Kyrie Irving Wore This Nike Kyrie Hybrid Model Last Night

First things first, we’d like to send Gordon Hayward positive vibes and hoping you have a speedy recovery. We’re all rooting for you. That being said, today we get a closer look at the shoe’s Kyrie Irving decide to wear (pre-game) for last night’s season opener.

Said to be a type of hybrid model, the Nike Kyries on Kyrie’s feet combines all three of his signature shoes to create a brand new design. Done in a Black, White, and Green color scheme, this hybrid Kyrie comes with standout features such as the triangular midsole pattern and heel from the Nike Kyrie 1, a mid-foot strap from the Nike Kyrie 2, and an overall design of the upper from the Nike Kyrie 3. It’s still unclear whether this is a one-off or something that could release later on the line, but as soon as more info is provided, we will be sure to let you know. Would you cop?

The Nike Air VaporMax Plus Will Debut Next Year

Look for the Nike Air VaporMax Plus to make its debut around Air Max Day 2018. This new model is a bit of a hybrid creation derived from the Nike Air Max Plus and of course, the Nike Air VaporMax.

Above you will find the new model in an all-Black colorway, which is expected to release alongside the Nike Air 270. The Nike Air VaporMax Plus comes with an upper that’s very similar to the design of the Air Max Plus. The only difference we’re able to point out is the new design of the tongue and a new pull tab as well. Below you will find a Blacked-out full-length VaporMax bubble sole unit. No release date yet, but since the shoe is expected to release around Air Max Day, it’s safe to assume that the Nike Air VaporMax Plus will debut during the month of March of 2018. Thoughts?

Chinese Brand ANTA Has Created A Knockoff Version Of The Nike Air VaporMax

ANTA is still trying to solidify themselves in the U.S. as they have just released the ANTA KT3, Klay Thompson’s third signature shoe with the brand. The shoe caught the attention of many people and could be a sign of things to come. But with shoes like the one we see above it makes you question their credibility.

What you see above is one of ANTAs newest sneakers that looks VERY similar to the Nike Air VaporMax. ANTA’s VaporMax ripoff also features a knitted upper along with a full-length Air sole unit. Their logo has been placed on the side panels and as you can see it already exists in a few different colorways.

This sneaker from ANTA is not available for purchase at the moment but retail price is $50. That’s probably the only “good” thing about this shoe. What are your thoughts on ANTA’s version of the VaporMax? Would you consider picking up a pair?

This Nike Air Max 97 Comes Covered In Black With Pink Prime Accents

Unless you’re a die-hard fan of the Nike Air Max 97, then it has been pretty hard to keep track of all the colorways that have released this year as a part of the sneaker’s 20th anniversary celebration.

Seen above is another colorway that is dropping as a part of the Fall lineup which comes covered in Black throughout the majority of the upper with Pink Prime pops on the heel tab and the Swoosh logos on the side panel and tongue. A white midsole, full-length translucent Air Max unit and a black rubber outsole complete the look. Look for this grade school colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 at select retailers this Fall.

The Nike Air Monarch Louis Vuitton Custom Is The Ultimate Hypebeast Dad Shoe

Shme Custom Kicks (kelshmeamy on IG) is known for her attention to detail when it comes to her custom sneakers. Her latest creation is no different as she decides to create a one of a kind Nike Air Monarch Louis Vuitton custom. Yes, you read that right, a Nike Air Monarch Louis Vuitton custom.

So, why a Nike Air Monarch Louis Vuitton custom? Shme explains that she decided to put this luxury design on this particular dad-model to make fun of the custom culture and show how everyone thinks they’re a designer simply because they’re able to put high-end branding logos on a hyped pair of kicks simple to get some limelight on the internet. Opting to use the most recognized dad-shoe (and least “hype-beasty”) sneaker of all time, simply adds to the irony behind this custom.

Although this witty, tongue-in-cheek custom is all fun and games, the details and precision on the shoe should not be overlooked. No stencils here, all hand-drawn!

Know a dad who’d be down to rock these? Better yet, are you down to rock these hypebeast Monarchs? It’s crazy what a couple of painted on L and V letters can do to a shoe, right?

Be sure to visit kelshmeamy on IG to see more of her work and info on how to get your own custom sneakers.

The Nike Air VaporMax In Pure Platinum And Volt

I’m a big fan of the Nike Air VaporMax, but one thing I could do without is the endless supply of Grey colorways. I mean, Grey is cool, but there’s one too many to choose from at this moment. That being said, here’s another predominantly Grey colorway of the Nike Air VaporMax to choose from.

Rocking an official colorway listed as Pure Platinum/Anthracite-White-Dark Grey, this version differs from part Grey colorways by rocking Volt-colored Flywire that helps give the shoe some nice pop. The VaporMax sole unit is Blacker out to help give the shoe even more of a unique look. Priced at $190, look for this version of the Nike Air VaporMax to drop on November 11th.
