Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Triple White

How many different versions of the Nike Air Max 90 will we see this summer? There’s a brand new golf cleat inspired by Rory McIlroy’s love of the model, luxurious leather woven uppers, pairs that ditch the seems entirely for a ventilated mesh base, and much more. But just in case you want something on the simpler side of things, then why not try this “Triple White” Nike Air Max 90 Ultra on for size? The outsole sheds some extra weight inspired by the lightweight tendencies of Nike’s Ultra Moire running model while a seamless synthetic upper mimics the numerous OG panels of the iconic silhouette with added perforations throughout to compliment the warmest of months. What do you think of the look? Check out a detailed view below and be on the lookout for this AM90 to hit retailers later this summer.

NBA Kicks On Fire: DeMar DeRozan Double Dips With The Nike Kobe Black Mamba Pack

Looks like there is some life left in the Toronto Raptors after all. After being demolished for two straight games in Cleveland, pretty much everybody had written off the Raptors as being the latest team to succumb to the overpowered Cavs. But DeMar DeRozan and Bismack Biyombo (!) had other plans as the All-Star swingman scored 32 points and the big man had a playoff franchise record 26 rebounds to extend the series.

DeRozan continues to make a case for being the lead athlete of a hypothetical Nike Kobe brand as he wore two pairs from the Black Mamba Pack. He has worn multiple pairs throughout the Raptors’ playoff run and last night he double dipped with the Nike Kobe 3 Black Mamba and the Nike Kobe 6 Black Mamba.

As for the rest of the night in kicks, LeBron James rocked another Nike LeBron 13 Elite, Kyrie Irving wore a grown version of the Nike Kyrie 2 GS Skateboard, James Johnson goes retro with his Air Jordan 11 72-10 and much more.

An On-Feet Look Of The Nike Air Max BW Ultra Ghost Green

NIKE AIR MAX BW ULTRA 1 NIKE AIR MAX BW ULTRA 3 NIKE AIR MAX BW ULTRA 2

Ghost Green is an ideal kind of color to rock during the Spring/Summer. It’s bold and vibrant and really helps give any shoe a nice pop. The latest model to rock the bright colorway is none other than the Nike Air Max BW Ultra.

The Nike Air Max BW Ultra is a lighter and more comfortable version of the Air Max BW model. Although the highlight of the shoe is the Ghost Green, the bold hue only acts as half of the primary color, as a White hue takes care of the rest of the upper. Additional White can be seen on the Nike Swoosh, midsole, lining and laces, while a Black outsole completes the look of the shoe. Available internationally, expect these to drop stateside in the near future for $130.

Author’s Take

It’s a perfect blend of White and Ghost Green. It’s not overpowering, but it definitely makes a statement. Pretty nice in my opinion.

Both Black and White take care of the shoe’s upper, which is constructed out of the mot advanced Flyknit to date. A bold White Nike Swoosh makes its way to the side panels, all while sitting on top of a Zoom Air sole unit. Expected to release on June 18th, is this a colorway you’re looking to pick up?

Author’s Take

I like this simple colorway. You really can’t go wrong with a Black and White hooping shoe. The Flyknit construction looks pretty dope as well.

After getting a look at the all-new Nike Air Max Mercurial R9 in the Black/Reflect Silver colorway earlier this month, it is now back again with a new colorway for the Summer.

Dressed in white from head to toe, the Nike Air Max Mercurial R9 features a Hyperfuse mesh upper along with an Air Max sole for premium comfort. What was once know as only a soccer cleat, Nike has given the lifestyle look to this shoe and covered in the popular Triple White colorway. Some Reflective Silver accents have also been added for some slight contrast.

Available at Nike retailers in the near future for $120, what are your thoughts on this Triple White Nike Air Max Mercurial R9.

Not bad, but not great either. I’ll have to pass on these.

The Carpe Diem Colorway Returns On The Nike Kobe 11 Tomorrow

The Carpie Diem theme/colorway will be making its triumphant return on the Nike Kobe line tomorrow when it lands on the Nike Kobe 11.

Instead of going with the traditional Flyknit upper, Nike decided to dress up this Kobe 11 with an engineered mesh upper that we’ve seen on a couple of recent Kobe 11 releases. This Nike Kobe 11 Carpe Diem features a Black mesh on the upper with contrasting hits of White, Court Purple and University Gold throughout different areas of the shoe. Serving as the icing on the cake is the quilted stitched pattern that shows up on the inner liner and Kobe Bryant’s signature on the heel of the right shoe.

Arriving at select Nike retailers tomorrow, May 21st, will you be picking up the Nike Kobe 11 Carpe Diem? Retail price has been set at $160.

via: Sneaker Politics

Author’s Take

The colorway on this Kobe 11 is cool if you’re a Kobe/Lakers fan, the only thing I’m disappointed with is the engineered mesh upper instead of Flyknit. Why?
