With the last quarter of 2018 here, many people thought that the initial rumors of the Air Jordan 3 Mocha returning were just that, rumors, But this week has brought lots of new hope and excitement as early images of what many believe to be the 2018 retro version have began to leak.

Adding fuel to the fire are these pictures from s.sam.group which show the highly coveted Air Jordan 3 colorway in all of its glory. Regarded by many as one of the best non-OG colorways of the Air Jordan 3, the shoe features a white tumbled leather upper with Dark Mocha detailing on the elephant print on the toe and heel, upper eyelets, the Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel, and the rubber outsole. Jordan Brand has the tendency to use their legendary retro line to create new silhouettes inspired by the greats. That is exactly what we look at today with the introduction of the Jordan Jumpman Z. Heavily inspired by the Air Jordan 14, the Jordan Jumpman Z comes done in a nubuck and mesh construction on the upper giving the shoe a more fashionable look. Perforations on the toe, laser detailing on the heel, and a zipper enclosure on the tongue area serve as the main details. The Air Jordan 1 has undergone a few changes in 2018 as Jordan Brand has tinkered with the iconic silhouette. One of the new versions of the shoe is the Air Jordan 1 High Double Strap which is seen in a new colorway up above.

Eliminating the laces altogether, the Air Jordan 1 High Double Strap instead utilizes two velcro straps on the upper giving the shoe a completely new aesthetic. This pair comes covered in a bright shade of red all throughout the upper which has been constructed out of leather and woven nylon. Swoosh branding right above the midsole and the signature “Wings” logo on the ankle along with an extended white midsole/outsole wrap things up.

Ladies can be on the lookout for this Air Jordan 1 High Double Strap to release in the US in the next few weeks.

The Air Jordan 3 Mocha last made its appearance in 2001, and it?s now scheduled to return as part of Jordan Brand?s Holiday 2018 collection. The 2018 retro will be similar to the 2001 edition with white tumbled leather making up the upper, followed by dark mocha elephant print overlays seen on the toe cap, and heel area. More mocha accents are used for the Jumpman branding on the tongue, upper eyelets and branding on the heel. Finally, a white midsole and mocha outsole tops it all off.
