Nike Sportswear revived those old school 90s telephone ads when re-introducing the retro Nike Zoom Talaria to the world. The cult-classic silhouette featured a premium ride thanks to Zoom technology and was at the top of plenty of retro running collector’s lists given how difficult the 1997 model was to find before a re-release happened this past March. Now after initial original colorways have hit retailers, NSW is getting creative with a number of lifestyle-ready looks.

The Nike Talaria is back in a new black and brown look perfect for the coming Fall 2016 season. The casual take features a premium black leather construction with brown piping throughout. But there’s more – that same brown shade doubles as a reflective 3M material when the light hits for a head-turning look perfect for nighttime running. Also included is premium metallic gold speckling on the outsole unit that perfectly compliments the casual brown throughout. It’s usually this time of year when we start seeing previews of LeBron’s next signature sneaker, but even with the anticipation of the Nike LeBron 14, the Swoosh is still creating new renditions of the Nike LeBron 13 Elite. This EXT-like leather rendition is the most premium creation utilizing the LeBron 13 Elite as a blueprint to date, and it pays off thanks to smart use of the popular vachetta tan color throughout.

The LeBron 13 Elite tweaked some of the performance technologies to help LeBron shed some weight for the added playoff push. The overall aesthetic remained relatively unchanged by adding a huge carbon fiber shank, losing the posite construction for a synthetic Kurim rubberized textile, and more. The addition of a premium leather sees embossed Swoosh details on the side panel, added perforations up the tongue, subtle yet effective red speckling on the exposed Dynamic Flywire and heel branding, and a milky white outsole. While we all patiently wait to see what LeBron’s next signature shoe will look like, it looks as if the someone could have already leaked the shoe. What you see above is rumored to be the Nike LeBron 14. While nothing official has come out of Nike (yet), I really wouldn’t be surprised if this in fact ends up being LeBron’s 14th signature.

Our first look at the (rumored) Nike LeBron 14 shows a couple of new features on the shoe. For starters, it appears as if the shoe is done with a one-piece upper made out of mesh and synthetic material. I also see the use of Flywire for additional support, and a new lacing system that we’re not used to seeing on LeBron models. This particular colorway comes in all-Black from top to bottom. The only type of branding I’m able to see based off of this picture is the Nike Swoosh placed on the rear medial side portion of the midsole. Do you guys think this is really the Nike LeBron 14?
