Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit Releasing In Burgundy Uppers

The Air Force 1 has had one crazy resurgence to the top of Nike Sportswear’s most featured retro silhouettes. While offerings like the VLONE x Nike Air Force 1 and the upcoming OFF WHITE x Nike Air Force 1 will remain out of reach for most sneakerheads out there, there’s still been a number of OG bring-backs like the Linen colorway and a number of city-exclusives that had AF1 purists more than happy to shell out a couple of extra bucks to reserve their pair. All of that heat isn’t even considering the modernized updates like the Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit, returning soon in this Deep Burgundy offering for the Spring 2017 season.

If you’re a fan of Bruce Kilgore’s iconic basketball model turned lifestyle staple, but want to shed some of that vintage weight, then this pair is the perfect opportunity to do just that. The ‘Ultra’ tooling on the outsole skips out on any Lunarlon updates for hidden indentations for a lighter ride. The breathable Flyknit is flexible and breathable enough for the warm seasons ahead while this ominous combination of Black, Burgundy, and Gold works incredibly well together. Premium touches help elevate this pair to the next level too, thanks to a leather tongue with gold branding and a leather Swoosh on the side panels.

Expect to find this pair on Nike.com in the near future.

The Marc Newson x NikeLab Air VaporMax Drops On Air Max Day

Add another Air Max Day release to the list. This one’s of the collaboration type which has NikeLab team up with Marc Newson (industrial designer) to create a very special version of the upcoming Nike Air VaporMax. Here’s a first look at the Marc Newson x NikeLab Air VaporMax.

Unlike any of the previous versions of the model we’ve seen before, right off the bat you can tell that the design of the shoe was meant to give the shoe a very premium and luxurious motif. They is executed by giving the shoe an upper constructed out of a Forest Green Flyknit upper paired up with the vegetable tanned leather found on both the mudguard and velcro straps, two features not found on the original version of the VaporMax. Below you will find the shoe’s customary Air Max bubble cushioned midsole just to remind you that this is in fact a runner. Other features on the shoe worth mentioning include the contrast crisscross stitching along the leather panels and the embossed Nike Swoosh and MN branding on the heel counter. It’s all in the details, right? Releasing on March 26th (Air Max Day) for $275, who’s looking to come up on a pair?

The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tonal Pack Will Be Releasing Tomorrow

After providing you with a first look of the Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tonal Pack, today we have even more images of the pack said to be releasing beginning tomorrow. The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tonal Pack consists of a Triple Red and Triple Blue iteration of the Air Max 1. The tonal look of the shoe takes care of just about every part of the model except the tongue tag and insoles. Construction-wise, the shoe appears to used mesh and nubuck on the upper, while your usual Air Max q1 sole unit is placed below. The shoes will be retailing for ¥13,000 JPY (approximately $115 USD), would you like to see the Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tonal Pack release stateside as well?

Nike SB Dunk Low Boca Juniors Returns

Another classic Dunk returns! If you were a sneakerhead in the early 2000s and haven’t checked out completely by now (kudos to you, sir or madam) because Nike SB is celebrating 15 years of their flagship model in style with a number of original retros returning to store shelves. It’s a bit surprising that they didn’t do the usual low to high-top swap here, but we couldn’t be happier that we’re getting another chance to relive our younger years with a second shot at this popular Nike SB Dunk Low offering.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Boca Juniors first debuted in April 2005 and was named after the Brazillian soccer club, the BOCA Juniors. Here we are 12 years later getting another shot at the premium skate model, with just a minor change. Instead of a full grain leather upper, new suede panel overlays add a premium touch. Other changes come on the interior like an upgraded Zoom Air heel unit and natural motion on the lining for added comfort. The same Varsity Royal and Lightning colorway still shines as brilliantly as it used to, and that classic gum bottom adds a lifestyle touch. We expect this pair to release sometime in April, so check out a first look at stay tuned for more updates via our Release Dates page.
