This Could Very Well Be The Nike PG 2

The Nike PG 1 has been well received from the get-go. The materials, price point and colorways are all reasons why many people are calling the Nike PG 1 one of the best “first” basketball signature sneaker we’ve seen in quite some time. Although we expect more Nike PG 1 colorway to drop in the coming months, there appears to already be a leak to the sequel, the Nike PG 2.

Said to be the sneaker you see above. The Nike PG 2 is very different from the PG 1. For starters, the strap is gone. In addition, this pair appears to come with an actual tongue, rather than the bootie-like design we saw on the first pair. Exposed Flywire is a part of the lacing system, while this particular pair comes constructed out of mesh and fused overlays. We have no info regarding the sole unit just yet. If these end up being the Nike PG 2, what are your initial thoughts? Intrigued? Disappointed?
