It is being reported that Jordan Brand will be releasing a special iteration of the Air Jordan 1 High OG inspired by the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse film that’s set to hit theaters on June 2, 2023. This Spider Man-inspired Air Jordan 1 follows up the 2018 release that was inspired by Marvel?s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse comes dressed in a University Red, Black, and White color scheme that is meant to be a nod to Miles Morales and his signature Spider-Man suit. Our first look at the sneaker shows details such as a mix of materials used for the overlays while also opting for a bit of a patchwork aesthetic. We see suede and patent leather used on the sneaker, while other notable details include the translucent red outsole and the comic book-like detailing on the collar.

As most of you know by now, Jordan Brand will be dropping a brand new “Craft” collection in 2023. As of right now the Jordan Brand “Craft” collection already includes an Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 2 Low. Today we got word that an Air Jordan 5 will also be part of the “Craft” collection.
The Air Jordan 5 SE Craft will come dressed in a Light Orewood Brown, Safety Orange, Slate Pewter, and Sail color scheme. The sneaker is constructed in a mix of materials that includes hairy suede overlays and a suede base that appears to comes covered in a linear design. The tonal upper is then highlighted by the Orange contrasting accents throughout all while being placed atop an icy translucent outsole and your traditional Jumpman branding on the tongues and heels.
Said to be available in men?s and grade school sizing, current reports have the Air Jordan 5 SE Craft releasing on June 17th at select retailers and Nike.com for the retail price of $210. The Air Jordan 5 “Burgundy” originally debuted back in 2006 and will make its first-ever retro in 2023. Previewed below, the 2023 variation will sport the same color scheme of “Deep Burgundy/Light Graphite-Silver” that was used on the OG pair. The model is defined by its burgundy suede upper that is contrasted by grey accents and silver tongues, while a matching Burgundy midsole and icy outsole rounds out the profile.
