Air Jordan 4 Pure Money Releasing In May

Jordan Brand’s 2017 retro release slate already features a number of awesome Air Jordan 4 options ranging from the Air Jordan 4 “Motorsports” to the Air Jordan 4 “Royalty”, but today we get a look at one of the cleanest AJ4 colorways to ever release in the Air Jordan 4 “Pure Money”, a colorway from 2005 slated to return on May 13th, 2017 for $190 USD.

The Air Jordan 4 Pure Money harkens back to the early 2000s when Jordan Brand was still tinkering with their retro release slate. 2004 and 2005 were notable for two renditions of the iconic Air Jordan 4 as the silhouette returned draped in a premium all-white leather with either Chrome lace eyelets (shown here courtesy of Flight Club’s Air Jordan 4 Pure Money retro) and the Air Jordan 4 “Classic Green”. While no images of the 2017 retro have come to fruition just yet, the Air Jordan 4 Pure Money will benefit from a remastered construction featuring an all-white-everything aesthetic with the iconic ‘Wings’ inspired lace eyelets adding a slight contrast in a hypnotizing chrome. Are you excited about the return of this classic Air Jordan 4 colorway?

The Air Jordan 13 Black Cat Debuts Next Weekend

The arrival of the Air Jordan 13 Black Cat is set for next weekend, as it’ll follow this weekend’s release with the AJ 12 Low Max Orange.

As suggested, the basketball sneaker’s aesthetic is inspired by the black panther. A stealthy black finish drapes its entire upper with 3M reflective detailing evident throughout, while the circular hologram on the heel and outsole essentially mimics the panther?s eye with a greenish hue. Additionally, slight glossy accents are applied on its matching rubber sole unit to finish off the sleek profile.

Featured in its GS sizing, the model is set to debut at Nike and JB retailers on Saturday, January 21st, with adult sizes listed at $190.

The first grade school-exclusive variation of the Air Jordan 6 for 2017 will be releasing soon.

Draped in a stealthy profile of anthracite and black, the basketball sneaker is comprised of smooth and tumbled leather throughout its composition. The defining hyper pink accents is further implemented on the lace lock, heel tab and speckling on the midsole unit to pronounce its blacked-out profile, while it all rests atop an icy translucent outsole.

Jordan Brand Drops The Top On The Air Jordan 12 With This Max Orange Colorway

Jordan Brand decided to give us more colorways of the Air Jordan 12 than we could handle in 2016 so I can’t blame you if you picked up a handful of pairs. I know I did. But the colorways didn’t start and end in 2016. There’s more to come from the Jordan 12 in 2017.

After seeing the return of the Air Jordan 15 this past weekend, up next for Jordan Brand is the return of the Air Jordan 12 Low. Featuring an all-black upper, this low top rendition of the Air Jordan 12 comes constructed out of nubuck with textured leather detailing on the mudguard. The only punch of color comes with the hits of Max Orange that are seen on the branding on the tongue, side panel, and heel.

You’ll be able to purchase this Air Jordan 12 beginning on January 14, 2017 for a retail price of $170.

Jordan Goes Back To Baseball With The Air Jordan 11 Low Barons

Summertime is always the season of the Air Jordan 11 Low, as Jordan Brand brings the patent leather lowtop back in a number of new and old inspirations alike. The last time that we saw the Air Jordan 11 Low “Barons”, we previewed the grade school size run of the baseball-inspired colorway, but today we finally have a look at the adult size featuring a premium black upper with a unique gradient fade throughout the patent leather mudguard.

Michael Jordan’s first retirement came as a shock to many, especially when the greatest basketball player alive decided to ditch the hardwood for the baseball diamond. Mike signed a deal with the Chicago White Sox minor league affiliated Birmingham Barons, as the Sox muted white and black pinstripes were translated to the Double-A club. While there’s no pinstripes on this retro like in past Barons-referencing pairs, the black upper skips out on the Cordura mesh for a sturdier nubuck upper. The iridescent-like sheen found on the mudguard is similar to the Air Jordan 11 “72-10” but with the added benefit of Metallic Silver throughout.

What do you think of the Air Jordan 11 Low Barons? You can expect this pair to arrive in a family size run come April 2017, but there’s still no official Release Date pinned down just yet. Check out more detailed shots below and stay tuned for more updates right here on Sneaker News.

Whoa! A KAWS x Air Jordan 4 Collaboration Could Be Dropping In March!

Yo! We have big news to share with you! We just came across this huge rumor suggesting that a collaboration between Jordan Brand and KAWS is in the works! Although nothing is confirmed just yet, early rumors suggest it’s going to be an KAWS x Air Jordan 4 collab.

A while back, an Air Jordan 4 with a Black suede upper with hits of Gold sitting on top of glow-in-the-dark outsole displaying Kaws? signature X on the bottom leaked. With this rumor surfacing, it leads us to believe that that shoe could end up being the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 release.

Jordan news source J23App just tweeted the  ?Jordan x Kaws? rumor, being that they’re a reliable source, this “rumor” could very well end up being confirmed by Jordan Brand in the near future. As of right now, it’s being said that the KAWS x Air Jordan 4 will be releasing on March 1st, 2017. It should also be noted that the initial color scheme is said to be Cool Grey/White. Which is kind of odd since the initial color scheme was said to be Black and Gold. I guess we will have to wait and see what the real color scheme is.

If these do end up releasing, on a scale from 1-10, how hyped do you think these end up being? Do I even have to ask?! Stay tuned as more info begins to surface!
