Another variation of the popular Infrared colorway for the Nike Air Max 90 will be introduced once again this summer, as the particular pair will consist of an Ultra SE build.

Compared to its traditional counterpart, the new silhouette flaunts a new seamless construction with the application of miniature perforations across the toe box. Treated in white/grey/black across its upper and midsole, the defining hue is prominent on the eyelets, inner lining, tongue label and heel section.

While the model has yet to be officially introduced, the model is suggested to release at Nike accounts sometime in July. Stay tuned for more information.

Earlier this week we gave you a look at the newest colorway of the Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Essential. Inspired by an OG colorway, this newest offering of the Air Max 90 gives the shoe an upgraded and modern look.

The Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Essential Laser Blue features a no-sew, breathable mesh upper done in White with synthetic overlays for reinforcement. In addition to the White upper we see grey detailing on the Swoosh branding and Black on the mudguard, upper eyelets and the Nike Air branding on the heel. Last but not least we see Laser Blue land on the midsole, heel tab, lower eyelets, Air Max branding on the ankle and on the branding on the tongue.

You can scoop up this colorway of the lighter and more comfortable Nike Air Max 90 at select Nike retailers for $120.

If you hear anyone talking about the Nike Air Presto right now chances are that they’re probably talking about the new Ultra Flynit version, especially since it just landed on NIKEiD.

But believe it or not lots of people still love the original. One of the new colorways that has landed on the original Nike Air Presto is this Rio Teal option that you see above. As you can see, teal dominates the upper of this Presto with a milky white side panel/heel cage serving as a great contrast. The midsole, laces, and inner liner are also done in white while the rubber outsole is done in black.

In Forbes’ recently released list of the world’s most valuable brands, Nike comes in at number eighteen overall thanks to a robust $27.5 billion in brand value. In the category of apparel, Nike is sitting pretty at number one, beating out other labels such as Louis Vuitton, Uniqlo, and noted rival adidas. In fact, despite adidas’ impressive efforts in product and brand management/marketing the competition is much less fierce than what bloggers and random tweets suggest. Yes, the Yeezy Boost resells for more than your average Air Jordan Retro. But the brands don’t benefit much financially from aftermarket, and although adidas has its hits with other silhouettes like the adidas NMD and the Ultra Boost, Nike is not only worth more, but growing at a faster rate (Nike’s 1-year value change is at 5%, whereas adidas’ value went up by 2%). adidas is certainly having a moment in sneaker and fashion culture, but the brand as a whole won’t be boosted by the work of a few choice sneakers. Of course, no retrospective of sneakers from the ?90s could be complete without Penny?s signature models?especially one focused on 1996 when he wore the Nike Air Penny 1 for the ?95-96 NBA season and the Air Penny 2 for the ?96-97 season. Since we already took a look at the Penny 1 last year in Flashback to ?95, today we?ll recap the history of the Air Penny 2, his second signature model that many regard to be the best of his acclaimed line. And yes, don?t worry, Lil? Penny will be making an appearance.

Very few sneaker color combinations are better than the Black and Yellow pairing. The colors are so opposite but they still manage to work great together like peanut butter and jelly. The color scheme makes its way to the classic Nike Air Force 1 Low, and the outcome is a good one.

The shoe comes in Black and Yellow color-blocking done in a leather construction. The Black leather appears to come in smooth fashion, while the Yellow has more of a textured feel to it. Black lining and a Yellow outsole blend in very nicely with the shoe’s upper, while a White midsole provides a bit of a break between the two-toned look. It’s only been a few months since the Nike Metcon 2 made its debut and we’re already getting our first look at what may be the Nike Metcon 3.

The silhouette that you see above is reported to be the Nike Metcon 3 and features a seamless mesh upper in black with white detailing on the outsole, branding, and Flywire on the side panels. The design on the Metcon 3 looks somewhat different than the Metcon 2, but as long as it does what it’s supposed to do I’m sure people will like it.

There is no release date yet for the Nike Metcon 3, but stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.
