The Nike Air Max 90 is back in one of the most vibrant color options in recent memory, as a breathable Engineered Mesh upper sees an array of Obsidian, Bright Crimson, and Volt come together to form a heat-seeking exclusive. We’ve seen Nike Sportswear fool around with heat-centric digitized prints and patterns before, most notably on the whole “Weatherman” and “Thermal Map” Foamposite releases, but those weren’t necessarily received well by the masses. This Air Max 90 “Heat Map” will just have to fair well for the kids though. International spots like Titolo have this pair in stock today.

With Air Max Day less than 48 hours away, today we take a look at a trio of Air Max 1s that are being known as the Pinnacle Pack.

The last time we heard Pinnacle was with the handful of Air Jordan 1 releases that dropped last year in celebration of the silhouette’s 30th anniversary. Now we see three colorways of the Air Max 1 dressed with leather uppers and coming in tonal hues. The first features a Black upper with an off-white midsole, the next a Light Bone upper with matching midsole and the last colorway comes in Grey and also features a matching midsole. All three pairs are composed of a premium leather and feature perforations on the tongue. It’s also important to note that these are all women’s colorways, but that has never stopped anyone right?

There is no release date at the moment but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for more on the Nike Air Max 1 Pinnacle Pack.

It’s always a good thing to see Nike switch up the materials used on their Air Max models. When leather is placed on any Air Max silhouette it always gives it that premium look. I like this Pinnacle Pack it’s just a shame it won’t be releasing for men.

Heads up Kyrie/Cleveland Cavaliers fans, a new colorway of the Nike Kyrie 2 Cavs just dropped at select retailers. Not much coverage was given on the shoe since not a lot of press was out there, but turns out that this Cavs-themed colorway of Kyrie’s second signature shoe is now up for grabs.

The Nike Kyrie 2 Cavs consists of a navy blue upper accented by the gold hits placed on the branding on the tongue and the entire hue of the sole unit. A navy Nike Swoosh appears on the midsole, and Kyrie’s signature in red can be seen on the heel. The strap and the laces also come in blue to give the sneaker a tonal vibe. As of right now, the only retailer stocked with the shoe appears to be Jimmy Jazz, so if you’re looking to pick up a pair for $125, make sure you act fast.

Navy and gold colored sneakers, I like that. The Kyrie 2 is a pretty dope silhouette, seeing it come in this color scheme really makes it shine. Just wish there was more gold hits on it.

The OG colorway of the Nike Air More Uptempo just released and people wasted no time in picking up a pair as the shoe managed to sell out. Up next is this  new colorway of the shoe that has it come in a white upper with clean Varsity Red hits.

We talked about this colorway last year, but little to no information about it has released in 2016. Today Nike provided us with the official images of the Nike Air More Uptempo White / Varsity Red. The shoe is dressed in a white leather upper. The tonal base of the shoe is contrasted very nicely by the Varsity Red placed on the “AIR” branding on the side panels which happens to extend to the heel and outsole of the shoe. Additional Varsity Red Nike branding can be see on the toe, tongue and midsole. A cut-out Nike Swoosh is also placed on the heel to complete the branding on the shoe. Not a big fan of the silhouette, but this colorway definitely pops. The red hits really help accentuate the unique features on the shoe.

The Nike Sock Dart is the type of shoe that’s perfect for the Spring. Lightweight, comfortable, breathable and stylish. What’s not to love? This upcoming colorway also happens to be one of the brightest and boldest offerings that we’ve seen on the model thus far. Let’s take a look at the official images of the Nike Sock Dart SE Total Crimson.

The first thing you notice on the shoe is the fact that this is also a version that opts to use colored straps on the upper. The use of color on the lacing system ends up giving the model a tonal look. The upper is dressed in a Total Crimson hue to match the strap on the shoe. The white sole unit with black speckling ends up giving the shoe some nice contrast. Additional white is found on the heel to complete the look. Expect these to arrive at retailers beginning next month.

