The Air Jordan 3 Racer Blue is currently said to be offered in in full family sizing. The official images of the adult version shows that it comes dressed in a White, Black, Cement Grey, and Racer Blue color scheme. Details on the shoe include a White leather upper contrasted by the Black elephant print overlays on the toe and heel area.
