The Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined is without a doubt the most anticipated Jordan Brand release of 2022. Though not quite an actual retro release of Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago, this new “Reimagined” rendition of the sneaker was believed to be the next best thing. With all that being said, today we finally get a first teaser look of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined.

As most of you know by now, the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined is said to be a new “version” of the beloved Chicago 1 that opt for a worn/vintage look. Our first look at the shoe proves just that as the images highlight cracked leather on the Black collars, cracked White leather on the underlays, a refined Wings logo on the collar and and Muslin-colored tongues. This “Reimagined” iteration of the model will also come with aged midsoles and ashy bottoms. The rest of the sneaker consists of Red leather overlays and Black Swoosh branding on the side panels. The overall design of the sneaker is also said to be closer to the shape of the ?85 release.

So, now that you’ve gotten a first “look”, do you like what you see? ABOUT THE MODEL: The Air Jordan 1 High OG is arguably the most beloved sneaker in the Jordan signature line. The Chicago pair could also very well be the most popular OG colorway of the Air Jordan 1. Although the Chicago 1 was not the first colorway of the Air Jordan 1 that Michael Jordan got to lace up (Bred 1s were), the timeless Black, Red and White (Bulls) color scheme has grown to become a fan favorite the majority sneakerheads.

The last time the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago dropped was back in 2015. Although this “Reimagined” version is not quite a true to OG release, it’s definitely done in a manner that many of us can appreciate. 99.9% of us don’t own a pair of 1985 Chicago 1s. With this upcoming release, this is as close as we can get to owning just that. This will without a doubt be one of the best, if not the best Jordan Brand release of 2022.

UPPDATE (6/27): We’ve seen plenty of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined  over the past couple of weeks, but die_sel666 gives us a first look at the highly anticipated release in grade school sizing. The same “reimagined” traits and features found on the adult pair appear on the grade school version.

UPDATE (6/13): We got new images of the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined to share with you. New pics focus on the cracked leather detailing found on the Black collar and White underlays on the side panels and toe box. The oxidized outsole is also meant to mimic how a sneaker’s outsole would look like if they were to be stashed inside its shoe box since 1985. 

UPDATE (6/9): sneakertigger continues to be the main source of all these Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined leaks. For the very first time we get a detailed look at the fully constructed sneakers from top to bottom. The detailed images confirmed aforementioned upgrades that include the redefined Wings logo and Swoosh, and overall improved shape, cracked leather on the White underlays and Black collar, and an oxidized sole.

UPDATE 6/7: sneakertigger is back again with another look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined. Unlike the images from a few days ago, this new image shows the sneaker fully constructed (upper fully attached to the sole).

UPDATE 6/3: sneakertigger gives us our first full look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG Chicago Reimagined. New info surrounding the release suggest that the sneaker will come with an overall look that is closer to the 1994 rather than the 1985 pair. It will come with a remastered heel shape, a partially large Swoosh and a formed toe box.

Known as the Air Jordan 3 OG Fire Red, this 2022 version of the model will be designed to look almost identical to the original pair that released back in 1988. This includes Nike Air on the heels, which would be the first time Fire Red 3s come with Nike on the heels when it comes to all retro releases (2007 & 2013 pairs came with Jumpman branding). Another OG feature utilized on this pair will be the Grey-on-Black elephant print used on the overlays. Slated to debut this holiday season, here is a first look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG Gorge Green.

Done in the same color blocking as the Air Jordan 1 High OG Bordeaux, this new colorway of the Air Jordan 1 is done in a ?Gorge Green/White-Metallic Silver? color scheme. Details include a White leather base contrasted by the Green overlays and Silver accents on the Swoosh and Wings logos. Green laces, a White midsole and Green rubber outsole complete the look.

Ladies, this Air Jordan 1 was made exclusively for you. Slated to make its debut during the holiday season, here is a first look at the Air Jordan 1 High OG WMNS Twist 2.0.

A sequel to the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Twist that dropped back in 2019, this Air Jordan 1 High will come dressed in a Medium Grey, Black, and White color scheme. The sneaker starts off with a Light Grey leather upper and just like the aforementioned 2019 pair, this pair also comes with Black pony hair on the overlays and Swooshes. Elsewhere you will find metal Wings logos on the lateral ankle, a White midsole and Black outsole.

Perhaps not as bright and colorful as the recently showcased Air Jordan 1 Elevate Low Multicolor, the new modified women’s Air Jordan 1 Low is now seen in another colorway which comes with some unique features. The platform Air Jordan 1 Low features a white leather base with light grey overlays for a clean two-tone look. The best feature on the sneaker is the Metallic Silver tear-away Swooshes and heels which reveal a Coral Pink hue underneath. Additional details include hologram tongue labels, multicolored laces, and the signature thick platform rubber sole in white and grey. Expected to release soon, here are official images of the Air Jordan 1 Mid in the University Blue colorway.

Shown below, this new makeup of the Air Jordan 1 Mid starts off with a White leather upper that is then contrasted by the University Blue leather overlays. This new Air Jordan 3 colorway starts off with a White tumbled leather construction throughout the majority of the upper with black and grey elephant print placed on the toes and heels for that signature Jordan 3 detail. The defining Dark Iris (purple) detailing is then noted on the perforated ankle collar, lower and upper eyelets, inner tongue, the Jumpman on the tongues, and a portion of the midsole. More from Jordan Brand’s purported 2022 lineup is revealed as this Air Jordan 14 Ginger will be one of the notable offerings next year. Essentially inspired by the OG Air Jordan 14 Low “Ginger” that debuted back in 1999, this forthcoming edition is suggested to flaunt the familiar “Ginger/Black-White” color scheme, similar to the aforementioned pair. Overall, the highlight ginger nubuck upper is complemented with a white leather toe box and midsole while black and red accents are scattered throughout.

The Jordan Zion 2 Dynamic Turquoise comes dressed in a White, Volt, Black, and Dynamic Turquoise color scheme. Constructed in a mix of leather and mesh materials, the majority of the sneaker is done in White, while hits of Black land on the heel, tongue, ankle region and rear portion of the midsole. Part of this year’s Jordan Brand Quai 54 collection that will include both footwear and apparel, here is a first look at the Air Jordan 1 Utility Stash Quai 54. Quai 54 is annual streetball tournament that takes place on July 9th and 10th in Paris at the Eiffel Tower.

Very much like the other footwear from the collection, the Air Jordan 1 Utility Stash Quai 54 gets its inspiration from West African culture. Details include a Dark Indigo base contrasted by the White canvas overlays along with a White pinstripe pattern on the collar and insoles. Other details include the Bright Crimson hits on the branded tongue patches, midsole stitching rubber outsole. The most unique feature are the stash pockets that overlap the Swoosh branding on the side panels.
