Another Look At The Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard Sail
By SoleInsider
Being that tonal sneakers are “in” during the Spring season, the Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard Sail appears to be a good look on anybody at this current moment. Today we get another look at this revamped version of the classic Air Max model.
This version of the Air Max 95 is lighter and more comfortable than the OG version for the simple fact that it’s constructed out of a Jacquard knit upper and a lighter sole unit. The knit upper is accompanied by the Flywire cables for additional support and stability. The majority of the Nike branding comes in tonal fashion, while the only form of contrast comes by way of the grey outsole. Definitely a shoe that should not be slept on. Already available internationally, expect these to arrives stateside in the near future.
The more I see the model, the more I like it. I wouldn’t pick up this color because of the maintenance, but there’s no doubt that I would pick up another bolder offering of the model.

Heres How The Nike Marxman University Red Looks Like On-Feet
By SoleInsider
If you can think back to NBA All Star Weekend in Toronto then you may remember that Nike debuted the Nike Marxman at that time. The new silhouette first appeared in an all-black colorway with a slightly textured upper.
A couple of months later the high-top lifestyle sneaker from Nike is ready to release in different colorways. Pictured above is the University Red colorway which comes dressed with a leather upper and mesh tongue. The only hits of contrast come courtesy of the white midsole/outsole. As you can already see, the Nike Marxman eliminates the use of laces and instead replaces them with two straps that run across the tongue.
Peep the on-feet images above and give us your thoughts on this colorway down in the comments section.
When the black colorway released I wasn’t a fan at all. Crazy what a change in color can do though right? I’m not sure if I would actually buy this University Red pair, but it looks much better than the black.

Check Out These On-Feet Pictures Of The Nike Air Force 1 Low Bred
By SoleInsider
Nike and Jordan Brand are constantly inspired by each other when thinking of ideas for sneakers to release. The latest inspiration comes on three pairs of Air Force 1 Lows that are inspired by OG colorways of the Air Jordan 1.
Consisting of a Bred, Royal and Shadow colorway, today we take a closer look at the Bred pair courtesy of some on-feet pictures. This Air Force 1 Low utilizes a full leather upper in a combination of Black and Gym Red. The shoe is then finished off with a White midsole and Gym Red outsole.
This Bred Air Force 1 is available at select Nike retailers now along with the Shadow and Royal colorways. Are you diggin’ the Air Jordan 1 inspiration?
Look Back On Kobes NBA Beginnings With The Nike Kobe 11 Draft Day
By SoleInsider
Releasing next week is a new colorway of the Nike Kobe 11 that looks back at Kobe’s NBA career before he became a Laker legend.
On June 26, 1996 Kobe Bean Bryant was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets with the 13th overall pick. The Black Mamba was then traded immediately afterwards to the Lakers in exchange for Vlade Divac. The rest is history as we all know it. This Draft Day colorway of the Nike Kobe 11 comes with a White engineered mesh upper along with Blue Lagoon and Court Purple accents as a tribute to the Charlotte Hornets.
Scheduled to release on April 28th for a retail price of $160, do you plan on picking up a pair?
Again, I’m not sure what’s the deal with the engineered mesh uppers. I’m sure some people will cop, but if these were made out of Flyknit they would look better.
Sneakers In 4K: An Early Look At The Air Jordan 1 David Letterman
A few days ago we gave you a look at the brand new Nike Roshe Run NM Laser Pack which featured modified versions of the popular lifestyle runner in two tonal colorways. The first came with an all-black upper with a white NM sole and the second featured white from head to toe.
This new Nike Roshe Run NM Laser features a premium leather upper with intricate laser detailing appearing on the toe, tongue and heel areas. The side panels are also leather but do not feature laser perforations.
Take a look at some on-feet images of the black pair above and let us know whether you’re feeling these new laser Roshes or not.
Looking at these on-feet images makes me like these better. It’s cool that the upper is leather and not mesh, it gives the shoe a more premium look and feel.

