ABOUT THE RELEASE: The Nike Kobe 6 Grinch is arguably one of the best Kobe sneakers ever released. Nike Officially Unveils The Nike Kobe 4 Protro Black Mamba
Making its debut during the Holiday season of 2023, here is a first look at the Nike Kobe 4 Protro Black Mamba.
Dressed in a Black and University Gold color scheme, this “Black Mamba” iteration of the Nike Kobe 4 Protro comes dressed in an all Black upper decorated with faux snakeskin accents on the toe overlay, collar, and Swoosh logos. The base of the sneaker is constructed out of a light suede material with perforations on the toe box. A deeper dive unveils Kobe?s emblem in Black on the tongue, Kobe’s ?24? elegantly on the heels, and his signature etched onto the TPU heel counter in a Gold hue. A solid black rubber sole with Zoom Air cushioning round out the main features of the shoe.

A dark aesthetic makes its way onto this colorway of the Nike Air Max 95 which also features some new branding. Taking on an official color palette of Black, Deep Royal Blue, Anthracite, Cool Grey, and Reflect Silver as the sneaker gets covered in a mix of suede, mesh, and leather all over the upper in shades of black and grey for a greyscale appearance. The renowned “Aunt Pearl” theme will be used on the Nike KD 16. First used on the Nike KD 4, the “Aunt Pearl” theme honors Durant’s aunt who passed away from lung cancer in 2000.
Not only does the Nike KD 16 Aunt Pearl pay tribute to KD’s late aunt, this sneaker also contributes to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The Nike KD 16 Aunt Pearl is done in varying shades of Pink. Design details include an engineered mesh upper, leather overlays and a cushioned Zoom-infused sole unit. Some of the features that stand out include the floral print pattern that covers the mudguard and TPU please as well as the the subtle wings and floral designs on the tongues. Pink laces, White Swoosh branding on the lateral heel and a hot Pink sole are also in play.

Ja Morant’s recent 25-game suspension will not allow him to play when the next NBA season begins, which means that he’ll most likely miss playing the game on and around the Halloween season. That being said, Nike and Ja will still be dropping a Halloween-themed colorway of the Nike Ja 1. Here is a first look at the Nike Ja 1 Zombie (Halloween).
Done in a Lime Blast, Oil Green, Black, Hemp, and Cacao Wow color scheme, the Nike Ja 1 Halloween is constructed out of synthetic leather and mesh materials. Bold in appearance, the sneaker is given a Lime Blast upper that is gently contrasted by the Oil Green hits that take care of the inner lining, tongue labels, and ankle collar. Halloween-themed details include the zombie hands on the ankle collar and Swooshes and the embroidered Red number ?12? on the heels that said to be reminiscent of blood. Finishing features include the Gum-colored midsole atop a Lime Blast rubber outsole.
