Author’s Take

I really like the premium look and feel on the shoe. My only complaint would be the metallic hits on the heel tab. I think without it the shoe would look much better.

Author’s Take

The textile material used on woven construction is not really to my liking. I like the fact that theu used a cored out Ultra sole, but overall, it’s only a solid drop for me.

Bright Colors Are Still In For Kids And The Nike Air Max 90

The Nike Air Max 90 was one of the brightest running models to ever release when first introduced in 1990. The original Infrared style was definitely an attention grabber given the bold ‘Radient Red’ hue found throughout the famed creation, but by today’s standards, that OG Infrared aesthetic is tame in comparison to some of the candy-coated releases aimed at the kids. This vibrant graphic-laden grade school exclusive features shades of Photo Blue, Electric Green, and Pink Blast in cartoonish paint dripped graphics while a traditional white mesh base is offset by a scale-like Electric Green texture on the midfoot and Swoosh. It’s the perfect playful vibe for Summer 2016 thanks to a an eclectic color combination fresh out of the early 90s. Available from Sneaker Politics today for $95 USD.

NBA Kicks On Fire: LeBron James Sends Toronto Fishing In The Nike LeBron 13 LuxBron

So this happened last night…

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers closed out the Toronto Raptors on Friday and laid rest any chatter that they might not be ready for whomever they have to face in the NBA Finals with another dominant performance. While the Raptors have nothing to be ashamed about – this is their deepest playoff run after all – it shows just how far they have to go. Here’s to assuming Drake will make an appearance in the championship round or at any of the after-parties.

As the Cavs were dismantling the Raps, James rocked a Nike LeBron 13 LuxBron while Kyrie Irving broke out a Kyrie 2 PE with a gradient midsole. We say goodbye to DeMar DeRozan’s Kobes, Kyle Lowry’s Crazylights and much a few more in this edition of NBA Kicks On Fire.

One Of Nikes Newest Trainers Gets The All-Red Treatment

NIKE ULTRA XT 1 NIKE ULTRA XT 2 NIKE ULTRA XT 3 NIKE ULTRA XT 4 NIKE ULTRA XT 5 NIKE ULTRA XT 6

One of the newest silhouettes to come out of the Nike Sportswear division is the Nike Ultra XT. The new trainer from the Swoosh features a mesh upper with a strap that runs right across the middle of the shoe that reminds us of the KD 7. The latest pair to arrive goes with the all-red motif that may or may not be played out by now. Gym Red covers the entire shoe including the mesh upper, midfoot strap, midsole, outsole, inner liner, laces and even the Nike branding on the tongue and ankle. One may even be tempted to call this the “Red October” colorway thanks to the strap which also appears on the Nike Air Yeezy 2. But let’s not do that.

Arriving at Nike retailers in the near future, what are your thoughts on this colorway of the Nike Ultra XT? Take a look at the official images above and give us your thoughts below.

via: Nike

Author’s Take

Since the all-red look has been used so many time now there’s only a few silhouettes pull it off. Unfortunately the Nike Ultra XT isn’t one of them.

Black And Grey Combine On The New Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit

NIKE ZOOM ALL OUT FLYKNIT 1 NIKE ZOOM ALL OUT FLYKNIT 2 NIKE ZOOM ALL OUT FLYKNIT 3 NIKE ZOOM ALL OUT FLYKNIT 4 NIKE ZOOM ALL OUT FLYKNIT 5

Last month we got our first look at one of Nike’s newest trainers/runners with the introduction of the Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit. The midtop silhouette first popped up in a vibrant Volt and Pink colorway that may have broken a few necks and hurt a few eyes.

A month later we take a look at a new colorway which looks like something more people would be willing to wear. Scheduled to release later this year is this new colorway that combines Black and Grey all throughout the Flyknit upper with black dominating the front half of the shoe and grey being visible on the ankle/heel. With so many new sneakers these days featuring the extended Flyknit collar, the Nike Zoom All Out Flyknit separates itself from the crowd by coming equipped with a full-length Zoom unit for premium bounce and comfort.

Take a look at the official images above and let us know your thoughts on this silhouette in the comments below.

via: Nike

Author’s Take

This black and grey colorway is much better than the volt/pink pair, but I’d like to see them in person so know how they feel on-feet if I were ever to buy a pair.
