Soccer superstar Neymar will be joining forces with Jordan Brand once again to release another collaboration.

After releasing the Air Jordan 5 Low Neymar earlier this year, this time around the collection features two soccer sneakers, the Hypervenom 2 Phantom and Hypervenom Proximo. Both silhouettes will comes dressed in a color combination of white, fire red, and silver for a bold and striking look. Looking at both shoes, we can see that they take inspiration from the Air Jordan 5 as the signature shark teeth have been placed on the midsole/side panels. Both also comes with speckle detailing and Neymar’s “11” and Michael’s “23” placed on the heels.

There was a brief moment in last year’s Western Conference Playoffs when it seemed like everything had finally broke in the Los Angeles Clippers’ favor. Steph Curry went down with an injury against the Houston Rockets, and Chris Paul and Blake Griffin were finally healthy together and up 2-0 on the Portland Trailblazers. A couple of years ago when customizing went through its notorious boom, plenty of people were outfitting their Jordan retros with custom colorways from past and future models. The mash-ups were usually well received too, so why wouldn’t Jordan Brand start translating some of their more iconic colorways onto different silhouettes? Today we get a first look at that thought process with March 2017’s Air Jordan 6 Hare.

The Air Jordan 6 “Hare” takes the recognizable colorway from the Bugs Bunny-inspired Air Jordan 7 “Hare” with a clean White/Pure Platinum base accented by Gym Red throughout. Unfortunately, there’s no carrot inspired zig-zagging pattern on the tongue like the Air Jordan 7 counterpart, but the Jordan 6 Hare still manages to be an interesting offering. Some may say this is a bit too close to the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” release given the similar shades throughout, but what do you think?

In June of 2015, Jordan Brand released maybe the most popular and important new retro colorway of the past several years, the Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard. It proved that not everything has to be an OG colorway to be a hit; the sneaker community just needs a solid color scheme, quality materials and a story that expands upon the mythology of Michael Jordan.

16 months later, we were treated to a sequel in the form of the Air Jordan 1 Reverse Shattered Backboard. It featured the same orange, black and white color palette but in a style that brought to mind the iconic OG Chicago colorway. Interestingly enough, the “Reverse” in the name seems to be a sneakerhead creation as Nike officially calls them Shattered Backboard Away. Not surprisingly, these sold out rather briskly as well.

So what can we expect in another 16 months? Well, if Nike is to be believed and the second Shattered Backboard was the “Away” colorway, that probably means that the first one was the “Home” colorway. What about an “Alternate” colorway?

You can see where we’re going with this. Jordan Brand this year released an “Alternate” collection that imagined Air Jordan player exclusives that MJ would have worn during the days of the Air Jordan 2, the Air Jordan 4, the Air Jordan 5 Low and even the Air Jordan 12. Following in those footsteps, we created what we hope will eventually become the next step in the Shattered Backboard “franchise” with what we’re calling the Shattered Backboard Alternate. Our canvas was provided of course by NBA 2K17.

Since the first Shattered Backboard borrowed heavily from style of the Air Jordan 1 Black Toe with a hint of Royal and the sequel was a Chicago homage, it’s only fitting that the Alternate take from another classic, the recently re-released Air Jordan 1 Banned. Earlier this year, basketball and football greatness of the past and and present (respectively) collided to create the Jordan x Neymar Collection, a capsule of casual and performance footwear apparel that combines the pristine Nike design ethos with the powerful color graphics of the Jordan legacy. Today, Nike announces that a second colorway set of the Jordan x Neymar collection is releasing, with white/red/silver “Fire Red” making up the alternate color effect as the initial set. Included in this second wave is the Hypervenom II Phantom and Hypervenom Proximo, but no word on if another Air Jordan Retro will be introduced again. Chris Paul brought out the exclusive during last night’s preseason game. Preseason! Not the actual NBA season, but preseason! The Jordan Brand athlete decided to surprise the sneaker world by bringing out a never before seen PE version of the Air Jordan 11.

The Air Jordan 11 PE on Paul’s feet came in a pretty dope White mesh upper accompanied by the Blue noted on the branding and of course, the patent leather mudguard. Below you will find a White midsole sitting on top of a icy translucent outsole. The simple yet effective colorway matches up nicely with his Clippers threads, right? The Air Jordan 3 Cyber Monday is scheduled to drop this weekend, which is ahead of its proposed moniker, as it’s suggested to pay homage to the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Taking cues from last year?s AJ 1 of the very same theme, the basketball sneaker is essentially doused in a simplistic two-tone finish with black across its leather upper and white utilized for its rubber sole unit. Notable details include a matte black Jumpman branded patch on the rear, in addition to classic Jumpman embroidery adorning the tongue and insoles.

Full family sizing will be available as adult sizes are listed at $190, while GS (3.5Y ? 7Y), PS (11c ? 3Y) and TD (2c ? 10c) will retail for $140, $80 and $60 respectively.

New preview images of the forthcoming Air Jordan 6 Hare is revealed, as the model is inspired by the classic AJ 7 Hare.

Draped in a similar color scheme, the sneaker inherits a predominantly pristine finish of white with light grey across its leather-based upper. The multicolor detailing evident on the AJ 7 is absent on this pair, while bright red is further implemented on the tongue, perforated heel, midsole and outsole to round out its overall profile.

In addition, 1991 is stitched behind the tongue to represent the year that the Air Jordan 6 first released.

Simply covered in bold hues of dark purple dust and blue across its profile, the model is also pronounced with atomic pink highlights gracing the eyelets and Jumpman branding on the tongue tab. Finally, a crisp white midsole unit and purple outsole finishes off the profile.

Originally believed to be some kind of Air Jordan 1 High “What The Release”, this upcoming release is actually named the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Top 3. The shoe gets dubbed the “Top 3″ colorway because it is defined by utilizing three of the original Air Jordan 1 colorways we all know and love. Those colorways include, Chicago, Banned/Bred and the Royal colorway. Each colorway/theme is blended across the silhouette?s premium leather profile. In addition, the number 3 also signifies the draft spot that Michael Jordan was select in the 1984 NBA Draft. The left shoe is completely different from the right shoe, while one shoe has a Red outsole and the other has a Royal outsole. Nike Air branding on the tongue and Wings branding on the collar round out the main features of the shoe.

The Air Jordan 12 3M Reflect is a brand new colorway set to drop on Jordans 12th signature sneaker. Said to be a special version of the retro, you can expect the release to be a limited edition one.

The colorway consists of a White upper taking care of the majority of the base. Gving the shoe a unique motif is the hits of 3M placed all over the shoe. Subtle yet noteworthy details include the wooden lace tips, the minimal Gold accents. Although it’s not confirmed yet, features such as the special foreign branding on the tongue leads us to believe that this drop could end up being a China exclusive. No word on when these drop, but stay tuned and we’ll have that info for you as soon as it becomes available.

Taking to tonal route, this upcoming colorway of the Air Jordan 12 features a Deep Royal upper that is done mostly in suede along with textured leather overlays on the mudguard. Even the upper eyelets, inner liner, tongue, midsole, and outsole have also been done in Deep Royal Blue. The only contrast comes on the branding which appears on the tongue, heel, and outsole.

Jordan Brand will be releasing what many consider to be the best Air Jordan silhouette of all-time in a new tonal colorway that covers the entire upper of the shoe in a premium black leather. The signature elephant print detailing has been left off of this colorway which many people aren’t too happy about. Down below we have a contrasting white sole unit to finish things off.
