Jordan Brand will be releasing an all-new Air Jordan 5 “Quai 54” in 2021 following the original pair back in 2011. The sneaker pays homage to annual Parisian streetball tournament. This new colorway of the Air Jordan 5 starts off with a smooth White leather construction all throughout the upper along with Black and University Red accents on the eyelets, laces, the shark teeth on the midsole, and the Quai 54 logos on the heels. A unique feature appears on the laces, inner liner, and insoles where we see geometric prints inspired by traditional African design and Parisian haute couture elements. 3M silver tongues with red Jumpman logos, the Quai 54 logos on the translucent mesh side panels, a white midsole, and a white/red rubber outsole cap off the design. Look for the Air Jordan 5 “Quai 54” to release on July 10th for a price tag of $190.

In May of 2020 Spike Lee was named jury president for the 73rd annual Cannes Film Festival, taking place May 12-23, 2020. To celebrate that, Jordan brand created another Spike Lee Jordan 1 sample exclusively for the occasion. Up above we take a look at the exclusive Air Jordan 1.

The sneaker dons a red, white, and blue color blocking boasting the French flag’s colors in premium suede and leather materials across the entire upper. But what stands out most about these shoes are the 2 stitched graphic tongues. On the left tongue we get a reimagined photo of Mars Blackmon on the phone with his face painted in the colors of the French flag. The underside of his hat reads the city’s name “Cannes,” while his shirt reads “President Mars.” Another subtle detail on this tongue is the stitched signature of Tinker Hatfield in the lower right corner. The right tongue subtly pays tribute to Kobe Bryant, as we get Spike Lee dressed in the purple suit he wore to the Oscars in tribute to Bryant. If you look close enough, the lapel of the suit even has the number 24 stitched on it. On either side of the french flag we find the words “Festval De Cannes” and “Jury President.” It’s rumored that under 5 pairs were made of this pair, as it was only produced for Spike and select friends and family, so don’t expect to see these hitting stores any time soon. In our opinion, one of the best new colorways of the model, here is an on-feet look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG Bordeaux

Done in the same color blocking as last year’s Air Jordan 1 High OG Japan Midnight Navy release, this new flavor of the Air Jordan 1 High OG starts off with a White leather base contrasted by the Bordeaux on the overlays as well as on the laces, tongue tag, inner liner, and the tongue tags. Another highlight of the sneaker is the Silver detailing that can be spotted on the Swoosh and Wings logos. A White midsole and Bordeaux outsole complete the look.

While we await release information for her Air Jordan 14 Low, it appears we have gotten a first look at another one of Aleali May‘s collabs with Jordan Brand with this new Air Jordan 4 colorway seen above. The Aleali x May Air Jordan 4 comes covered in a ripstop nylon construction all over the upper which is done in a tan, brown, and green camouflage print. Additional details include suede midsoles and heel tabs, a removable velcro ?Jumpman Compass? patch on the tongues, and purple quilted insole stamped with May?s ?A? logo on them. It is believed that this Aleali x Air Jordan 4 will not be releasing to the public but instead will be a limited Friends and Family pair. In addition to the white-based pair that will be hitting retailers, a friends & family colorway of the Air Jordan 5 “Quai 54” has also surfaced which takes on a black-based look.
