Nike continues its celebration and support of the LBGTQ community with its annual capsule of footwear and apparel designed to raise awareness for the group’s fight for equal rights. The Flyknit Racer “Be True” indulges itself in a rainbow gradient Flyknit Swoosh above the iconic black/white Flyknit color-combination, complete with BE TRUE tongue labels. This Nike Air Max 1 Premium Jewel Black Diamond joins the previous Rare Ruby iteration and it’s simply the same style but with different accenting colors. The deep black, mini Jewel Swoosh is highlighted on its sides, while premium white leather makes up the sneaker’s upper. Design lines, stitched in white on white, carry on the DNA of the original Air icon, while more hits of black are applied on the visible Max Air unit, tongue branding and heel. A slightly translucent outsole with big Swooshes completes the design.

Last week, the Nike Air Max 1 Premium SC “Jewel” appeared on store shelves without notice. Air Max 1s with the hardened Swoosh Jewel on the upper has been on “grail” levels for Air Max fanatics, so the sudden return of this style of the 87 runner was most certainly pleasing to Nikeheads everywhere. As it turns out, Nike SNKRS has an official release date for not only the red Swoosh version, but a black Swoosh version as well; both are releasing on June 5th for $140 a piece on the Nike SNKRS page, and will likely appear at select Nike Sportswear retailers as well.

Are you familiar with the Nike Pocket Knife? Well, Nike has decided to bring back the silhouette with a few changes here and there.

Seen in the Trooper Green colorway above, this Nike Pocket Knife features a slip-on construction made out of a suede upper with leather detailing on the mudguard and heel. The shoe is also highlighted by its unique drawstring lacing system. Down below we see a a midsole that has been divided into four individual segments for that natural motion feel.