The colored strap is cool, so it the speckled midsole. Pretty dope version of the Sock Dart, I’d just like to see it in another colorway being that I’m not a huge fan of crimson.

I love mulitcolor on Flyknit, I just feel that the colors used on the thread are a little too pink dominant. This is not a Flyknit I will be looking to pick up.

Late last year, NikeLab helped bring back the OG colorway of the Nike Bruin. The shoe turned out to be a complete success as the it manages to sell out almost instantly. Looking to match the obtain the same success is the upcoming colorway of the classic model, the Nike Bruin Photo Blue.

The OG colorway that release last year didn’t really catch my attention, but this one did. I may be biased due to the fact that I love shoes with blue on them. Regardless, it’s dope to see the classic make a return.

While switching from grey to black Nike thought it was a good idea to throw in a couple of different colors into the mix in the Nike Kobe Black Mamba Pack.

The Nike Kobe 7 will come dressed in a Blux Fox colorway that is essentially a dark blue hue. Some unique features of the Nike Kobe 7 silhouette include the textured lines that can be found throughout most of the upper and the leather tongue. Kobe Bryant also wore the Kobe 7 while capturing the Gold Medal during the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

Where we last left off in the story of Kobe Bryant’s 20 Year Sneaker Legacy, the Black Mamba had just completed his year of legendary sneaker free agency, signing a deal with Nike during the summer of 2003. Thirteen years later, we all know how important this deal was, as the partnership between Kobe and designer Eric Avar would change the way most basketball sneakers are designed and constructed today. The most revolutionary model to date in the Nike Kobe line would obviously be the Zoom Kobe IV, which re-introduced the low-top as a formidable option on the basketball court. But before we get to the low-tops, let’s take a look at the first chapter of Kobe’s tenure with Nike.

Much like his sneaker free agency, Kobe’s early Nike days were filled with PE colorways of some already existing Nike models. It wouldn’t be until his third season with Nike that his first signature sneaker was released, the Nike Zoom Kobe I. In this look back at Kobe Bryant’s monumental sneaker career, we’ll recap the early Nike years and pre-low-top era, documenting every model he wore in the first five seasons of one of the most crucial partnerships in sneaker history.

Nike SB serves up a unique new edition of the Dunk High inspired by everybody’s favorite sweet and savory dish, chicken and waffles. The colorway and construction of the Dunk goes quite literal with the the delicious inspiration, featuring a waffle textured upper with “dripping” syrupy Swooshes and a chicken and waffles graphic on the insoles. The tastiest new Dunk colorway we’ve seen in a while will be arriving in early April at select Nike SB stockists.

Fans of the Nike Sock Dart are definitely going to be pleased this spring, as the next wave of one of the hottest sneakers on the market hits the shelves. The newest round of Sock Darts come in an ‘SE’ (Special Edition) construction, featuring a canvas-like textile for the ankle paneling, colored straps, and a speckled midsole. We just saw the Racer Blue colorway earlier this week, and now we get a good look at the eye-catching Total Crimson” version. You can also expect black and green colorways of the Sock Dart SE on the way, all releasing at the end of April at select Nike Sportswear retailers.

The 13th and final sneaker from the Nike Kobe Black Mamba Pack will be Kobe Bryant’s newest and current signature sneaker, the Nike Kobe 11.

As you can see, the Kobe 11 represents the end of Kobe’s basketball career and uses an all-black colorway on the Flyknit upper to go along with the “Fade To Black” theme of the pack. What also stands out are the gold accents on the Swoosh, heel and the date “4.13.16” on the right heel which is the date that Kobe will be playing in his final NBA game against the Utah Jazz.

I like how Nike decided to not make this colorway just all black. The gold accents give the shoe a really nice pop and the date on the heel makes this a must-have colorway for any Kobe fans. This is definitely in my top 3 out of the entire pack.