Buy, Pass, Wait: Nike Air Force 1 Flyknit Multicolor, adidas EQT Marathon Pack, Air Jordan 10 NYC
By SoleInsider
A rare weekend that’s devoid of Jordans, Foams and Yeezys means that a whole lot of kicks should be ready to take the spotlight away, but the reality is that there really aren’t that many noteworthy kicks dropping. In fact, some like the Nike Air Force 1 Low Flyknit Multicolor are already available and ready to purchase as we speak. But the show goes on in this edition of Buy, Pass, Wait and along with the Flyknits, we’ve got Sock Darts, EQTs and a quick word on the Air Jordan 10 NYC that’s dropping in the middle of the week. No, really, it’s dropping on a Wednesday.
Juan Carrillo, News: (WAIT) I really want to own a pair of the Nike Air Force 1 Ultra Flyknit, and I think this is the pair I want to own. Not really sure what kind of hype the model has at this current moment, but I’m going to pass on them right now in hopes of getting them at a lower price somewhere down the line.
Andres Carrillo, News: (WAIT) What’s not to like about a multicolor Flyknit sneaker? This is such a nice looking shoe but I’m not willing to pay retail for them. Hopefully I can grab them down the line for below retail.
Renz Ofiaza, News: (WAIT) What’s not to like about a multicolor Flyknit sneaker? This is such a nice looking shoe but I’m not willing to pay retail for them. Hopefully I can grab them down the line for below retail.
SNS x adidas EQT Running Guidance 93 Gold
SNS
EIC Juan: (BUY) It’s black, white and gold all over. What’s not to love about it? It’s a soft buy because I would still need them in person and get a feel for the hue of gold but so far it’s my ideal color scheme for a silhouette that I love.
News Juan: (PASS) The all-gold look is cool, but I’m not very crazy about the model. No way I’m dropping $120 on a pair of kicks only because I like the color of them.
Andres: (PASS) Gold is a nice color, but when an entire shoe is covered in gold I get really selective on whether I buy it or not because it’s not an easy color to wear daily. I’m not a fan of the Running Guidance 93 so I’ll pass on these.
Renz: (BUY) I’m biased towards runners. I’m a fan of the silhouette in general and in this colorway, it’s pretty solid.
adidas EQT Running Support 93 Boston
EIC Juan: (GOT ‘EM) I’m a fan of the Running Support and Running Guidance. I’m never going to run in them because there’s a thing called Boost that’s light years ahead of everything else, but as casual wear they are awesome. ‘Murica…
News Juan: (WAIT) I like the colors and materials used on the model. The model itself is cool, but it’s not a silhouette I usually go for. If these were to drop way below retail, I’d consider copping. If they don’t, I’ll just enjoy the kicks from afar.
Andres: (PASS) Just like the Running Guidance 93, I’m also not a fan of the Running Support 93. This is decent colorway but it’s just not my style.
Renz: (BUY) Again, I just like runners. Aside from the theme, this colorway on the silhouette is really appealing and that gum bottom makes it even better.
Nike Sock Dart Black/White
Nike
EIC Juan:(PASS) Didn’t care for them back when they first came out and I still don’t care now. Despite the fact that the Sock Dart was a very influential shoe in retrospect, it’s the shoes that followed it that I adore. The Sock Dart was ahead of its time and over my head and I’m ok with that.
News Juan: (PASS) I’ve been eyeing a pair of Sock Darts for quite some time now. There’s a good chance I pick up my first pair sometime this Summer, but I’m going to need one with a little more color. Black/White is classic, but I’m not going for “classic” on the Sock Dart.
Andres: (WAIT) I’m still waiting patiently to pull the trigger on my first pair of Nike Sock Darts. This black and white colorway is clean and simple but I’d like something with a little more color. However if they can be mine for the right price I wouldn’t mind picking them up.
Renz: (BUY) I’m a fan of the silhouette’s minimal design and in this colorway, it’s a classic and versatile offering. Plus, it’s simple and stylish in my view.
EIC Juan: (PASS) They’re ersatz OVO 10s and I didn’t like the OVO 10s to begin with. It’s really bizarre to me that Jordan Brand would release these two pairs so close to each other when you know someone is going to get duped and accidentally pay the resale price for the OVO 10s and instead get these.
News Juan: (PASS) I’ve already seen the majority of Jordan 10s that make up this year’s City Pack, and it’s safe to say that this is the best looking colorway from the pack. With that being said, the shoe isn’t clean enough to make me want to drop $190 on them (whenever they end up releasing). Not a big fan of the 10s to begin with.
Andres: (PASS) None of the Air Jordan 10s from the City Pack impress me at all. I had high hopes for the Los Angeles pair but now that I’ve seen it I don’t really like it. If you missed out on the OVO 10s this NYC pair is a good consolation prize, that’s if you actually wear your sneakers of course.
Renz: (BUY) I’m all for tonal finishes. This pair is certainly versatile and perfect for everyday wear. I’m a New Yorker too so I guess I’m biased.
This Spring/Summer themed Huarache comes with an all-white leather upper as well as a scaled texture overlay for a new and improved look that provides a nice pop to the shoe.
Take a look at the official images of the sneaker above and find them at select Nike stockists now. Retail price has been set at $120.
I?m a big fan of the classic Nike Air Huarache just not in an all-white colorway. I also don?t like the fact that this pair features a leather toebox instead of mesh or neoprene. I?ll pass on these.

