KoF Live: Nike Kyrie 3 Samurai Unboxing (Video)

The Nike Kyrie 3 Samurai could not have made a more stunning debut. The shoe that turned out to be the “surprise drop” of Nike’s 12 Soles Collection was on the feet of Irving when he torched the Golden State Warriors with a game-winning shot for the second time in as many games. Of course, this game might mean just a little bit less because the previous Kyrie dagger came during Game 7 of the NBA Finals, but this was another showcase for Uncle Drew and his signature kicks.

Selling out almost as fast it appeared, the Nike Kyrie 3 Samurai is now arriving at the doorsteps of sneakerheads everywhere, including ours. Yeah, we had to get them. Check out the Facebook Live replay of our unbox up top and be sure to like us there so you will be notified of the next time we go live.

The Shark From Nike SBs First Series Returns In Reverse Form

Nike Skateboarding has been paying tribute to the legendary lineage of the Nike Dunk series with their ongoing “Shoebox Collection”, an ever-changing array of Dunk colorways that feature stamped-on shoebox logo on the heel panel as a nod to all of the different era of shoebox colors that accompanied the prized skate shoes waiting to be worn inside. Nike SB has also made an effort to wink at their past with a number of upcoming releases like this familiar Nike SB Dunk Low colorway for those old enough to remember the history behind the brand’s first series of Nike Dunk releases back in 2002. Known as the Nike SB Dunk Low Reverse Shark, this pair combines Team Red and Nightshade in an updated suede and leather construction.

This time around, the panels are flipped for a familiar, albeit different look on this Nike SB Dunk Low Reverse Shark. There’s no word yet on an official Release Date, but you can expect this classic look to arrive at retailers in early-2017. More photos below.

$32 Million In Fake Nike And adidas Sneakers Seized By Customs In Chile

The battle against fake sneakers infiltrating the secondary market continues. A shipment that originated from China was recently seized by the Chilean National Customs Office on November 7th. The shipment’s custom documents valued the entire shipment at $24,209, but the Chilean National Customs Office estimates that the actual value is around $31,786,395. The fake shoes, which included counterfeit Nike, adidas, and another brand Zodiak, was concealed beneath packages of napkins. A total of 16,454 pairs of counterfeit shoes split up into 474 boxes were seized.

Discrepancies in declared values as well as irregularities in the weight of the shipment as well as the route set off red flags for the customs officials.
