Good news to all Ken Griffey Jr. fans, Nike has decided to bring back the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 Freshwater. We got a look of the shoe a few days ago, today we’re happy to share the official images.

Paying homage to Ken Griffey’s tenure with the Seattle Mariners, the Freshwater colorway of the Nike Air Griffey Max comes dressed in a combination of Black, White, Freshwater and just a touch of Varsity Red. The main features on the shoe include the Nike Swoosh branding on the toe, the “24” branding on the strap and the visible air max units on the sole. Releasing April 21st for $150, who’s coppin’ a pair?

When I think of one Griffey sneaker, this is the one that comes to mind. The shoe has that classic ?90?s trainer look. I tend to stay away from these type of shoes, but this is one that I?d like to have in my collection.

We’ve known for quite some time that Nike was planning on releasing a Wu-Tang inspired colorway of the Nike Air Foamposite One. Just recently we got our first look at the shoe, and just like many of us thought, the shoe comes in a yellow and black aesthetic. Today we get our newest look of the Nike Air Foamposite One Wu-Tang.

The Nike Air Foamposite One Wu-Tang will features a yellow shell upper contrasted by the black detailing on the tongue, laces, inner liner, eyestay, outsole. As customary on the model, a carbon fiber shank is also placed on the sole of the shoe. In addition to the all-yellow shell, more yellow accents re utilized on the tongue and heel pull tabs as well as on the branding on the tongue, heel and by the toe.

Aside from the obvious connection to the Wu because of the yellow and black, nothing on the shoe makes me think of Wu-Tang. I need some Wu-Tang branding, some lyrics on the lining, a killer bee chillin’ on the toe or somethin’. Come on, Nike!

The Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic was just unveiled yesterday, but the leaked images are coming at us with the quickness! Today we get our best look yet at the olympic inspired colorway of the Nike Foamposite One.

As seen yesterday, we now know that the shoe’s posite upper will come dressed in white. Adding some color to the tonal look of the base are the blue and red hits placed in areas such as the collar, eyestay, tongue, lining, laces, heel and pull tabs. Gold colored branding is found on the heel tab, eyestay and tongue of the shoe. A translucent outsole sits below the upper to complete the major traits of the shoe. LeBron James is long gone from Miami and South Beach, but there’s no denying the the city will always hold a special place in his heart. After all, he did win both of his championships there. He continues to show his love to the city by releasing this brand new colorway of the Nike LeBron Ambassador 8. Today we take a look at the official images of the Nike LeBron Ambassador 8 South Beach.

The shoe you see above is going to be an Asian-exclusive model. It will be constructed out of a mesh upper supported by the Dynamic Flywire support system, heel cage, and slip-on upper. When it comes to the color-scheme, it comes in black with teal and pink accents both on the upper and sole unit. Teal speckling on the midsole and heel cage, the pink Nike Swoosh on the toe and the two-toned Flywire are the hits that stand out the most. Nike just came up with another way to celebrate Kobe’s amazing career, this time via NIKEiD. April 13th will officially be known as “Mamba Day”. This day will mark Kobe’s final battle on the NBA hardwood that saw him give it his all for two decades. On that day, right at the tip-off of his last game, Nike will once again celebrate Kobe’s career by adding a Mamba Day design option for the Nike Kobe 11 on NIKEiD.

The Mamba Day graphic will feature black/gold graphics comprised of numbers that signify and represent all of his achievements and records he held while in the NBA. Notable graphics you will find on the shoe include the date of his first and last game. His four All-Star MVP awards, his 81 points scored and the #24 for his jersey number. It’s also worth mentioning that the Mamba Day iD option will only be available for a limited amount of time, so if you’re planning on creating a pair I wouldn’t waste anytime in doing so. Every four years, Nike goes extra hard with red/white/blue themed kicks as a means to honor the Olympic Games. For the first time ever, Nike will release a pair of Foamposites draped in American flag colors, with hints of gold alluding to USA’s ongoing success in the games. Earlier today, we got our first look at the Nike Air Foamposite One Olympic. Hours later, we now have another image that shows the Olympic-themed shoe from a different angle.

The new image which places the shoe on-hand, shows that it comes with a icy translucent outsole. The pull tabs on the tongue and heel come in striped fashion. The tongue appears to be made out of mesh. In regards to the colors used on the shoe, the Foamposite’s upper will come in a predominantly white upper contrasted by the hits of blue and red found on the tongue, lining and eyestay. Gold accents are found in areas such as the tongue and Nike branding.