The Nike Air Max 90 GS edition receives its latest exclusive colorway this season, as the iconic runner is now shaded in ghost green and pink blast.
Sporting a revamped upper as well, the model is comprised of breathable mesh with tonal synthetic overlays to reinforce and define the sneaker’s recognizable profile.
Dipped in the eye-catching green tone, the model is further pronounced with bold pink accents gracing the Swoosh, rear branded badge and full-length air bubble enhanced sole unit.
You can find this latest colorway at select Nike retailers overseas first, while a stateside release is imminent.
The Boldest Nike Air More Uptempo Yet Drops Tomorrow
By SoleInsider
If you though the original Nike Air More Uptempo was bold, things just got even more serious with this all-new colorway for the legendary sneaker. The most shamelessly branded sneaker ever worn by Scottie Pippen back in 1996 gets a colorway apparently inspired by his Bulls squad, with a white leather upper and vibrant Gym Red highlights for the “AIR” lettering that extends down onto the midsole for this audacious color block. The latest coorway for the Air More Uptempo drops tomorrow, April 23rd, at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Packer Shoes.
Following its official look, more detailed images of this latest Nike SB Dunk High are now provided.
Defined by its patriotic palette, the model is suggested to celebrate the upcoming UEFA European Championship Cup, which is set to take place in France during the month of June.
Composed of smooth suede and leather, the division of shades is clearly evident with red on the toe box, white on the medial, tongue and laces, while blue is applied primarily on the rear.
Finished off with metallic gold Swooshes, the model is outfitted with a clear icy translucent sole unit. This pair is now available at select Nike stores nationwide for $110.
I’ll always be a fan of the silhouette. I used to collect it often years ago. This rendition is another solid offering and should garner a lot of attention, especially for July 4th.

With the Nike Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard introduced last year to celebrate the model’s 25th anniversary, more colorways of the revamped silhouette are now offered this season.
Sporting a clean palette of sail, pure platinum and white across its defining intricately knitted woven upper that offers a sleeker finish and enhanced breathability, the sneaker’s other focal point is directed at its side panels which display the Swoosh’s signature flywire tech for a deconstructed finish.
All resting atop a matching and restructured air-bubble enhanced sole unit as well, you can find this latest pair at select Nike accounts overseas first, while a stateside release is imminent.
I’m a fan of the sneaker’s original design, but I like this deconstructed look even more. In this colorway, I’m also biased, but the sneaker is pretty stylish and appealing overall.

The Nike Air Max 90 Woven could just be the most luxurious pair of the AM90 ever seen. Nike Sportswear took the iconic silhouette and took away the performance aspects to fit in a woven side panel construction on an all leather upper. Today we get a look at the latest colorway, a monochromatic Phantom grey that extends to the leather lining and embossed Swoosh branding. The Nike Air Max 90 Woven “Phantom” will release on April 30th at Nike retailers worldwide.
Before there was the Air Jordan 1, there was Bruce Kilgore’s classic Nike Air Force 1 holding down on-court duties. Nike Sportswear is referencing both icons by blending them together in this summer’s Nike Air Force 1 Low “J-Pack” which features both Royal and Bred renditions. We’ve seen this thought process before on the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Bred”, but how do you feel about the low top getting the treatment? Check out an on-foot look below and know that international spots like Titolo have this pair in stock today.
Menta Green Highlights This Nike Air Huarache Ultra
By SoleInsider
Following tonal iterations, the Nike Air Huarache Ultra is introduced in another new colorway, this time mixing four shades to create another eye-catching offering.
Constructed of a revamped breathable mesh upper that offers superb comfort and breathability throughout, the component is rendered in monochromatic tones of black and grey, while the focal point is directed at its green-colored overlays on the side panels.
Additional hits are also seen on the rear band of its distinctive heel cage system and tongue tab, as it all rests atop a clean white rubber sole unit.
You can purchase this latest rendition at select Nike accounts overseas first.
