Nike SB continues their retro-flip colorways this fall, bringing the classic “Sea Crystal” colorway from the Dunk High from 2004 to Ishod Wair’s skinny-tongued Dunk Low. And depending on your opinion of minty green sneakers, this may just be the best execution of the concept yet. We’ve previewed the low-top Sea Crystal colorway a couple of times already, and now we’re back to report that the shoe is arriving and available now at select Nike SB stockists like Premier.

It’s still Kyrie 2 and Soldier 10 season for the championship-winning Cavs duo, and it looks like Nike is prepared to close these monumental chapters with the much-anticipated Championship Pack that Nike Basketball first made famous. Kyrie Irving took to Instagram to give not only a heartfelt recalling of his sneaker history as a youth, but to preview four different sets of the LeBron Soldier 10 and Kyrie 2 that each represent the four wins from the 2016 NBA Finals. Each set features different colorways of both signature shoes in unique packaging to each win, with special artwork inserts featuring the two stars. After recently reflecting on the story of the brand’s unique outdoors basketball sneakers, Nike SNKRS now turns their attention to another idiosyncratic piece of their history for a look at the Air Safari. Still somewhat radical looking almost thirty years later, the bold and unprecedented design of the Air Safari by Tinker Hatfield was most definitely a head-turner in 1987, and according to him, a shoe most people at Nike didn’t even think was a good idea. But leave it to Tinker to create yet another radically distinct model that’s now considered an icon.

After having the idea to design a shoe that combined Nike’s sports performance technology with a more fashion-minded, non-athletic approach for casual wear, Tinker created what could now be considered the very first Nike Sportswear model in the Air Safari. As with many of his most classic designs, Tinker took inspiration from an unlikely source for the shoe: an ostrich leather couch he spotted at a luxury furniture store in New York City. Tinker’s interpretation of the textured ostrich leather would end up becoming the now-iconic Safari print that has since become one of the most recognizable and celebrated patterns utilized by Nike throughout the years.

After releasing the Dunk Low inspired by the original orange shoe box that Nike SB sneakers came in back in the early 2000’s, the next box is now ready to be remembered. if you know Nike SB history, you know that the next box, and the first official Nike SB box, was matte silver with green accents. That classic box in reinterpreted onto the Dunk High silhouette you see here, featuring a grey suede upper with green accents for an overall look that seems reminiscent of the “Iron” Dunk High from 2003 that came in the silver box. (We’re guessing that isn’t just a coincidence.)

Nike’s All Conditions Gear is back for another Fall/Winter season to help bring hiking and trail sensibilities to the modern city dweller. At the forefront of Nike ACG’s footwear collection is the bolstered winterized boot known as the Nike ACG Lupinek Flyknit. The Nike Mag news keeps rolling in. Not only did a self-lacing pair sell for over $56,000 at a London auction recently, but that price was nearly doubled in a Hong Kong auction earlier this month.

Today Michael J. Fox tweeted that through all of the donations and raffle tickets purchased, around $6.75 million was raised to help fund Parkinson’s research. Aside from the Nike Mag raffle we were all able to enter to try and win a pair, there were also three live auctions that gave high rollers a chance in owning a pair. Auction #2 took placed last Friday in London. The winner of the auction ended up bidding a grand total 46230 British Pounds, which is approximately a little bit over $56,800. Although that may seem like a lot for the shoes (It is!), when you compare to the winning bid in Hong Kong ($105,000) it doesn’t seem too bad, right?

The third and final live auction for the Nike Mag is will go down on November 12th in New York City at the Michael J. Fox Foundation?s benefit gala. Being that this is the last pair up for grabs, you can expect the final bidding price to be way over the $105,000, right?

After releasing the Nike SB Dunk Low Orange Box earlier this month, Nike SB is back with another colorway from their shoebox series.

This time we see them utilize the Nike SB Dunk High in what’s being known as the Silver Box colorway. Taking a look at this SB Dunk High we can see that it comes covered in a full silver upper inspired by a classic Nike SB Box. Green accents are then placed on the laces, Swoosh logo, and the tongue tag. A grey midsole, gum outsole and the shoe box logo on the heel cap off the look.

No exact release date is available yet for the Nike SB Dunk High Silver Box is available yet but they could release as soon as the end of the month. Stay tuned to Kicks On Fire for updates.

Later this season we’ll be seeing Nike drop a new colorway of the NikeLab Air Max 90 Pinnacle in this Rose Pink colorway.

Opting to take the tonal route, this luxurious colorway of the Air Max 90 features a full Rose Pink upper done in a premium tumbled leather material. Even the tongue and inner liner are also made out of leather for that premium look and feel. Down below we have the midsole and rubber outsole also done in that same Red Stardust hue.

No release date has been announce yet, but be on the look out for this NikeLab Air Max 90 Pinnacle in Rose Pink to arrive at select retailers in the near future for $150.

Nike struck gold last month when they released the Acronym x Nike Air Presto Mid Collection which many people have been labeling the best collaboration of the year.

Now they hope to have similar success with a new inline Presto release known as the Air Presto Mid Utility. This mid top version of the Air Presto has some similarities to the Acronym collaboration pairs including an extended ankle, zippers on the ankle, and synthetic uppers.
