A couple of months back we provided you with a first look at the Yellow Air Jordan 17 Low you see above. We initially thought the shoe was going to be some type of alternate version of the Lightning 17s, now we have word that the shoe is actually an upcoming collab with none other than Solefly.
Currently dubbed the Solefly x Air Jordan 17 Low Lightning, this version of the shoe is said to be a nod to Michael Jordan debuting the Air Jordan 17 Low Lightning during the 2002 NBA All-Star Game. The alternate version of the Lightning colorway comes with a Yellow leather upper contrasted by the Black and Metallic Silve hits placed throughout the upper (see leaked images above).
It turns out that the Air Jordan 17 Low ?Alternate Lightning? colorway is actually an upcoming SoleFly Air Jordan 17 Low collaboration. As a nod to Michael Jordan debuting the ?Lightning? Air Jordan 17 Low in the 2002 NBA All-Star Game, SoleFly will be releasing an ?Alternate? version this February 2018. No official release date yet, but expect the Solefly x Air Jordan 17 Low Lightning to drop exclusively at the Miami retailer during the month of February 2018.
