The Nike VaporMax Customized With ACRONYM Inspiration

Over the years, Germany-based ACRONYM has championed the “tactical” look of apparel, and with their celebrated Nike Air Presto collaboration of 2016, the signature aesthetic was introduced to the sneakerhead masses. It’s raised the bar for sneaker customizers as well, bringing true alterations to the mix, leaving behind hackneyed colorway swaps and air-brushing in the past. This Nike Vapormax, transformed to resemble ACRONYM’s Air Prestos, is one of the most impressive customs we’ve come across thus far and certainly leaves us wondering what a true ACRONYM x Vapormax collaboration would look like. See more of these customs by Instagram user ogreziv below.

Nike Adds A Colorful Punch To This Simple Kyrie 3

The Cleveland Cavaliers’ chances at repeating as NBA Finals champions is looking extremely slim right now, and those hopes won’t change for the better unless Kyrie Irving steps it up. A switch to Home Court should definitely help last year’s hero find his stroke, but if he doesn’t find it in Game 3, the Cavs are as good as done.

This new Kyrie 3 takes on a clean and simple black upper with translucent outsoles, but with multi-color details on the medial and lateral outrigger traction for that perfect hit of vibrance. Expect these to release at Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com beginning on June 15th.

Official Images Of The Nike PG 1 Elements That Releases Next Week

Summer is nearly here and along with its arrival we’ll be seeing what many people are already calling the best colorway of the Nike PG 1. Granted we haven’t seen many PG 1s release so far, it’s tough to argue against this pair being near the top of the list.

Known as the Nike PG 1 Elements, this colorway of Paul George’s 1st signature shoe takes on an Undefeated-inspired color scheme as a nice shade of olive dominates the mesh and hairy suede upper. Orange accents are then seen on the tongue branding, upper eyelets, insoles, heel tab, and the Flywire on the midfoot strap. Also working its way onto the shoe are hits of Black on the inner liner/tongue, the Swoosh logo, heel pull tab, and the rubber outsole. A white midsole with black speckling caps off the clean look.

The Nike PG 1 will be releasing on June 16th for a retail price of $110. This is a must-cop for PG 1 fans, right?

The Nike PG 1 Elements Releases June 16th

Nike Basketball and Paul George made up for some lost time by introducing an exemplary first signature model with the PG 1. That horrific leg injury that Paul suffered a few years back might have sidetracked his signature journey but he came back stronger than ever with the help of a Zoom-laden low-top with a comfortable midfoot strap. Nike has experimented with a number of different materials on the upper – there’s even a pair coming with fish scales inspired by PG13’s love of fishing! Today we get a detailed look at the Nike PG 1 Elements set to release June 16th for $110 USD. Fans of the model already know that it’s a serious performer on court, but now the PG 1 is even easier to rock off the court thanks to a hairy suede upper in olive green while an off-white midsole is speckled with black. The military vibe takes after that iconic UNDFTD x Air Jordan 4 colorway with touches of Team Orange on the flywire cables and PG tongue logo. Check out more detailed shots below and grab your pair June 16th from Nike.com.

Our Latest Look At The Nike Air More Uptempo GS Tri-Color

Up next for the Nike Air More Uptempo is this grade-school exclusive colorway that has the classic 90’s basketball model rock a triple-color motif. Dressed in Black, Grey and White, this is sure to be a colorway that many Air More Uptempo enthusiasts wished had also dropped in adult sizes.

The Nike Air More Uptempo GS Tri-Color appears to be dressed in a leather and nubuck construction. The unique design of the shoe has the model rock a split-colored as Black takes care of the heel region, Grey is placed right down the middle of the shoe and White is noted on the toe. Even the branding rocks the same motif as each letter from the “AIR” branding comes in their respective color. Black laces and White Swoosh branding on the tongue, toe, heel and midsole complete the main features on the shoe. The Nike Air More Uptempo GS Tri-Color is now available overseas but no word when/if these will arrive stateside.
