Following a first look at the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Hare,” lifestyle imagery of the forthcoming pair are now available as the model is slated to drop in the coming weeks to coincide with Space Jam: A New Legacy starring LeBron James on July 16. As suggested, the AF1’s theme revolves around the iconic Looney Tunes’ characters Bugs and Lola Bunny — both of which were notable figures from the 1996 Space Jam film.

First Look: Nike Air Force 1/1 Nike and the Mighty Swooshers

Without a doubt the wildest iteration of the Nike Air Force 1/1 that we’ve seen this far, here is a first look at what’s currently dubbed the Nike Air Force 1/1 Nike and the Mighty Swooshers.

For those still not in the know, the Nike Air Force 1/1 boasts removable overlays that allow the wearer to personally customize the sneaker however they like. The Mighty Swooshers iteration of the model comes dressed in anime-themed removable overlays, which ends up making the design even wilder than it already is. The sneaker pays homage to otaku culture as the various panels are covered in anime, comic book, and manga graphics. Details include the printed Swooshes, Roswell Rayguns in the rear, and anime eye graphics on the heels. Peep the anime eye patches on the tongue tags and the Roswell Raygun alien, and a ?Nike and the Might Swooshers? logo. There’s plenty more to see, but you get the gist of it.
