The Air Jordan 6 Chameleon consists as a brand new colorway of the iconic basketball sneaker, which is scheduled to make its debut during NBA All-Star Weekend, to be held in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Sporting a stealthy black leather upper which reveals an iridescent finish that shifts in colors depending on certain lighting conditions, it’s suggested that this shimmering element is achieved when rubbed off, which was a prominent feature that was first found on the Air Jordan 12 Wings.

Additional design details include a Jumpman badge embroidery on the heels, 3M reflective accents, more iridescent accents on the lace tips and the clear translucent outsole also inheriting the iridescent detailing for a truly eye-catching finish.

Elevated with more lifestyle appeal, the basketball sneaker inherits a lavish suede composition with premium leather detailing on the heel and lacing apparatus near the toe box. Jumpman branding is evident on the rear, as well as across the tongue, rendered in bright red.

Jordan Brand celebrates the 20th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 12 Retro with a special Chinese New Year Collection highlighting the iconic silhouette and the all-new Air Jordan 31. The Air Jordan 12 is presented in the memorable “Taxi” colorway as well as a gold/red Girls rendition with special logos and details on the tongue, insoles, and mudguard, while the Air Jordan XXX1 makes use of a special bamboo trim. Accompanying the Jordan shoes is a set of apparel matching the Chinese New Year aesthetic presented in this year’s collection.

According to Nike, the Jordan “Chinese New Year” Collection will begin releasing in China starting on December 25th on Jordan.com, then at select retailers in that region (Hong Kong Kicks Lounge and Beijing Yaxin, Shanghai WZK, Guangzhou XH55, Taipei PHANTACi And other special limited edition stores) on January 7th. The U.S. release date is still tentatively set for January 28th.

Official imagery of the Air Jordan 12 GS CNY has released, as it’ll join alongside the Air Jordan 12 3M Reflective in celebration of Chinese New Year.

This girls-edition is essentially defined by a creamy off-white upper with bright red accents covering the the inner lining and portion of the tongue. Woodgrain eyelets and miniature branded panels on the side further complement the design, while textured leather is evident for the overlays across its forefoot and heel tab.

Another distinguishable detail includes Chinese text of ???? evidenced on the tongues, which translates to ?12?. Finally, a crisp white outsole completes the profile.

Retailing for $160, this pair is suggested to make its debut at select JB and Nike stockists next month, perhaps on or before Chinese New Year — January 28th.

In addition to its GS-variation, official images of the Air Jordan 12 CNY has finally released, which is essentially a special rendition of the silhouette in celebration of Chinese New Year.

Unlike the girls-exclusive pair, this variation flaunts a classic color scheme of black and white — reminiscent of the AJ 12 Taxi. White leather covers the majority of its upper, which also inherits a 3M reflective overlay that activates when exposed to flash.

Textured black leather covers the mudguard and heel tab, while woodgrain detailing is implemented on the miniature branded side panels and and top two upper eyelets. Rounding out the design is Chinese text of ???? evidenced on the tongues, which translates to ?12? and clear pods on the outsole.

Further equipped with a special packaged box, along with a dust bag with gold detailing, you can expect to find this pair at select JB and Nike retailers on January 28th — Chinese New Year — for $250.

The Air Jordan 12 won’t be the only silhouette celebrating Chinese New Year, as the Jordan Brand CNY pack will also include a new variation of the Air Jordan 31.

Noted to honor the 20th anniversary of JB’s stance in the Chinese market as well, the performance basketball sneaker is covered in a simplistic color scheme of black and white in a gradient effect, across its flyweave and synthetic leather upper.

Cool grey accents are utilized for the enlarged Jumpman branding and inner lining,, while woodgrain detailing is evident the heel and outsole. Furthermore, special Chinese symbols adorn the inner tongue, as it’s all adhered atop an icy translucent outsole to complete its design.

Look for this pair to debut at select JB and Nike stockists starting next month.

The more premium Air Jordan 11 Suede is set to make its debut soon, which follows up on the return of the iconic AJ 11 Space Jam for its 20th anniversary.

Following a surprise release on November 11th at KITH and CNCPTS in New York for a promotional/celebratory 11/11 theme, a wider release is scheduled on December 23 ? the day before Christmas Eve.

As suggested, the sneaker is essentially a more fashionable/lifestyle-inclined variation with suede covering its upper. Other distinguishable design elements consist of leather quilted insoles, debossed Jumpman logos and no traditional ?23? embroidery on the heels. Finally, a crisp white midsole unit and slightly milky translucent outsole finishes off luxe design.

Retailing for $400, quantities are expected to be extremely limited.

Much like the Mens pair that resembles the OG Taxi colorway, this Air Jordan 12 CNY features traditional textiles on the mudguard as well as Chinese detailing on the tongue and insoles. After dropping the Space Jam colorway two weeks ago and the velvet Heiress colorway this past weekend, Jordan Brand will be hitting us with yet ANOTHER colorway of the Air Jordan 11 right on time for Christmas.

Covered in a Cool Grey premium suede all throughout the upper, this Air Jordan 11 features debossed Jumpman logos on the ankle. Other details include leather laces (the shoes also come with an extra pair of regular rope laces), a white midsole, and a milky white translucent outsole. Dropping on Friday, November 23rd, will you be picking up a pair? Remember that these shoes will retail for a premium price of $400.

The Air Jordan 31 is the gift that keeps on giving as we just took a look at two upcoming colorways over the weekend.

Today we get a first look at another pair that is expected to release during All Star Weekend next year. Fittingly named the Air Jordan 31 All Star, this colorway takes inspiration from the city that was supposed to host the 2017 All Star Weekend, Charlotte. As many of you may know, Michael Jordan is the majority owner of the Hornets so that’s where the connection with the brand and the team comes from.

This Jordan 31 features a black Flyweave upper in a honeycomb texture with iridescent detailing on the midsole, Swoosh, and ankle area. Hornets logos can also be seen on the inner tongues which means that this Jordan 31 may have been designed with the idea that Charlotte would be hosting next year’s All Star festivities.

One of the most expensive (secondary market) and most sought after Air Jordan sneakers of all-time is the Air Jordan 4 UNDFTD. Released back in 2005, people always wonder if Jordan Brand will give them the retro treatment.

At the moment it doesn’t seem very likely, so The Shoe Surgeon did the next best thing, he made his own. Above is his Air Jordan 4 UNDFTD custom which features a nubuck upper from London, ostrich heel tab, satin tongues with removable velcro tongues, and gator wings.

Making use of the iridescent color theme as seen on the Air Jordan 6 Retro, the Jordan XXX1 All-Star features a hexagonal upper with the purple/green iridescent treatment on the midsole of the shoes. Air Jordan 6 All Star, Air Jordan 6 Chameleon, whatever you want to call it, it’s coming! Less than two months away from releasing, today we have the official images of Jordan set to drop during next year’s NBA All-Star weekend.

The Air Jordan 6 All Star manages to stand out by coming with an upper constructed out of a iridescent colored-leather. That means that not only does it change colors, but it also has a similar features as the Air Jordan 12 Wings in which you’re bale to rub off part of the shoe to unveil a different look/pattern. In addition to all of that, it also comes with 3M reflective detailing, iridescent lace tips and midsoles all while sitting on top of a clear translucent outsole. Hits of Black found on the laces, tongue, heel and midsole clean things up a bit. Said to be releasing on February 17th, pick up a pair of the Air Jordan 6 All Star for the retail price of $225.
