisp, white midsole unit and black outsole.
Look for this pair at select Nike retailers on July 16th for a price tag of $175.

Author’s Take
I was still too young and more into bball kicks when these came out. Since I?m older, I?m more biased towards runners and this design is pretty solid and still modern looking. Nice colorway too.
